复方角菜酸酯栓治疗单纯性肛裂50例

目的:观察黏膜保护剂角菜酸酯肛门栓剂应用于肛瘘术后的疗效。方法:肛瘘术后120例随机分为两组,每组60例。观察组应用角菜酸酯肛门栓剂治疗,每天2次;对照组使用传统的凡士林纱条换药治疗,每天2次。观察两组在减少创面分泌物、促进伤口... 目的:观察黏膜保护剂角菜酸酯肛门栓剂应用于肛瘘术后的疗效。方法:肛瘘术后120例随机分为两组,每组60例。观察组应用角菜酸酯肛门栓剂治疗,每天2次;对照组使用传统的凡士林纱条换药治疗,每天2次。观察两组在减少创面分泌物、促进伤口愈合、预防排便困难及止痛等方面的疗效。结果:两组均未出现全身不良反应,观察组伤口愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0·01),术后第3、7天伤口分泌物明显少于对照组(P<0·05),且术后排便情况及术后止痛作用明显优于对照组(P<0·05,P<0·01)。结论:角菜酸酯肛门栓剂用于肛瘘术后疗效满意,无明显不良反应。 展开更多

目的探讨药物治疗妊娠期便秘的临床效果。方法选择80例妊娠期便秘患者,按入选标准选择我院2016年2月~2017年12月建卡并定期产检的妊娠期便秘孕妇,将其随机平均分为两组,其中试验组采用口服乳果糖联合外用角菜酸酯栓;对照组仅口服乳果糖... 目的探讨药物治疗妊娠期便秘的临床效果。方法选择80例妊娠期便秘患者,按入选标准选择我院2016年2月~2017年12月建卡并定期产检的妊娠期便秘孕妇,将其随机平均分为两组,其中试验组采用口服乳果糖联合外用角菜酸酯栓;对照组仅口服乳果糖,治疗两周后,观察两组孕妇便秘症状改善的情况,并进行量化评分,比较两组临床效果及不良反应。结果显示两组孕妇在治疗前后的便秘症状均有显著改善,但试验组与对照组相比,治疗前后便秘症状评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比有效率达100%、98.1%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较对照组,试验组的不良事件发生率与对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论研究表明乳果糖联合角菜酸酯栓是治疗妊娠期便秘有效、安全的药物,联合应用的效果要优于单药使用。 展开更多

目的观察复方角菜酸酯乳膏(太宁)联合维生素B6片治疗卡培他滨所致手足综合征的疗效。方法选择2015年12月至2017年12月在永康市第一人民医院确诊的中、晚期结直肠癌患者97例为研究对象,术后采用卡培他滨为主的化疗方案治疗后出现手足综合... 目的观察复方角菜酸酯乳膏(太宁)联合维生素B6片治疗卡培他滨所致手足综合征的疗效。方法选择2015年12月至2017年12月在永康市第一人民医院确诊的中、晚期结直肠癌患者97例为研究对象,术后采用卡培他滨为主的化疗方案治疗后出现手足综合征,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(48例)与对照组(49例)。对照组:患者手足综合征出现后予以加用维生素B6片治疗,30 mg,每天3次;治疗组:在对照组基础上联合复方角菜酸酯乳膏(1 g)外用涂抹于手足等,每天3次。两组疗程均为14 d。观察两组患者接受治疗前、后手足综合征改善情况、总有效率,治疗过程中(治疗后第1、5、9天)疼痛评分,不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组、对照组手足综合征均有改善,差异均有统计学意义(治疗组:Z=6.477,P=0.000;对照组:Z=4.700,P=0.000);治疗组总有效率为87.5%(42/48),明显高于对照组的65.3%(32/49)(χ2=6.603,P=0.010);两组治疗后第1天疼痛评分差异无统计学意义[治疗组:(2.88±1.82)分,对照组:(3.14±1.74)分,t=0.741,P=0.461],在治疗后第5、9天疼痛评分差异均有统计学意义[治疗组:(2.29±1.52)分、(1.23±1.80)分,对照组:(2.94±1.38)分、(2.14±1.90分),t=2.200、2.430,P=0.030、0.017];两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方角菜酸酯乳膏联合维生素B6片治疗卡培他滨所致手足综合征有明显疗效,能较好地改善手足综合征,减轻患者疼痛,帮助肿瘤患者顺利完成化疗。 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to evaluate the effects of different concentrations of ABA on photosynthetic characteristics of pods and yield of Brassica napus and analyze the relationships between ABA concentration and yield components, to provide theoretical basis for cultivation of high-yield rapeseed. [Method] At the end of flowering stage, the rape plants were separately sprayed with 1, 2, 100 and 200μmol/L of ABA; photosynthetic parameters, water use efficiency (WUE), yield and yield components of the rape plants were investigated 0, 5, 10 and 15 d later, respectively. [Result] ABA treatment with different concentrations significantly changed pod photosynthetic parameters and yield components of rapeseed. Low concentra- tions of ABA could improve pod's net photosynthetic rate and yield components while high concentrations had the contrary effect. [Conclusion] Whether ABA func- tioned in inhibiting or promoting role might depend on the interaction between endogenous hormone levels and exogenous ABA concentration. [Objective] The aim was to study the relationship between endogenous hormone levels and the pod lengths in Brassica napus L.[Method] Two specially-long pod lines H218 and H203,two normal pod length lines MSP334,Zhongyou 821 and two short pod lines "4101" and Zeng 11,were exploited as experimental materials,and the endogenous IAA,iPA,GA3 and ABA content in the pods of the materials were analyzed with the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).[Result] IAA contents in the specially-long pod lines were lower than those in the short pod lines on the 1st and 5th day after blossom.IAA contents on the 5th and 20th day were negatively correlated to the final pod length respectively.iPA contents in the specially-long pod lines were lower than those in the short pod lines on the 5th and 20th day.iPA content on the first day was positively correlated to the final pod length,but iPA content on the fifth day,the tenth day and the fifteenth day were negatively correlated to the final pod length.GA3 content on the 1st day was positively correlated to the final pod length.ABA content on the 1st day was negatively correlated to the final pod length.[Conclusion] It was shown that iPA and IAA played important roles in the development of pod length in the B.napus lines. 展开更多

