本土民间组织参与扶贫开发的行动特点及发展方向——以贵州省某民间组织为例

民间组织是我国社会扶贫的重要主体。本土民间组织参与的扶贫开发在扶贫介入、选择、实施和管理过程中产生了官方影响与民间自觉双重路径融合的行动模式,区别于传统民间组织与政府的合作扶贫或独立扶贫。同时这一行动模式也使民间组织在扶贫资金来源、扶贫模式及合作关系上表现出一定的特殊性,并进一步影响其在社会扶贫中的定位和发展方向,即规避组织的行政异化以及作为社会扶贫中介者、调和者、创新者和引导者角色的生成。

Condensate Polishing System for PWR Nuclear Power Plant

In this paper, operation characteristic of condensate polishing system is studied during startup, based on generator blowdown limit, given limit ion concentration in condensate during condenser leakage. Further give conclusion about condensate polishing system configuration and operation requirement： full flow condensate polishing system （CPS） is necessary to the units cooled by sea water, and it is better that one or two series put in service during normal operation other than all of them in hot standby. While continuous condensate tube leakage is 256 L/h, the units cooled by fresh water will be shutdown immediately, for this level leakage, whichever condensate polishing system capacity is 50% （30%） or 100%, action level 2 will be preformed, so 50% （30%） is enough for fresh water cooled units.

Operation control strategy of series-parallel hydraulic hybrid vehicle

A series-parallel hydraulic hybrid system applied to public buses is put torwaro, ano parameters of key components are analyzed and determined. Energy management strategy based on logic thresh- old is designed which is aimed at efficient operation of the overall system considering the operational characteristic of the components and taking the curves of engine, hydraulic pump/motor and hydrau- lic pump as the main design basis; regenerative control strategy which makes regenerative brake sys- tem and frictional brake system work harmoniously is designed to raise recovery rate of regenerative brake energy. System dynamic modeling and simulation results show that the energy control strategy designed here is able to adapt system to changes of working condition and switch the operating mode reasonably. The regenerative braking control strategy is effective in raising the utilization of energy and improving fuel economy.

Hannah Arendt, the new film by the German director Margarethe Von Trotta, does not seem just like another trying to represent philosophy through the classic cinematic storytelling. It builds instead a perfect dialogue between these two practices that never encroach each other： There is not any doctrine that prevents cinema＇s freedom to create images and any philosophy claim that forces cinema to find in images an alternative way of expression. Von Trotta leaves any biopic form and stages a harmonic building where cinema fulfills philosophy and philosophy fulfills cinema. In this way she gets an outright practical exhibition of a theory, the ＂banality of evil＂. We want to comprehend the reasons of this perfect building analyzing this film, its characters with their acts, all the images their montage, and editing, everything that supports the Arendt＇s philosophical notion. We work on the film with the philosophical categories created by Gilles Deleuze to study the history of cinema in two essays, Image-mouvement and Image-time. In this way we can unfold how Margarethe Von Trotta represents a theory through images, without any word as intermediary
