沥青路面裂纹检测技术的应用

文中以荔城区农村公路沥青路面检测项目为例,分析了该项目沥青路面裂纹现状,采用高斯函数滤波算法和基于块的图像差分二值化法检测公路质量状况。结果显示,沥青路面的综合质量等级为优,为农村公路养护作业提供相关依据。

The proposed approach iimplemented in a case study for an instance structure’ and theinfluences of correction factors on the crack propagation areanalyzed. Meanwhile’ the probabilistic method based onWeibull distribution probability density function is selected toevaluate the precision of the corrected estimation approach’and the probability density of results is calculated by theprobability density function. It is shown that the resultsestimated by the corrected approach is more precise than thoseestimated by the fracture mechanics, and they are closer to thetest data. 展开更多

利用扫描电镜对FGH97试件在750℃,应力比为0.05,不同保载时间和应力强度因子变程处的断口微观特征进行了观察,发现保载时间为90s时,随着应力强度因子变程提高,疲劳条带特征逐渐消失,可忽略疲劳载荷作用的应力强度因子变程值位于中等水平... 利用扫描电镜对FGH97试件在750℃,应力比为0.05,不同保载时间和应力强度因子变程处的断口微观特征进行了观察,发现保载时间为90s时,随着应力强度因子变程提高,疲劳条带特征逐渐消失,可忽略疲劳载荷作用的应力强度因子变程值位于中等水平处;保载时间为450s和1 500s时可忽略疲劳载荷作用的应力强度因子变程值更低.基于包含蠕变-疲劳交互项的3项式模型,引入时间相关和循环相关分量对蠕变-疲劳裂纹扩展试验数据进行了分析,发现不同保载时间下,时间相关分量与循环相关分量对总的裂纹扩展速率的贡献量与应力强度因子变程水平有关.基于分析结果,给出了时间相关裂纹扩展速率描述模型,并讨论了不同保载时间下影响裂纹扩展主导因素的应力强度因子变程值. 展开更多

Effect of inclusion on high cycle fatigue response of a powder metallurgy tool steel 被引量:1

The high cycle fatigue response of a high V-alloyed powder metallurgy tool steel (AISI 11) with different inclusion sizes was studied. Two materials of this grade at a similar hardness of about HRC 60 were subjected to axial loading fatigue tests, tensile tests and fracture toughness measurements to investigate their mechanical properties. Large inclusion above 70 ~rn is indicated to be responsible for the tensile fracture which happens before yielding. The fatigue strength obtained up to 107 cycles is found to decrease from approximately 1 538 MPa to 1000 MPa with the inclusion size increasing above 30 Izm. The internally induced crack initiation is mainly attributed to the surface compressive residual stress of 300-450 MPa. Fractographic evaluation demonstrates that the crack initiation and propagation controlling factors of the two materials are almost the same, indicating that the two factors would be insignificantly affected by the inclusion size level. Paris sizes of the two materials both show a tendency to decrease as the ratio of stress intensity factor of crack origin to factor of fish-eye increases. The investigation into the relationship between stress intensity factors and fatigue life of the two materials further indicates that the high cycle fatigue behavior of AISI 11 is controlled by crack propagation. 展开更多

This article examines the interaction of multiple cracks in an infinite plate by using a numerical method. The numerical method consists of the non-singular displacement discontinuity element presented by Crouch and Startled and the crack tip displacement discontinuity elements proposed by the author. In the numerical method implementation, the left or the right crack tip element is placed locally at the corresponding left or right crack tip on top of the constant displacement discontinuity elements that cover the entire crack surface and the other boundaries. The numerical method is called a hybrid displacement discontinuity method. The following test examples of crack problems in an infinite plate under tension are included: “ center-inclined cracked plate”, “interaction of two collinear cracks with equal length”, “interaction of three collinear cracks with equal length”, “interaction of two parallel cracks with equal length”, and “interaction of one horizontal crack and one inclined crack”. The present numerical results show that the numerical method is simple yet very accurate for analyzing the interaction of multiple cracks in an infinite plate. 展开更多