Chondrus is a type of commercially produced red seaweed that widely used for food and carrageen extraction. Although the natural life history of the alga had been well understood, the factors influencing development of the tetraspore and carpospore remain poorly understood. In the perspective of seedling resources, the regulation of early development is crucial for the seedlillg nursing; therefore, it is necessary to understand the physiological influences during its early development. In this study, we studied the effects of temperature and irradiance on the early development of Chondrus ocellatus Holm under laboratory conditions. The released tetraspores and carpospores were cultivated at different temperatures (10-28℃) and irradiances (10, 60 μmol photons m^-2s^-1) with a photoperiod of 12L: 12D. The results indicate that both tetraspores and carpospores are tolerant to temperatures of 10-25℃, and have the highest relative growth rate at 20℃. Irradiance variances influenced the growth of the discoid crusts, and the influence was more significant with increasing temperature; 60 μmol photons m^-2s^-1 was more suitable than 10 μmol photons m^-2s^-1. The optimum temperature and irradiance for the development of seedlings was 20℃ and 60 μmol photons m^-2s^-1, respectively. 展开更多

The nuclear-encoded small subunit ribosomal RNA gene (18S rDNA) of 16 isolates of Chondrus from 8 countries were sequenced. A total of 1796 nucleotides were obtained and aligned with the phylogenetic analysis conducted. The results suggest that the entity from Dalian, China, regarded as C. spl is C. pinnulatus. The C. sp2 previously depicted as C. yendoi or Mazzaellajaponica may belong to genus Chondrus. So, 4 Chondrus species, i.e.C. ocellatus, C. nipponicus, C. armatus, and C. pinnulatus are distributed in China. However, the entity from Connemara, Ireland, named C. crispus, is not a Chondrus species but that ofMastocarpus stellatus, although it is morphologically similar to C. crispus. Phylogenetic analysis based on complete 18S rDNA sequence data shows that genus Chondrus includes 3 main lineages: the Northern Pacific lineage, containing C. ocellatus, C. yendoi, and C, nipponicus; C, armatus, and C. pinnulatus form the sub-North Pacific lineage; and the Northern Atlantic Ocean lineage, comprising samples of C. crispus from Canada, Portugal, Ireland, Germany and France. The phylogenetic relationships indicate that genus Chondrus might have a North Pacific ancestral origin, radiated to North Atlantic area, and then formed the species C. crispus. 展开更多

We investigated the effects of dried macroalga Gracilaria lemaneiform (Rhodophyta) on photosynthesis of the bloom-forming microalga Chaetoceros curvisetus. C. curvisetus was cultured with different amounts of dried G. lemaneiformis under controlled laboratory conditions. We measured the photosynthetic oxygen evolution rate and established the chlorophyll a fluorescence transient (OJIP) curve coupled with its specific parameters. We observed concentration-dependent and time-dependent relationships between dried G. lemaneiformis and inhibition of photosynthesis in C. curvisetus. Co-culture with dried G. lemaneiformis also resulted in a decrease in the light-saturated maximum photosynthetic oxygen evolution rate (P^ax) in C. curvisetus, and a decrease in the OJIP curve along with its specific parameters; the maximum photochemical efficiency of PSII (FJFm), the amount of active PSII reaction centers per excited cross section at t=0 and t=--tFM (RC/CS0 and RC/CSm, respectively), the absorption flux per excited cross section at t=0 (ABS/ CS0), and the efficiency with which a trapped exciton moves an electron into the electron transport chain (~u0). The dark respiration rate (Rd) increased in C. curvisetus co-cultured with dried G. lemaneiformis. The JIP-test and the oxygen evolution results indicated that dried G. lemaneiJbrmis decreased the number of active reaction centers, blocked the electron transport chain, and damaged the oxygen-evolving complex of C. curvisetus. This result indicated that dried fragments of G. lemaneiformis could effectively inhibit photosynthesis of C. curvisetus, and thus, could serve as a functional product to control and mitigate C. curvisetus blooms. 展开更多

