强化健康教育联合循证护理在肥胖症合并高血压行减重手术中的实际价值分析

目的分析肥胖症合并高血压行减重手术患者给予强化健康教育联合循证护理的效果。方法随机选取2021年1月—2022年6月福建医科大学附属协和医院收治的80例肥胖症合并高血压并行减重手术的患者作为观察对象。随机分为两组,对照组(n=40)行... 目的分析肥胖症合并高血压行减重手术患者给予强化健康教育联合循证护理的效果。方法随机选取2021年1月—2022年6月福建医科大学附属协和医院收治的80例肥胖症合并高血压并行减重手术的患者作为观察对象。随机分为两组,对照组(n=40)行常规护理,观察组(n=40)在对照组基础上行强化健康教育联合循证护理。比较两组患者入院1、7 d疾病相关健康知识掌握水平、依从性及生命质量评分。结果入院7 d,观察组疾病知识、生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。入院7 d,观察组依从性95.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肥胖症合并高血压且行减重手术治疗患者给予强化健康知识联合循证护理,可有效增加患者对高血压疾病及减重手术相关健康知识,提升临床遵医行为,改善日常生活质量。 展开更多

目的分析围术期系统护理干预对肋骨骨折合并血气胸行引流术患者早期康复的影响。方法对烟台市烟台山医院2021年至2022年10月接治的83例肋骨骨折合并血气胸行引流术患者展开研究, 根据不同护理方式分为对照组(围术期常规护理干预, 39例)... 目的分析围术期系统护理干预对肋骨骨折合并血气胸行引流术患者早期康复的影响。方法对烟台市烟台山医院2021年至2022年10月接治的83例肋骨骨折合并血气胸行引流术患者展开研究, 根据不同护理方式分为对照组(围术期常规护理干预, 39例)和观察组(围术期系统护理干预, 44例), 对比两组临床效果、疼痛情况[简化麦吉尔疼痛评分(SF-MPQ)]、肺功能情况[包括第一秒用力呼气容积(FEVI)及最大自主通气量(MVV)]、健康知识水平、生活质量[生活质量评价量表(SF-36)]。结果观察组住院及骨折愈合时间短于对照组, 其并发症发生率为10.26%, 明显低于对照组的30.77%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比于护理前, 两组护理后疼痛情况评分明显降低, 其中观察组SF-MPQ评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FEVI、MVV显著高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病理常识、药物治疗常识、饮食运动注意事项、自我防护等健康知识水平评分均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组SF-36评分均上升, 且观察组高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期系统护理干预能有效加快肋骨骨折合并血气胸行引流术患者的康复进展, 促进患者机体恢复。 展开更多

A parallel virtual machine (PVM) protocol based parallel computation of 3-D hypersonic flows with chemical non-equilibrium on hybrid meshes is presented. The numerical simulation for hypersonic flows with chemical non-equilibrium reactions encounters the stiffness problem, thus taking huge CPU time. Based on the domain decomposition method, a high efficient automatic domain decomposer for three-dimensional hybrid meshes is developed, and then implemented to the numerical simulation of hypersonic flows. Control equations are multicomponent N-S equations, and spatially discretized scheme is used by a cell-centered finite volume algorithm with a five-stage Runge-Kutta time step. The chemical kinetic model is a seven species model with weak ionization. A point-implicit method is used to solve the chemical source term. Numerical results on PC-Cluster are verified on a bi-ellipse model compared with references. 展开更多

为了解决多普勒差分干涉仪风场探测技术中,干涉图畸变对风速反演带来的系统误差,通过对大气气辉氧原子红线和绿线的正演干涉图添加不同类型、大小的干涉图畸变,仿真对比了含畸变干涉图与理想干涉图反演多普勒相位的差异,得到干涉图畸变... 为了解决多普勒差分干涉仪风场探测技术中,干涉图畸变对风速反演带来的系统误差,通过对大气气辉氧原子红线和绿线的正演干涉图添加不同类型、大小的干涉图畸变,仿真对比了含畸变干涉图与理想干涉图反演多普勒相位的差异,得到干涉图畸变对多普勒相位反演精度的影响。结果表明多普勒相位误差随着目标风场与干涉图畸变程度增大而增大,其中条纹局部弯曲影响最大,且弯曲范围越小越靠近采样中心误差越大。通过局部弯曲对不同条纹频率系统产生的误差仿真表明,等量的弯曲对条纹频率高的系统产生更大影响。此外含畸变干涉图多行像元合并时局部调制度降低,不会增加相位不确定度,因此即使干涉图存在缺陷也可以进行多行像元合并,提高信噪比,降低相位不确定度。研究结果为多普勒差分干涉仪的设计、加工、装调指标提供了定量理论依据。 展开更多

