目的:观察双支装黏弹剂犤DuoVisc,含3%透明质酸钠(provisc)加4%硫酸软骨素(viscoat)和1%透明质酸钠各1支犦在超声乳化白内障手术中的应用。方法:对40例(40眼)住院行超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶状体植入术,并在术中分别应用双支装黏弹剂... 目的:观察双支装黏弹剂犤DuoVisc,含3%透明质酸钠(provisc)加4%硫酸软骨素(viscoat)和1%透明质酸钠各1支犦在超声乳化白内障手术中的应用。方法:对40例(40眼)住院行超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶状体植入术,并在术中分别应用双支装黏弹剂(Ⅰ组)和医用透明质酸钠(Ⅱ组)的患者进行观察、比较和分析。结果:Ⅰ组术后视力小于或等于0.05者(43%)明显较术前(13%)减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Ⅱ组视力小于或等于0.05者术前术后(47%比41%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且Ⅰ组术后视力为0.8~1.5(22%,5/23)者明显多于Ⅱ组(12%,2/17);两组术前和术后眼压均无明显变化(P>0.05);Ⅰ组清除干净眼内黏弹性物质所用时间较Ⅱ组长(P<0.01);但角膜水肿评分Ⅰ组1分22例,2分1例;Ⅱ组1分4例,2分13例,Ⅰ组明显低于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。角膜内皮检查Ⅰ组的平均角膜内皮丢失率为6%,明显低于Ⅱ组的14%,P<0.05。结论:双支装黏弹剂包括的两种黏弹性物质3%透明质酸钠加4%硫酸软骨素和1%透明质酸钠配合应用,可以更有效地发挥黏弹剂的黏滞性、黏弹性、内聚性和组织涂布性,使手术更安全,手术质量更高。 展开更多

目的探讨预灌装碘对比剂在增强CT中的应用价值。方法使用预灌装碘对比剂对527例增强CT患者进行检查,观察预灌装碘对比剂在使用过程中的危险因素、不良反应、用药时间及操作便利性等情况。结果527例患者中10例发生轻微发热不良反应,1例... 目的探讨预灌装碘对比剂在增强CT中的应用价值。方法使用预灌装碘对比剂对527例增强CT患者进行检查,观察预灌装碘对比剂在使用过程中的危险因素、不良反应、用药时间及操作便利性等情况。结果527例患者中10例发生轻微发热不良反应,1例患者发生恶心、呕吐,2例患者发生对比剂渗漏,检查准备时间缩短,对比剂浪费减少,注射前的污染环节减少,操作更加简便,整体工作效率提高。结论预灌装碘对比剂在增强CT使用中的不良反应与普通瓶装碘对比剂相似,但可综合提高碘对比剂的利用率和整体工作效率,值得临床推广。 展开更多

A plastic mixture construction technology using MBER (material becoming earth into rock) soil stabilizer is introduced and the water quality of a solidified soil cistern using the technology is analyzed. Rainwater was harvested in July, 2012. Water quality of runoff and cistern water after storage was measured, including turbidity, chemical oxygen demand (COD), total nitrogen, nitrate, and ammonia. Results show that pollutant concentrations in runoff decreased with time, indicating that runoff in the early time should be removed. Nitrate concentrations in cistern water increased after storage, while the remaining parameters decreased. Measured pollutant concentrations did not exceed the limit according to the standard for drinking water in China. It can be concluded that the solidified soil cistern with plastic mixture construction technology can provide available water for domestic use. 展开更多

Pt based materials are the most efficient electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and methanol oxidation reaction(MOR)in fuel cells.Maximizing the utilization of Pt based materials by modulating their morphologies to expose more active sites is a fundamental objective for the practical application of fuel cells.Herein,we report a new class of hierarchically skeletal Pt-Ni nanocrystals(HSNs)with a multi-layered structure,prepared by an inorganic acid-induced solvothermal method.The addition of H_(2)SO_(4)to the synthetic protocol provides a critical trigger for the successful growth of Pt-Ni nanocrystals with the desired structure.The Pt-Ni HSNs synthesized by this method exhibit enhanced mass activity of 1.25 A mgpt−1 at 0.9 V(versus the reversible hydrogen electrode)towards ORR in 0.1-M HClO_(4),which is superior to that of Pt-Ni multi-branched nanocrystals obtained by the same method in the absence of inorganic acid;it is additionally 8.9-fold higher than that of the commercial Pt/C catalyst.Meanwhile,it displays enhanced stability,with only 21.6%mass activity loss after 10,000 cycles(0.6–1.0 V)for ORR.Furthermore,the Pt-Ni HSNs show enhanced activity and anti-toxic ability in CO for MOR.The superb activity of the Pt-Ni HSNs for ORR and MOR is fully attributed to an extensively exposed electrochemical surface area and high intrinsic activity,induced by strain effects,provided by the unique hierarchically skeletal alloy structure.The novel open and hierarchical structure of Pt-Ni alloy provides a promising approach for significant improvements of the activity of Pt based alloy electrocatalysts. 展开更多

