安装视频监控系统对消除精神科重病房安全隐患的积极作用

目的:比较安装视频监控系统前后护理不良事件的发生情况,探讨其对消除精神科重病房安全隐患的积极作用。方法:2013年6月我院在精神科重病房安装视频监控系统,比较实施前(2012年7月-2013年6月)和实施后(2013年7月-2014年6月)护... 目的:比较安装视频监控系统前后护理不良事件的发生情况,探讨其对消除精神科重病房安全隐患的积极作用。方法:2013年6月我院在精神科重病房安装视频监控系统,比较实施前(2012年7月-2013年6月)和实施后(2013年7月-2014年6月)护理不良意外事件的发生情况和对护理人员的执业测评情况。结果:使用视频管理系统后,病人冲动伤人、逃跑、自杀自伤安全意外事件的发生率均较安装前下降(P〈0.05),护理人员的差错率也明显下降(P〈0.05)。结论:视频管理系统能防范医疗不良事件,实时还原事件经过、明确责任,减少病房的安全隐患,对医务人员具有警惕作用,,提高医疗服务质量。 展开更多

In order to improve the intelligence of video monitoring system of belt and make up the deficiency of higher failure rate and bad real-time performance in the traditional systems of measurement of belt speed, according to the fact that the light of coal mine is uneven, the strength of light changes greatly, the direction of belt movement is constant, and the position of camera was fixed, various algorithms of speed measurement by video were studied, and algorithm for template matching based on sum of absolute differences (SAD) and correlation coefficient was proposed and improved, besides, the tracking of feature regions was realized. Then, a camera calibration method using the invariance of the cross-ratio was adopted and the real-time measurement of belt speed by the hardware platform based on DM642 was realized. Finally, experiment results show that this method not only has advantages of high precision and strong anti-jamming capability but also can real-time reflect the changes of belt speed, so it has a comprehensive applicability. 展开更多

Resource allocation is an important problem in ubiquitous network. Most of the existing resource allocation methods considering only wireless networks are not suitable for the ubiquitous network environment, and they will harm the interest of individual users with instable resource requirements. This paper considers the multi-point video surveillance scenarios in a complex network environment with both wired and wireless networks. We introduce the utility estimated by the total costs of an individual network user. The problem is studied through mathematical modeling and we propose an improved problem-specific branch-and-cut algorithm to solve it. The algorithm follows the divide-and-conquer principle and fully considers the duality feature of network selection. The experiment is conducted by simulation through C and Lingo. And it shows that compared with a centralized random allocation scheme and a cost greed allocation scheme, the proposed scheme has better per- formance of reducing the total costs by 13.0% and 30.6% respectively for the user. 展开更多

In accordance with the application requirements of high definition(HD) video surveillance systems,a real-time 5/3 lifting wavelet HD-video de-noising system is proposed with frame rate conversion(FRC) based on a field-programmable gate array(FPGA),which uses a 3-level pipeline paralleled 5/3 lifting wavelet transformation and reconstruction structure,as well as a fast BayesS hrink adaptive threshold filtering module.The proposed system demonstrates de-noising performance,while also balancing system resources and achieving real-time processing.The experiments show that the proposed system's maximum operating frequency(through logic synthesis and layout using Quartus 13.1 software) can reach 178 MHz,based on the Altera Company's Stratix III EP3SE80 series FPGA.The proposed system can also satisfy real-time de-noising requirements of 1920 × 1080 at60 fps HD-video sources,while also significantly improving the peak signal to noise rate of the denoising images.Compared with similar systems,the system has the advantages of high operating frequency,and the ability to support multiple source formats for real-time processing. 展开更多

Structure Design of Large-scale Sow House with Fermentation Bed

The planning area of the entire piggery was 5 700 m2 with workplace and green belts. The sow house was 93 m long and 33 m wide, a total of 3 069 m2, including office area of 60 m2 and aisle area of 107 m2. The fer-mentation bed had an area of 2 902 m2 with length of 88.7 m and width of 27.7 m. lts area accounted for 95% of the total area of sow house. The fermentation mattress had a depth of 80 cm, and had a volume of 2 321 m3, equivalent to 733 t of coconut chaff and rice chaff. On a large fermentation bed, the areas for boars, replacement gilts, pregnant sows, obstetric tables, nursery pigs, etc. were designed. The large-scale sow house with fermentation bed was equipped with the automatic feeding system, automatic sprinkler system, automatic positioning column for preg-nant sows, sows' obstetric table system, fanning wet curtain cooling system, video monitoring system, environmental monitoring (light, temperature, water, humidity, CO2, NH3) and automatic control system. Every farming area was equipped with feeding trough and water trough. The water though was fixed with overflow pipe for removing the extra water. The house could hold 500-head sows. Each sow occu-pied 4.9 m2 of the fermentation bed in average. The designed sow house had a maximum annual output of 10 000 piglets. 展开更多

Then a RVMS framework model based on softswitch is given. Furthermore, designation and realization of the system based on T 6000 Softswitch Platform is provided. Using DM642 as the data processing core, the remote monitoring system is composed of video acquisition module, video processing module and communication module, which gives an implementation of class/mini driver module in DSP/BIOS integrated developing environment and also a common task module in application layer is achieved. The system realizes the entire functions of the analog video signal acquisition, H.264 video coding and Internet transmission. It provides the general connection for the future development and has good flexibility and extendibility. Framework for Freeway Auto-surveillance from Traffic Video

Video based surveillance systems have been widely used on freeway for traffic monitoring, as the cameras can provide the most intuitionistic information. In order to manage all the traffic videos automatically, in this paper, a distributed real-time auto- surveillance system is presented. The freeway traffic videos are taken as input video from Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) camera, and then produces an analysis of the states and activity of the vehicles in the region of interested (ROI), if there is any abnormal instance, an alarm and corresponding traffic video are sent to awake surveillants by Ethernet. To achieve this functionality, our system relies on three main procedures. The first one initializes the system. It detects the ROI of the scene, and performs the camera calibration to remove the perspective effect of the incoming image. The second one segments moving vehicles from the images, eliminate shadow and tracks them real-time. It uses a set of methods to obtain the background of the image, extracts the moving regions and tracks these moving regions by matching them between frames of the video sequence to obtain high-level information such as color, size, velocity, and trajectories of moving vehicles. In the third procedure, activities of vehicles are analyzed based on a series of preset situations which would happen on freeway. The detail information of each vehicle and the global statistical information are checked to find out any abnormal instance, and then triggered an alarm.