The density inversion of gravity gradiometry data has attracted considerable attention;however,in large datasets,the multiplicity and low depth resolution as well as efficiency are constrained by time and computer memory requirements.To solve these problems,we improve the reweighting focusing inversion and probability tomography inversion with joint multiple tensors and prior information constraints,and assess the inversion results,computing efficiency,and dataset size.A Message Passing Interface(MPI)-Open Multi-Processing(OpenMP)-Computed Unified Device Architecture(CUDA)multilevel hybrid parallel inversion,named Hybrinv for short,is proposed.Using model and real data from the Vinton Dome,we confirm that Hybrinv can be used to compute the density distribution.For data size of 100×100×20,the hybrid parallel algorithm is fast and based on the run time and scalability we infer that it can be used to process the large-scale data. 展开更多

The hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with unrelated parallel machine is a typical NP-hard combinatorial optimization problem, and it exists widely in chemical, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industry. In this work, a novel mathematic model for the hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with unrelated parallel machine(HFSPUPM) was proposed. Additionally, an effective hybrid estimation of distribution algorithm was proposed to solve the HFSPUPM, taking advantage of the features in the mathematic model. In the optimization algorithm, a new individual representation method was adopted. The(EDA) structure was used for global search while the teaching learning based optimization(TLBO) strategy was used for local search. Based on the structure of the HFSPUPM, this work presents a series of discrete operations. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid algorithm compared with other algorithms. 展开更多

In general, the Coupling Modes may be divided into immediate, deferred and detached modes in active database systems. This paper clas-sifies the coupling modes into syn-coupling and asyn-coupling modes, according to the key issue, synchrony/asynchrony, in parallel programming language. Rule execution semantics for various coupling modes is distinctly defined. It is beneficial to implementation and usage of the active rule system. After graph-based rule system (E-RG) and its execution modei, which have been re-searched in their previous works, are chiefly described, the authors show the various strategies to construct the syn-coupling and asyn-coupling modes in E-RG rule system, based on semantics for coupling modes. 展开更多

The coupler is fundamental for a coupled model to realize complex interactions among component models.This paper focuses on the coupling process of Wave-Circulation(W-C) coupled model which consists of MASNUM(key laboratory of marine science and numerical modeling wave model)and POM(Princeton Ocean Model).The current coupling module of this coupled model is based on the inefficient I/O file,which has already become a performance bottleneck especially when the coupled model utilizes a large number of processes.To improve the performance of the W-C model,a flexible coupling module based on the model coupling toolkit(MCT) is designed and implemented to replace the current I/O file coupling module in the coupled model.Empirical studies that we have carried out demonstrate that our online coupling module can dramatically improve the parallel performance of the coupled model.The online coupling module outperforms the I/O file coupling module.When processes increase to 96,the whole process of EXP-C takes only 695.8 seconds,which is only 58.8%of the execution time of EXP-F.Based on our experiments under 2D Parallel Decomposition(2DPD),we suggest setting parallel decomposition strategies automatically to component models in order to achieve high parallel efficiency. 展开更多

The solution of this eq... In this work the authors simulate a contaminant transport problem in three dimensions that takes place in the soil of waste disposals. Such problem is modeled by a diffusion-dominated equation. The solution of this equation is addressed by using mixed finite element method for the spatial discretization of the equation. The resulting linear algebraic system is handled by an iterative domain decomposition procedure. This procedure is naturally parallelizable, and permits to implement computational codes in distributed memory machines in order to save on CPU time. Numerical results of the serial and parallel codes were compared with experimental results, and their performance measures were evaluated. The results indicate that the parallelizable procedure is an efficient tool for performing simulations of the problem. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate risks and clinical effects of operative treatment for cervical vertebral fracture and dislocation associated with unilateral vertebral artery injury. Methods: This group consisted of 76 cases of closed cervical spine trauma combined with unilateral vertebral artery injury (23 cases of bilateral facet dislocation, 28 unilateral facet dislocation and 25 fracture). All patients underwent prospective examination of cervical spine MRI and vertebral artery two-dimensional time-of-flight (2D TOF) magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), and anterior cervical decompression. The healthy vertebral artery paths were evaluated before the surgery, and were protected during the surgery according to the anatomical signs. Results: There were no acute or chronic clinical dam- age symptoms in 76 cases after surgery. No neural damage symptoms were observed in patients with normal neural functions. The neural functions of incomplete paralyzed patients were improved in different grades. Conclusions: Reliable anterior operation can produce good results for cervical fracture and dislocation with unilateral vertebral artery injury. Detecting the course of uninjured vertebral artery before operation and locating the anatomical site during operation are effective to avoid damaging vertebral artery of uninjured side. 展开更多
