目的:探讨皮肤全层缺损真皮修复不同阶段对表皮再生影响及促进皮肤表皮修复的最佳阶段。方法将21例皮肤全层缺损患者随机分为甲组、乙组、丙组,甲组植入含有维生素 C 羊膜载体和缓释碱性成纤维细胞生长因子复合物,乙组植入单纯羊膜...目的:探讨皮肤全层缺损真皮修复不同阶段对表皮再生影响及促进皮肤表皮修复的最佳阶段。方法将21例皮肤全层缺损患者随机分为甲组、乙组、丙组,甲组植入含有维生素 C 羊膜载体和缓释碱性成纤维细胞生长因子复合物,乙组植入单纯羊膜载体复合物,丙组采用油纱对创面覆盖,分别于术后1、2、3周植入自体表皮细胞混合液,观察1周后三组患者的治疗效果、组织学、及免疫组织化情况。结果术后3周植入患者创面愈合质量及速度明显优于1、2周(P 〈0.05);甲组患者的表皮覆盖效果、生长速度及质量明显优于乙组、丙组(P 〈0.05)。结论皮肤全层缺损真皮修复能加速真皮的重建及修复,重建初期及增生晚期是促进表皮生长的最佳阶段。展开更多

There is also a considerable literature on reepithelialization after ablative treatments in Barrett’s esophagus. This report describes a case of multifocal s uperficial adenocarcinoma arising in Barrett’s mucosa that was successfully tre ated with total circumferential endoscopic mucosal resection, with a subsequent follow-up of more than 2 years. This is the first report describing the process of squamous reepithelialization after endoscopic mucosal resection in Barrett’ s esophagus.展开更多
