基于Snyder希望理论的三维视听宣教在肺癌手术患者主动呼吸循环技术训练的应用研究 被引量:3

目的探讨基于Snyder希望理论的三维视听宣教在肺癌手术患者主动呼吸循环技术(ACBT)训练中的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月至2022年6月赣州市第五人民医院收治的120例肺癌手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各60例... 目的探讨基于Snyder希望理论的三维视听宣教在肺癌手术患者主动呼吸循环技术(ACBT)训练中的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月至2022年6月赣州市第五人民医院收治的120例肺癌手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各60例。两组均接受ACBT训练,对照组采用常规宣教模式,试验组采用基于Snyder希望理论的三维视听宣教模式。比较两组ACBT训练的依从性、准确性;于入院时、术后2个月采用Herth希望量表(HHI)评估,比较两组的希望水平、采用自我护能力测定量表(ESCA)评估自护能力;比较两组术前1 d、术后第3天的24 h排痰量,并记录肺部并发症的发生情况。结果试验组ACBT训练的依从性、准确性均高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后2个月的HHI、ESCA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后第3天的排痰量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Snyder希望理论的三维视听宣教应用于肺癌手术患者中,能够提高ACBT训练的依从性、准确性,提高患者希望水平、自护能力,促进排痰,降低并发症风险。 展开更多

思维导图联合三维视听宣教护理模式在脊柱侧凸术后患者预防并发症中的应用

本研究旨在探讨思维导图结合三维视觉和声音教学方式对脊柱侧弯手术后的病人防止并发症的影响及其潜在价值。方法 我们选取了自2022年1月~2024年12月我院骨科收治的所有脊柱侧弯手术病例共90名,根据入院时间排序,采用1:1的方式将其分成... 本研究旨在探讨思维导图结合三维视觉和声音教学方式对脊柱侧弯手术后的病人防止并发症的影响及其潜在价值。方法 我们选取了自2022年1月~2024年12月我院骨科收治的所有脊柱侧弯手术病例共90名,根据入院时间排序,采用1:1的方式将其分成试验组和对照组。其中,对照组接受的是传统的保健指导,而试验组则在此基础上加入了思维导图配合三维视觉和声音教学的健康管理方案。对比两组病人的健康知识理解水平、心理反应(如焦虑情绪(SAS)和抑郁情绪(SDS)),生活品质(使用简化版健康问卷(SF-36)来衡量),患者的护理满足感,以及并发症的发生率。结果 经过治疗之前和之后的数据分析显示,试验组的病人对于健康的认识水平显著高于控制组(p < 0.05)。此外,所有参与者的心理状态都得到了明显的提升,包括焦虑症状(SAS)和抑郁症状(SDS),并且这种变化是持续性的,而非短暂现象。同样地,我们发现试验组病人的生活质量也得到进一步提升,这体现在他们的身体功能评估量表(SF-36)上,其得分超过了控制组(p < 0.05)。最后,我们可以观察到,接受试验组治疗的患者对护理服务的满意度要远超未受治者(p < 0.05),同时他们出现并发症的风险也有所下降(p < 0.05)。结论 思维导图联合三维视听宣教护理模式在脊柱侧凸术后患者预防并发症中应用效果显著,可增强患者健康知识认知程度,改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量,减少并发症。 展开更多

An Empirical Study of Applying English Films and TV Programs to English-Listening Teaching

The research is a part of the English Learning Program directed by ZHANG Zhen, which is sponsored by Academic Affairs Of... This is a study of the feasibility and effects of teaching listening with films and TV programs. The research is a part of the English Learning Program directed by ZHANG Zhen, which is sponsored by Academic Affairs Office of Leshan Normal University. The researcher of the program sought for theretical bases from Krashen's Input Hypothesis, the Motivation Theory, the Context Theory, and the Communicative Language Teaching Theory. Then the author introduced a pilot study conducted by utilizing films or TV programs to teach listening from September 2010 till now. The statistic results from the experiment suggest that there is indeed some correlations between teaching listening with films or TV programs and a learner's listening comprehension in general in language achievement tests at certain stages. The scores of the students from the experimental group are improved after two years of teaching with the new methods. Analyses and discussions have been done based on a questionnaire and an interview. The results showed that both the teachers and the students had positive attitudes towards teaching listening with films or TV programs. Most of them view this method as an effective way in ELT (English language teaching), because it provides more opportunities for contextual practice, lower their anxiety; it can also help to motivate them, stimulate their active participation and increase their activities as well. Therefore, this method can be used to cultivate students' communicative competence. Consequently, we can draw the conclusion that this method has some advantages over teaching listening with the pre-taped materials in New College English. It may play an important role in ELT, especially in listening teaching. Based on the statistic analyses and the survey, some activities and techniques are provided for the teacher on how to teach listening with films or TV programs. The roles that an English teacher plays in this method are illustrated at the end of the thesis. 展开更多
