对扑火安全问题的几点粗浅思考

在我国现行扑火装备水平和扑火手段的条件下,能否实现扑火安全是当前及今后一个时期的重大课题。结合吉林省的工作实际,概括了当前扑火安全事故的主要关联因素,包括系统性基础因素,林分条件和地形地貌因素,扑火手段因素,专业化水平因素等,针对主要关联因素提出减少扑火安全事故的具体策略,并对扑火现场的安全问题提出了自己的认识。
