应用 S E M、 E D X、 X R D 及 X P S 等技术研究了无水洗电镀锌钢板表面黑变膜形貌、组成与结构,并对黑变的原因进行了讨论。结果表明:黑变膜厚度约为70 nm ,它由 Zn O、 Zn( O H)2 、 Zn5( C O... 应用 S E M、 E D X、 X R D 及 X P S 等技术研究了无水洗电镀锌钢板表面黑变膜形貌、组成与结构,并对黑变的原因进行了讨论。结果表明:黑变膜厚度约为70 nm ,它由 Zn O、 Zn( O H)2 、 Zn5( C O3)2( O H)6 或3 Zn( O H)2· Zn C O3· H2 O 及微量 Pb O 组成,但膜表层的 Zn 是以 Zn O 形态存在,而膜内层则以非化学计量化合物 Zn O1 X 形态存在。黑变的原因主要是由于锌的阳极活性溶解作用和杂质 Pb 及其沉淀物的阴极去极化作用。另一方面,镀锌层表面的低p H 值和 Pb 以溶解—再沉积的方式促进了锌层腐蚀的发生和发展。同时发现黑变显示的颜色是由镀锌板表面形成的腐蚀产物膜上产生的光的干涉现象所致。 展开更多

研究了镀锌钢管表面黑变的机理及成因;通过中性盐雾试验和高温高湿试验,探讨了钢管表面黑变的解决方案。结果显示,钢管表面黑变成因与表面锌层中铅元素的含量及分布直接相关。铅含量较高区域腐蚀电位较高,铅含量偏低区域腐蚀电位相对较... 研究了镀锌钢管表面黑变的机理及成因;通过中性盐雾试验和高温高湿试验,探讨了钢管表面黑变的解决方案。结果显示,钢管表面黑变成因与表面锌层中铅元素的含量及分布直接相关。铅含量较高区域腐蚀电位较高,铅含量偏低区域腐蚀电位相对较低。当有腐蚀介质存在时,会发生电化学腐蚀,使电位较低区域加快腐蚀,从而导致该区域腐蚀产物富集,氧元素含量增加。腐蚀产物的富集造成了该区域表观色泽变暗,形成暗黑色表面斑纹。选用GDC-008型单组份钝化液,钝化膜固化温度达到90℃以上、固化时间3 min以上时,可以获得耐腐蚀性能良好的表面钝化膜层,有效解决镀锌钢管表面黑变问题。 展开更多

By combining Argos drifter buoys and TOPEX/POSEIDON altimeter data, the time series of sea-surface velocity fields in the Kuroshio Current (KC) and adjacent regions are established. And the variability of the KC from the Luzon Strait to the Tokara Strait is studied based on the velocity fields. The results show that the dominant variability period varies in different segments of the KC: The primary period near the Luzon Strait and to the east of Taiwan Island is the intra-seasonal time scale; the KC on the continental shelf of the ECS is the steadiest segment without obvious periodicity, while the Tokara Strait shows the period of seasonal variability. The diverse periods are caused by the Rossby waves propagating from the interior ocean, with adjustments in topography of island chain and local wind stress. 展开更多

BdlR strain killifish Oryzias latipes, which can be found in natural populations in Kochi Prefecture, Japan, exhibit a fading body-color. The aim of this article is trace of body fade by enzymatic analysis especially blacking key enzyme tyrosinase. A single scale was collected from a single specimen of this strain at the dorsal axis, and the supernatant fi-action developed from this sample served as a tyrosinase extract. The extract fraction showed low tyrosinase activity when L-tyrosine, L-dopa and L-dopamine were used as enzyme substrates. After addition of L-cysteine to the sample scale, surface color gradually faded as pheomelanin formed. Tyrosinase was believed to have been in the folded phase and especially active arotmd the catalytic site and copper was detected in the scale. In hereafter, molecular analysis can attain above purpose. 展开更多
