中国省际绿色技术进步偏向异质性及影响因素研究——基于一种新的Malmquist-Luenberger多维分解指数 被引量:14

作为全要素生产率的重要组成,技术进步及其在资源环境等不同要素间的偏向对我国经济发展具有重要影响。考虑区域绿色生产技术差异,论文构建了一种新的Malmquist-Luenberger多维分解指数模型,该模型不仅能够识别出绿色技术进步是否存在... 作为全要素生产率的重要组成,技术进步及其在资源环境等不同要素间的偏向对我国经济发展具有重要影响。考虑区域绿色生产技术差异,论文构建了一种新的Malmquist-Luenberger多维分解指数模型,该模型不仅能够识别出绿色技术进步是否存在投入与产出的组间偏向,而且对投入要素群及产出要素群组内偏向具有较好的辨别能力。论文以2005-2017年为时间跨度,选取我国30个省份进行绿色技术进步测度,对涵盖劳动力、资本、能源的投入要素群与包括污染物排放与GDP的产出要素群的组间及组内偏向特征予以分析,并给出引致绿色技术进步及其偏向的作用机制。研究发现:①中性绿色技术进步与投入偏向性绿色技术进步对区域技术水平提高具有促进作用,能够使技术水平年均上升0.57%和1.43%,但产出偏向性绿色技术进步在一定程度上抑制了区域技术水平的进一步提升,年均下降0.49%。②从投入要素群组内偏向来看,自西向东,资本密集使用、劳动与能源节约的要素驱动特征逐渐显著,产出要素群多表现出环境友好型技术进步特征。③对绿色偏向性技术进步异质性形成机理的研究发现,能源结构调整大幅度改善了中性绿色技术进步而对投入偏向性绿色技术进步存在抑制作用,但这一抑制相对有限,仅为促进作用的49.09%;产业结构的变动趋向于整体性的提高资源配置的高级化与合理化,即形成中性绿色技术进步而对投入及产出偏向性绿色技术进步存在负面影响;外贸依存度对产出偏向性绿色技术进步的影响为正;环境规制引导了企业绿色技术革新,可能对生产性资本临时占用而对当期中性绿色技术进步有抑制作用,但对投入偏向性技术进步及下一期的中性技术进步具有正向影响。 展开更多

The constriction factor method (CFM) is a new variation of the basic particle swarm optimization (PSO), which has relatively better convergent nature. The effects of the major parameters on CFM were systematically investigated based on some benchmark functions. The constriction factor, velocity constraint, and population size all have significant impact on the per- formance of CFM for PSO. The constriction factor and velocity constraint have optimal values in practical application, and im- proper choice of these factors will lead to bad results. Increasing population size can improve the solution quality, although the computing time will be longer. The characteristics of CFM parameters are described and guidelines for determining parameter values are given in this paper. 展开更多

This paper begins with a summary of the typical train control systems in Japan and Europe. Based on this summary, the author then raises the following question regarding current train control systems: What approach should be adopted in order to enhance the functionality, safety, and reliability of train control systems and assist in commercial operations on railways? Next, the author provides a desirable architecture that is likely to assist with the development of new train control systems based on current information and communication technologies. A new unified train control system (UTCS) is proposed that is effective in enhancing the robustness and com- petitiveness of a train control system. The ultimate architecture of the UTCS will be only composed of essential elements such as point machines and level crossing control devices in the field. 近年来银行信贷资产质量低下问题较为普遍存在,且越来越严重。随着金融体制改革的深入,信贷资产质量低下问题,将直接影响银行的经营与发展,也将严重阻碍中央银行有效宏观调控的实施和专业银行向商业银行转轨的进程,应引起各级领导的重视... 近年来银行信贷资产质量低下问题较为普遍存在,且越来越严重。随着金融体制改革的深入,信贷资产质量低下问题,将直接影响银行的经营与发展,也将严重阻碍中央银行有效宏观调控的实施和专业银行向商业银行转轨的进程,应引起各级领导的重视。 从涟水县各银行的信贷资产分析其质量低下令人担忧。到1993年末各项贷款余额68581万元,其中流动资金贷款中正常贷款、基本正常贷款、非正常贷款以及有严重问题难以收回的贷款所占比重分别是76.8%、11.5%、7.6%、4.1%。从表象看非正常贷款和有严重问题贷款所占比重并不大,但其所反映的深层问题是比较严重的。 一是从社会角度来看,一定的产业结构是由特定的投资结构决定的,信贷资产的投放要促进生产要素的合理组合和资源的优化配置,而实际情况则不然,表现在:(1)投入与产出的差异性。1993年与1990年相比,全县乡镇以上工业总产值增长了38%,而同期投放的工业生产和技改贷款则增长了42%,信贷资金投入的增长幅度大于产值的增长幅度。高投入低产出的本身就说明了信贷资产的质量是低劣的。(2)信贷资金财政化。仅1993年。 展开更多

