U_(3)Si_(2)核燃料孔隙演化的三维相场模拟

U_(3)Si_(2)较UO_(2)具有更高的热导率和铀密度,故被考虑用作UO_(2)的耐事故替代燃料。然而U_(3)Si_(2)燃料在辐照过程中产生大量的点缺陷易簇聚成孔隙或气泡导致肿胀,影响燃料的服役性能和寿命。本文采用三维相场方法研究了裂变密度对U_(3)Si_(2)燃料孔隙演化的影响。结果表明:孔隙平均半径〈R〉与裂变密度F_(D)幂律相关,满足关系式〈R〉∝F^(z)_(D),幂指数z为0.45;孔隙尺寸分布呈对数正态分布,与裂变密度无关。孔隙平均尺寸随裂变密度的增加而变大,大致在2~20 nm范围内。空位数量、孔隙率、肿胀率和裂变密度呈正相关,孔隙浓度随裂变密度迅速增加后缓慢减少至稳定值。当裂变密度为14×10^(20)cm^(-3)时,孔隙浓度约为1.6×10^(16)cm^(-3),孔隙率约为0.1,燃料体积的肿胀率不超过3%。模拟结果与实验值吻合较好。 展开更多

Combining wavelet transforms with conventional log differential curves is used to identify fractured sections is a new idea.In this paper,we first compute the mother wavelet transform of conventional logs and the wavelet decomposed signals are compared with fractures identified from image logs to determine the fracture-matched mother wavelet.Then the mother wavelet-based decomposed signal combined with the differential curves of conventional well logs create a fracture indicator curve,identifying the fractured zone.Finally the fracture density can be precisely evaluated by the linear relationship of the indicator curve and image log fracture density.This method has been successfully used to evaluate igneous reservoir fractures in the southern Songnan basin and the calculated density from the indicator curve and density from image logs are both basically consistent. 展开更多

Analysis of Dynamic Variations of Crustal Density in the Longmenshan Area before the Wenchuan M_S8.0 Earthquake

Based on the repeated gravity observation data from 1996 to 2007 from the Longmenshan gravity network, which has been dealt with by adjustment processing, the benchmark interference removal and impact of elevation changes removal, and by using the 3-D inversion method to reflect underground density, we analyze the characteristics of Longmenshan regional dynamic crustal density at depths of 25km, 20km and 15kin. The results show that in the Wenchuan earthquake preparation process, the regional density field showed marked characteristics both in time and space distribution. From the point of time process, the density change trend in the ten years before the earthquake presents a periodic change pattern: steady phase, dramatic stage, slow reducing phase and slow increase phase. The degree of density changes is from large to small, which means that earthquake gestation has reached the final stage. From the point of space distribution, density change distribution has a tendency of "dispersion--relative concentration", this shows that before the earthquake, the entropy of the underground density field was decreased. In addition, dramatic density changes often occur in the Longmenshan fault zone and western Sichuan plateau. Also, with the increase of depth, the trend of density change is more and more obvious. Through comparative analysis, the influence of density change on gravity is much bigger than that from height change. 展开更多

A multi-scale virtual internal bond (VIB) model for the isotropic materials has been recently proposed to describe the material deformation and fracturing. During the simulation process of material fracturing using VIB, the fracture criterion is directly built into the constitutive formulation of the material using the cohesive force law. Enlightened by the similarity of the damage constitutive model of rock under uniaxial compression and the cohesive force law of VIB, a VIB density function of rock under uniaxial compression is suggested. The elastic modulus tensor is formulated on the basis of the density function. Thus the complete deformation process of rock under the uniaxial compression is simulated. 展开更多
