煤炭运输抑尘用表面凝固剂的研制

本研究根据凝聚作用机理,选用燃料油、乙烯渣油作粘结剂,废润滑油、0~#柴油作溶剂,配以适量的表面活性剂(L—113B),制成油包水型乳状液。利用自行设计的风洞试验装置,经四轮实验,筛选出表面凝固剂的配方,确定了主要工艺条件。

A spiral fluidity test model of superalloys with 10 mm in height and 3 mm in thickness was designed to evaluate the fluidity of two distinct Ni-based superalloys IN718 and IN939.The factors influencing fluidity are ascertained through comparative analysis utilizing methodologies such as JMat Pro,differential scanning calorimetry and high-temperature confocal laser scanning microscopy.The results show that under identical testing conditions,the fluidity of the IN939 superalloy surpasses that of the IN718 superalloy.When subjected to the same temperature,the melt viscosity and surface tension of IN939 superalloy are considerably reduced relative to those of IN718 superalloy,which is beneficial to improving the melt fluidity.Furthermore,the liquidus temperature and solidification range for the IN939 superalloy are both smaller compared with those of the IN718 superalloy.This condition proves advantageous in delaying dendrite coherency,thereby improving fluidity. 展开更多

The simulation results are basically in a... A new method called mixed Lagrangian and Eulerian method (MILE method) was used to simulate the thermomechanical behavior during continuous casting process of steel YF45MnV. The simulation results are basically in agreement with the measured data. The delaying period at the beginning of solidification is about 0.1. in square root of solidification time which is agreement with the data in literatures, and shell thickness increases in linear relation to square root of solidification time. The bloom surface temperature decreases gradually as the casting proceeds. The effective stress in the comer is much larger than that in the mid-face. The comer area is the dangerous zone of cracking. The effects of mold flux break temperature on the air gap and hot tearing indicator were also modeled. The model predicts that the bloom surface temperature increases with the increase of the mold flux break temperature, but the heat flux decreases with the increase of the mold flux break temperature. ,The hot tearing indicator is much smaller when the mold flux break temperature is higher. 展开更多

Numerical simulations of flow in the melt(CdZnTe) with different conditions are conducted using the finite-difference method.When the top surface of the melt is solid wall under microgravity condition,the thermocapillary convection is caused in the melt by the surface tension gradient on the free surface.As the Marangoni number is small,the flow is steady thermocapillary convection.As the Marangoni number exceeds the critical value,the steady flow transits into unstable thermocapillary convection.When the top surface of the melt is free surface under microgravity,two roll cells are observed in the melt,which are driven by both the surface tension gradients on the upper and lower free surfaces.When the top surface of the melt is free surface under gravity condition,the effect of the buoyancy on the flow is little as the Marangoni number is small.With the Marangoni number increasing,the effect of the buoyancy increases,which makes the upper roll cell weaken and the lower roll cell strengthen. 展开更多

The "solidified liquid layer" model has been examined using a quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) with a polymeric matrix.The model is shown to give a reasonable explanation for the following experimental observations:(i) The opposite response of the QCM and surface plasmon resonance(SPR) for the activation process;(ii) the marked difference in the responses for IgG/anti-IgG interaction between QCM and SPR.Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicated that QCM is sensitive to the thickness change of the "solidified liquid layer" but not the mass of captured biomolecules(i.e.,the immobilized mass),implying caution must be taken in interpreting QCM results. 展开更多