This paper discussed the cost and benefit level of the marketing mix of organic vegetable cultivation. In 2011, the research assessed the effectiveness of policy of"Go Organic 2010" in Semarang municipality. The objectives of this work are to assess: (1] program implementations; (2) related stakeholders; C3] external and internal constrains; (4] the level of effectiveness; and (5) the efficiency on the use of production factors. Further, it aims to improve the competitiveness of the agricultural commodity through using efficient production factors, lessening the environmental damage as the use of pesticide, and promoting awareness of responsibilty among government, university, and society. Having employed interactive approach and SPSS 13.0 program, the result indicates that behavior of farming in the research area sounds to be less efficient. Further, agriculture extension agent performance in Semarang needs also to be better improved. Therefore, improvement on counselling activities is proposed to be a solution to make the performance of the extension optimum. Meanwhile, the number of extension agents is not sufficient. It is expected that the ideal number for extension--one village one extension--can be applied. 展开更多

Natural environments contribute to people’s perception,preference and health restoration.Many researchers have focused either on the positive effects of overall rural environments on stress recovery or concentrated on the perception and preference aspects of the rural landscape,but few have integrated perception,preference and stress recovery simultaneously.This paper developed a framework which includes 11 elements and 38 element components related to Linpan,China,and distributed it online as part of a survey.As a result,a total of 324 valid questionnaires were collected.The questionnaire included demographic details,perception and preference degree for Linpan,as well as self-estimations of stress recovery.Stepwise multiple linear regression was employed,and revealed 16 significant predictors for the perception,preference and stress recovery in rural environments.In terms of elements,atmosphere and imagery were the two elements that could be best perceived,while woodland,farmland,water,residence and road were the five most important elements for the preference.Moreover,seven elements were also identified as significant predictors for stress recovery.Among the element components,tranquility as well as road and water proximity were the two significant predictors for perception,while wide visibility as well as woodland and residence blending contributed significantly to stress recovery.The five element components of woodland interior,vegetable field,stream,courtyard space and branch road each had a significantly predictive ability for preference and stress recovery.These findings extend the understanding of the perception,preference and restorative properties of rural environments through the combination of elements and element components in Linpan of Western Sichuan,helping to improve the quality and characteristics of rural external and internal environments and create health-promoting environments. 展开更多

In this paper,we simulate,verify,and compare the performance of three classical geomagnetic matching aided navigation algorithms to assess their applicability to hypersonic vehicle navigation.Firstly,we introduce the various sources of the geomagnetic field.Secondly,we describe the principles and processes of the geomagnetic contour matching(MAGCOM)algorithm,iterative closest contour point(ICCP)algorithm,and Sandia inertial magnetic aided navigation(SIMAN)algorithm.Thirdly,we discuss the principles of inertial/geomagnetic integrated navigation,and propose the state and observation equations of integrated navigation.Finally,we perform a simulation of inertial/geomagnetic integrated navigation on the hypersonic boost-glide vehicle trajectory.The simulation results indicate that the real-time performance of the SIMAN algorithm can be optimized such that the matching accuracy is higher than that of the other two algorithms.At the same time,the SIMAN algorithm can achieve better stability,and though the amount of measurement noise can be larger,it can still achieve good positioning accuracy. 展开更多
