Aim Interactive multiple model(IMM) algorithm was introduced into two? stage estimation to improve the estimating accuracy for system position and velocity.Methods The state estimation was carried out in mixed coordinates according to the nonlinear measure equation, a generalized interactive acceleration compensation(IAC) algorithm in mixed coordinate was presented. Results Simulation result shows the estimation accuracy is improved through changing measure equation in polar coordinates. Conclusion The estimation accuracy for position and velocity estimation, has been improved greatly, and the proposed algorithm has the advantage of less calculating time comparing with other multiple model methods. 展开更多

In order to correct the test error caused by the dynamic characteristics of pressure sensor and avoid the influence of the error of sensor's dynamic model on compensation results,a dynamic compensation method of the pressure sensor is presented,which is based on quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization(QPSO)algorithm and the mean square error(MSE).By using this method,the inverse model of the sensor is built and optimized and then the coefficients of the optimal compensator are got.This method is verified by the dynamic calibration with shock tube and the dynamic characteristics of the sensor before and after compensation are analyzed in time domain and frequency domain.The results show that the working bandwidth of the sensor is extended effectively.This method can reduce dynamic measuring error and improve test accuracy in actual measurement experiments. 展开更多

Aiming at the higher bit-rate occupation of motion vector encoding and more time load of full-searching strategies, a multi-resolution motion estimation and compensation algorithm based on adjacent prediction of frame difference was proposed.Differential motion detection was employed to image sequences and proper threshold was adopted to identify the connected region.Then the motion region was extracted to carry out motion estimation and motion compensation on it.The experiment results show that the encoding efficiency of motion vector is promoted, the complexity of motion estimation is reduced and the quality of the reconstruction image at the same bit-rate as Multi-Resolution Motion Estimation(MRME) is improved. 展开更多

A new compensation method for angular rate estimation of non-gyro inertial measurement unit (NGIMU) is proposed in terms of the existence of aecelerometer mounting error, which seriously affects the precision of navigation parameter estimation. Using the accelerometer output error function, the algorithm compensates the posture parameters in the traditional algorithm of angular rate estimation to reduce the accelerometer mounting error. According to the traditional aceelerometer configurations, a novel nine-accelerometer confi-guration of NGIMU is presented with its mathematic model constructed. The semi-hardware simulations of the proposed algorithm are investigated based on the presented NGIMU configuration, and the results show the effectivity of the new algorithm. 展开更多

Atomic force microscope (AFM), as an important instrument in micro/nano operation, has been widely used to measure sampie's height information. However, the so called compression effect, due to force aroused from the contact of AFM tip with a sample surface, would result in imprecision of the surface's height measurement, i.e., the measured height is lower than expected. Up to now, there is not any effective and rapid method to attenuate this kind of measurement error. Thus, in this paper, an algorithm to obtain high accurate height measurement is proposed. Firstly, the concept of force curve is used to analyze the basic principle of the compression effect. Secondly, an automatic compensation method by fusing the height signal and the deflection signal is proposed. The proposed algorithm can also be used to obtain a surface elasticity image. Finally, in order to validate the proposed method, two experiments are conducted with respect to mufti-wall nano-carbon tubes on a silicon substrate and graphemes on a mica substrate. 展开更多

In this paper, we present a stable single-photon detection method based on Si-avalanche photodiode(Si-APD) operating in Geiger mode with a large temperature variation range. By accurate temperature sensing and direct current(DC) bias voltage compensation, the single-photon detector can work stably in Geiger mode from-40 °C to 35 °C with an almost constant avalanche gain.