A series of Co-imbedded zeolite-based catalysts were synthesized following a facile solvent-free grinding route.The catalytic performance for direct syngas conversion to gasoline range hydrocarbons was compared with their counterpart Co-impregnated zeolite-based catalysts.Successful transformation of solid raw materials to targeted zeolite was confirmed by XRD,SEM,STEM,and N2 physisorption analysis.An in-depth study of acidic strength and acidic site distribution was conducted by NH3-TPD and Py-IR spectroscopy.Acidic strength showed a pivotal role in defining product range.Co@S1,with the weakest acidic strength of silicalite-1 among three types of zeolites,evaded over-cracking of product and exhibited the highest gasoline and isoparaffin selectivity(≈70%and 30.7%,respectively).Moreover,the solvent-free raw material grinding route for zeolite synthesis accompanies several advantages like the elimination of production of wastewater,high product yield within confined crystallization space,and elimination of safety concerns regarding high pressure due to the absence of the solvent.Facileness and easiness of the solvent-free synthesis route together with promising catalytic performance strongly support its application on the industrial scale. 展开更多

The data published in the literature were reprocessed and compared with experimental data and the relationship of hydrogen and methane contained in the dry gas with the conversion rate was identified.The similarity between the route for cracking of olefin enriched FCC gasoline and the route for reaction of individual hydrocarbons was deduced, while the route for formation of ethylene in dry gas was also proposed to identify the relationship between the reaction path for formation of ethylene and the conversion rate. 展开更多

A kind of modifier was synthesized to modify the surface of nanometer calcium carbonate (abbreviated as nano-CaCO3), which is used in architectural coatings. The modification technology of the nano-CaCO3 was studied through orthogonal experimental methods. The factors studied were rotation speed, modifier dosage, emulsification temperature, emulsification time and heat aging time after emulsification. Optimized conditions for modification of the surface were: rotation speed 16000 r/min; modifier dosage 3%; emulsification temperature 75 ℃; emulsification time 60 min and aging time 40 min. The modified nano-CaCO3 was also studied by size-distribution measurements, transmission electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis. The results show that the size distribution of the modified nano-CaCO3 is uniform and that there are chemi-sorption and physi-sorption between the nano-CaCO3 and the modifier. Compared to traditional architectural coatings without nano-CaCO3, the nanometer composite coatings are obviously improved in respect to dirt resistance, scrub resistance, thixotropy, water resistance, alkalinity resistance and aging resistance. 展开更多

Isolated cationic Pd species encapsulated in MFI zeolite,i.e.,Pd@MFI,have been successfully prepared via in situ hydrothermal route followed by oxidative treatment.The as-prepared Pd@MFI samples are investigated as promising catalysts in the reaction of methane combustion.Typically,Pd@H-ZSM-5 shows remarkable activity in methane catalytic combustion with a low apparent activation energy value of 70.7 kj/mol as well as good catalytic stability even in excess water vapor.Detailed characterization results demonstrate the strong interaction between Pd sites and zeolite framework in Pd@ZSM-5 and the efficient stabilization of isolated Pd sites by zeolite thereof.Spectroscopy analyses reveal that the presence of BrΦnsted acid sites is beneficial to methane adsorption and its subsequent activation on adjacent Pd sites,constructing cooperation between Bronsted acid sites and Pd sites within the confined space of MFI zeolite toward high-efficiency methane catalytic combustion.The reaction mechanism of methane combustion catalyzed by Pd@H-ZSM-5 model catalyst is finally discussed. 展开更多