The anti-inflammatory effect of volatile oil extracted by hydrodistillation of plants was studied using carrageenan induced paw edema. Essential oil (100 mg/kg) and (200 mg/kg) were tested the two plant show high inhibition after 4 h, concentration (200 mg/kg) show high inhibition than (100 mg/kg) after 4 h. Sesqui sabinene hydrate, Azuline and u-Bisabolol are the main constituents of the volatile oil were investigated by capillary GC (gas chromatography) and GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry). The genetic resistance to angular leaf spot (ALS) caused by Phaeoisariopsis griseola in the common bean cultivar Mexico 54 was investigated on disease reactions in parental, F1, F2 and backcross generations derived from crosses between a resistant cultivar Mexico 54 and a susceptible cultivar Kablanketi under screen house conditions. The heritability (h2) estimate was as high as 0.719 indicating a successful transfer of ALS resistance among progenies and thus selection can be performed in early generation. High heritability coupled with high expected genetic advance of 39.5% is considered to be more useful in predicting the outcome of selecting the best individuals. Chi-square values were computed to determine whether the observed ratios for disease reactions deviated from expected Mendelian ratios for a single, dominant gene controlling resistance to angular leaf spot in common bean. Based on the resistance of the F2, and the backcross generation to the resistant parent, a 3 resistant: 1 susceptible segregation ratio in the F2 and a 1 resistant: 1 susceptible segregation ratio in the backcross generation to the susceptible parent was obtained implying that resistance to the isolate ofPhaeoisariopsis griseola is governed by a single, dominant gene. 展开更多

Field experiments were conducted during 2008-2010 to investigate the ef- fects of NPK fertilization on seed yield and economic benefit of a new hybrid cultivar of winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) - Xiangzayou763, and to determine the optimum NPK ratio and dose in Hunan, China. The results showed that NPK ratio (1:0.50:0.50) with 180 kg/hm2 N, 90 kg/hm2 P2O5 and 90 kg/hm2 K20 was the optimum combination for the highest seed yield (2 231.13 kg/hm2) and economic benefit (9 816.97 Yuan/hm2), of which 1 641.23 Yuan/hm2 being set for fertilizer in- vestment (VCR=4.11). Besides, the effects of N, P and K fertilizers on seed yield and oil production of winter oilseed rape were not identical. N had the greatest ef- fect on plant growth of winter oilseed rape, followed by P and K. Total leaf number, green leaf number, leaf length and width, rhizome diameter, branch number, dry weight per plant and other agronomic characters in high N treatments were higher than those in low N treatments. By correlation and path analysis of yield components, the contribution rate to seed yield was found: effective silique number per plant〉seed number per silique〉l 000-seed weight. 展开更多

A macro scale survey was performed to investigate the content of soil available nitrogen (N) and its spatial distribution in the main vegetable production areas of the Pearl River Delta.Preliminary enrichment-deficient index of available N was then developed,which was a base for increasing fertilizer application efficiency and vegetable yield as well as for constructing soil testing and fertilizing formula.In general,most of the vegetable growth areas in Pearl River Delta were N-deficient or medium-N-deficient.There was 30%-62% increase in yield of Chinese cabbage on the N-deficient soil after application of N; when soil available N content was less than 145 mg/kg,the yield increased with application of N fertilizer at a rate of 60-70 kg/hm2. 展开更多

In this paper, the function of the iel gene from baculovirus Spodoptera exigua multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (SeMNPV), belonging to group II nucleopolyhedrovirus, was studied in mammalian cells We amplified the SeMNPV iel gene and expressed it by fusing to the C terminal of enhanced GFP protein in HEK 293 cells. Confocal microscopy revealed that the IE1-GFP fusion protein was localized in the nucleus of the mammalian cells. The promoter sequences of AcMNPV gp64, SeMNPV F protein and Drosophila hsp70 were also analyzed, to further study the function of SeMNPV IE1. The results showed that, in the absence of the hr sequence, IE1 improved the expression of the F promoter but didn't influence the gp64 promoter significantly, but IE1 moderately stimulated the hsp70 promoter. 展开更多
