新增建设用地规模分解是落实国土空间规划刚性约束和空间资源优化配置的重要抓手,同时也是落实主体功能区规划的重要手段。本文以广东省新增建设用地规模分解为例,系统梳理分析广东主体功能区规划实践,从发展趋势、用地效率、潜力需求... 新增建设用地规模分解是落实国土空间规划刚性约束和空间资源优化配置的重要抓手,同时也是落实主体功能区规划的重要手段。本文以广东省新增建设用地规模分解为例,系统梳理分析广东主体功能区规划实践,从发展趋势、用地效率、潜力需求、主体功能和基本保障5个维度,构建基于主体功能区的新增建设用地规模分解指标体系,分别运用层次分析法、分类修正法确定指标权重和系数,并通过分解结果与主体功能区、区域发展格局的比对校验,验证了分解方法的合理性。最后提出结合主体功能定位、落实区域发展格局,以及综合考虑各类因素的政策建议,为其他地区统筹优化配置建设用地资源提供创新思路。 展开更多

In order to extract the fault feature of the bearing effectively and prevent the impact components caused by bearing damage being interfered with by discrete frequency components and background noise,a method of fault feature extraction based on cepstrum pre-whitening(CPW)and a quantitative law of symplectic geometry mode decomposition(SGMD)is proposed.First,CPW is performed on the original signal to enhance the impact feature of bearing fault and remove the periodic frequency components from complex vibration signals.The pre-whitening signal contains only background noise and non-stationary shock caused by damage.Secondly,a quantitative law that the number of effective eigenvalues of the Hamilton matrix is twice the number of frequency components in the signal during SGMD is found,and the quantitative law is verified by simulation and theoretical derivation.Finally,the trajectory matrix of the pre-whitening signal is constructed and SGMD is performed.According to the quantitative law,the corresponding feature vector is selected to reconstruct the signal.The Hilbert envelope spectrum analysis is performed to extract fault features.Simulation analysis and application examples prove that the proposed method can clearly extract the fault feature of bearings. 展开更多

Parametric Study of Sulfur Trioxide Decomposer in a Small-Scale Test Loop Facility

A High Temperature Gas Cooled Reactor (HTGR) with an outlet coolant temperature of 950 ℃ is considered as an efficient reactor to couple with the thermo-chemical Sulfur Iodine (SI) cycle for a hydrogen production. The test loop was installed in the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) facility to confirm the integrity of the sulfur trioxide decomposer, one of the key components in the test loop, under HTGR operating conditions. In this paper, the simulation using Aspen plus, a chemical process simulator, was made to evaluate the performance of a sulfur trioxide decomposer. The simulation indicated that at least 10 kW heat needs to be supplied to the sulfur trioxide decomposer in the test loop when the sulfuric acid flowrate is 0.5 kg/min. The simulation flowsheet was obtained and the material balance around the sulfur trioxide decomposer was determined in case of 10 kW heat input and 0.5 kg/min flowrate of liquid sulfuric acid. The parametric study was carried out for sulfur trioxide decomposer. It indicated that the moles of sulfur dioxide produced at the decomposer increases as the operating temperature increases and is decreasing as the operating pressure becomes higher at a given temperature. The parametric study also indicated water vapor removal out of the decomposer is a less effective method to increase the sulfur trioxide conversion ratio. 展开更多
