温和灸联合基础补液治疗妊娠剧吐临床研究 被引量:6

目的:观察温和灸联合基础补液治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法:纳入产科就诊的85例妊娠剧吐患者进行研究,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组45例和对照组40例,观察组给予温和灸联合基础补液,对照组仅给予基础补液,治疗1个疗程,观察2组临床疗效,... 目的:观察温和灸联合基础补液治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法:纳入产科就诊的85例妊娠剧吐患者进行研究,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组45例和对照组40例,观察组给予温和灸联合基础补液,对照组仅给予基础补液,治疗1个疗程,观察2组临床疗效,中医证候积分,焦虑、压力情况、妊娠结局及并发症。结果:观察组总有效率82.2%(37/45)高于对照组的57.5%(23/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组恶心呕吐、精神疲乏、头晕目眩证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,恶心呕吐、精神疲乏、头晕目眩证候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组焦虑、压力得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,焦虑、压力得分均降低,与对照组比较,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组自然早产、小于胎龄儿及先兆子痫比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组酸中毒、肝功能衰竭及电解质失衡发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温和灸联合基础补液治疗妊娠剧吐疗效显著,可有效改善临床症状,缓解患者焦虑、压力状态,且不影响妊娠结局,安全性较高。 展开更多

地下室底板开孔补桩后加固处理设计

Empirical Analysis of City Contact in Zhujiang(Pearl) River Delta, China 被引量:7

In traditional urban geography, city contact research is a classic study element in city research. In general, researchers use the traditional gravity model to characterize the contacts that exist between two cities. The traditional gravity model assumes ideal conditions, but these preconditions and their results often do not exist in realistic conditions. Thus, we used a modified gravity model to characterize the city contacts within a specific region. This model considers factors such as intercity complementarities, government intervention, and the diversity of the transportation infrastructure which is characterized as the transportation distance instead of the traditional Euclidean distance. We applied this model to an empirical study of city contact in the Zhujiang(Pearl) River Delta(PRD) of China. The regression results indicated that the modified gravity model could measure city contact more accurately and comprehensively than the traditional gravity model, i.e., it yielded a higher adjusted R2 value(0.379) than the traditional gravity model result(0.259). Our study also suggests that, in addition to urban-regional and metropolitan development, the complementarities of the basic functions of cities at the administrative and market levels, as well as the corporeal and immaterial levels, play very significant roles in the characterization of city contact. Given the complexity of city contact, it will be necessary to consider more relevant influential factors in the modified gravity model to characterize the features of city contact in the future. 展开更多

In Peer-to-Peer(P2P) streaming systems,video data may be lost since peers can join and leave the overlay network randomly,thereby deteriorating the video playback quality.In this paper we propose a new hybrid mesh and Distributed Hash Table(DHT) based P2P streaming system,called HQMedia,to provide high playback quality to users by maintaining high data dissemination resilience with a low overhead.In HQMedia,peers are classified into Super Peers(SP) and Common Peers(CP) according to their online time.SPs and CPs form a mesh structure,while SPs alone form a new Streaming DHT(SDHT) structure.In this hybrid architecture,we propose a joint scheduling and compensation mechanism.If any frames cannot be obtained during the scheduling phase,an SDHT-based compensation mechanism is invoked for retrieving the missing frames near the playback point.We evaluate the performance of HQMedia by both theoretical analysis and intensive simulation experiments on large-scale networks to demonstrate the effectiveness and scalability of the proposed system.Numerical results show that HQMedia significantly outperforms existing mesh-based and treebased P2P live streaming systems by improving playback quality with only less than 1% extra maintenance overhead. 展开更多

As an emerging research field,inductively coupled wireless power transfer(ICWPT) technology has attracted wide spread attention recently.In this paper,the maximum power transfer performances of four basic topologies labeled as SS,SP,PS and PP are investigated.By modeling the equivalent circuits of these topologies in high frequency(HF),the primary resonance compensation capacitances for maximum power transfer capability are deduced.It is found that these capacitances fluctuate with load resistance change,which is disadvantageous to SP,PS and PP topologies and an obstacle to their practical applications as well.To solve this problem,a phase controlled inductor circuit is proposed.By adjusting the triggering angle,the real-time dynamic tuning control can be achieved to guarantee maximum power transfer.Finally,simulations and experiments show that the proposed method is of great effectiveness and reliability to solve the issue of resonance compensation capacitance fluctuation with load change and to guarantee the flexible applications of all topologies. 展开更多

As residual attitude errors are likely to affect the synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging, this paper presents a SAR motioncompensation algorithm based on the correction of residual attitude errors. The existing methods all use the antenna stableplatform to correct the attitude errors, and then compensate the trajectory deviations in the following imaging process. Besidescompensating the trajectory deviations, the modified method of this paper also considers the influence of residual attitude er-rors on the SAR imaging, and can compensate both the trajectory deviations and the residual attitude errors. Compared withthe existing methods, the modified method in this paper can more precisely compensate the imperfect motion on the SAR im-aging, especially good for the SAR system with a small platform, near operating distance and a narrow antenna beam. Such asystem causes severe residual attitude errors and needs to consider the influence of antenna beam pointing errors on the imag-ing. The validity of the modified method presented by this paper is demonstrated by the result of the experiment. 展开更多
