基于CEEMD与CPSO-ELM的行星齿轮传动箱故障研究

鉴于现有行星齿轮传动箱应用在多种复杂环境,且在外界扰动较大时,齿轮磨损故障信号具有非平稳等特点,很难准确分离和识别出故障信号及故障类型,为解决问题,提出了一种基于互补集合经验模态分解(CEEMD)、混沌粒子群核极限学习机(CPSO-ELM)的行星齿轮传动箱故障信号处理及识别算法。为了验证CPSO-ELM算法对行星齿轮传动箱故障识别的优越性,引入传统的SVM分类器进行故障实验对比。实验结果表明CPSO-ELM算法识别更加精确、识别速度快,验证了本文提出的行星齿轮传动箱故障研究算法的有效性。

Optimum Determination of Partial Transmission Ratios of Coupled Planetary Gearboxes

This paper presents a new study on optimum determination of the partial ratios of coupled planetary gear sets for getting minimum radial size of the gear sets. In this paper, based on moment equilibrium condition of a mechanic system including two-row planetary gear sets and their regular resistance conditions, an explicit model for calculating the partial ratios of coupled planetary gear sets was proposed. In addition, by giving this effective model, the partial ratios can be calculated simply and accurately.
