粘虫颗粒体病毒(Psedualetia unipuncta granulovirus,PuGV-Ps)对苏云金杆菌(Bacillusthuring.iensis,Bt)具有增效作用。为明确其增效机制,采用SDS.PAGE方法研究PuGV.Ps对Btδ-内毒素的降解活化作用。结果表明,碱性条件下晶... 粘虫颗粒体病毒(Psedualetia unipuncta granulovirus,PuGV-Ps)对苏云金杆菌(Bacillusthuring.iensis,Bt)具有增效作用。为明确其增效机制,采用SDS.PAGE方法研究PuGV.Ps对Btδ-内毒素的降解活化作用。结果表明,碱性条件下晶体蛋白和PuGV-Ps共同孵育,130kD的δ-内毒素被进一步酶解为分子量为110、87、61、47kD等多种不同的肽链,其酶解活化程度随缓冲液pH的升高不断加深,在pH值10.7的0.1mol/LNa2CO2缓冲液中,δ-内毒素完全降解,并产生具有一定抗蛋白酶继续降解的分子量为47、60和61kD的活性片段。用氨苯磺胺偶氮酪蛋白为底物测定PuGV.Ps中总蛋白酶活性的结果表明,PuGV—Ps在pH值为7.38~10.38时均具有蛋白酶活性,且蛋白酶活性随pH升高而显著提高。4种蛋白酶抑制剂均可抑制PuGV-Ps的蛋白酶活性,且以STI的抑制作用最强。SDS—PAGE试验同样显示了STI可以抑制PuGV-Ps对δ-内毒素的酶解活化。 展开更多

[目的]]观察活血化痰解毒汤联合还原性谷胱甘肽治疗湿热瘀毒型重症肝炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将132例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组66例抗病毒,葡醛内酯,促肝细胞生成素、维生素C等,还原型谷胱甘肽1.2g+0.9%氯化钠100m L,静滴,1次/d。治疗组66例活血化痰解毒汤(茵陈、金钱草各30g,鸡内金、桃仁、赤芍、丹参各20g,大黄10g,栀子、蒲公英各15g,生甘草3g),水煎300m L,1剂/d,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、白蛋白(Aib)、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,随访3个月,判定疗效。[结果]ALT、AST两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05),CHE两组均无明显变化(P>0.05);总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)治疗组均明显改善(P<0.01),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05);PT治疗组均明显改善(P<0.01),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05);Aib两组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]活血化痰解毒汤联合还原性谷胱甘肽治疗湿热瘀毒型重症肝炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。 展开更多

A novel process was developed for the decomposition of vanadium slag using KOH sub-molten salt under ambient pressure, and the effects of reaction temperature, alkali-to-ore mass ratios, particle size, and stirring speed on vanadium and chromium extraction were studied. The results suggest that the reaction temperature and KOH-to-ore mass ratio are more influential factors for the extraction of vanadium and chromium. Under the optimal reaction conditions (temperature 180 °C, initial KOH-to-ore mass ratio 4:1, stirring speed 700 r/min, gas flow 1 L/min, and reaction time 300 min), vanadium and chromium extraction rates can reach up to 95% and 90%, respectively. Kinetics analysis results show that the decomposing process of vanadium slag in KOH sub-molten salt can be well interpreted by the shrinking core model under internal diffusion control. The apparent activation energies for vanadium and chromium are 40.54 and 50.27 kJ/mol, respectively. 展开更多

An efficient synthesis of carbon nanofibers by pyrolysis of as-prepared polypyrrole nanowires was reported. Under the subsequent KOH activation, a significant morphology variation was detected and the obtained sample took on a ribbon-like structure. The morphology and structure of the carbon nanofibers and carbon nanoribbons were characterized. When the as-prepared one-dimensional carbon nanostructures were used as anode materials in lithium ion batteries, both of them exhibited superior cyclical stability and good rate properties. After 50 cycles, the reversible capacity of carbon nanofibers electrode maintained 530 mA·h/g. Concerning carbon nanoribbons, the reversible capacity is always larger than 850 mA·h/g and the reversible capacity retention after 23 cycles is 86%. 展开更多

Neutral leach residue of zinc calcine (NLRZC) was mechanically activated by a stirring ball mill. Subsequently, the changes in physicochemical properties and dissolution kinetics in sulphuric acid were studied. The crystalline structure, morphology, particle size and specific surface area of the non-activated and mechanically activated NLRZC were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, particle size analyzer and volumetric adsorption analyzer, respectively. The characterization results indicate that mechanical activation (MA) induced remarkable changes in the physicochemical properties of NLRZC. The leaching experiments show that MA significantly enhances the leaching reactivity of NLRZC using the zinc extraction as evaluating index. After NLRZC is mechanically activated for 30 min and 60 min, the activation energy decreases from 56.6 kJ/mol of non-activated NLRZC to 36.1 kJ/mol and 29.9 kJ/mol, respectively. The reaction orders of the non-activated, 30 and 60 min activated NLRZC dissolution with respect to H2SO4 concentration were found to be 0.34, 0.30, and 0.29, respectively. 展开更多

The thermal decomposition kinetics of high iron gibbsite ore was investigated under non-isothermal conditions.Popescu method was applied to analyzing the thermal decomposition mechanism.The results show that the most probable thermal decomposition mechanism is the three-dimensional diffusion model of Jander equation,and the mechanism code is D3.The activation energy and pre-exponential factor for thermal decomposition of high iron gibbsite ore calculated by the Popescu method are 75.36 kJ/mol and 1.51×10-5 s-(-1),respectively.The correctness of the obtained mechanism function is validated by the activation energy acquired by the iso-conversional method.Popescu method is a rational and reliable method for the analysis of the thermal decomposition mechanism of high iron gibbsite ore. 展开更多

目的:探讨固醇调节元件结合蛋白裂解活化蛋白(SCAP)在肝星状细胞中缺失能否延缓小鼠肝纤维化进程。方法:将SCAP^(loxP/loxP)小鼠与Lrat-Cre工具鼠繁殖得到Lrat-Cre^(+/+)SCAP^(fl/fl)、Lrat-Cre^(+/−)SCAP^(fl/fl)和Lrat-Cre^(−/−)SCAP^... 目的:探讨固醇调节元件结合蛋白裂解活化蛋白(SCAP)在肝星状细胞中缺失能否延缓小鼠肝纤维化进程。方法:将SCAP^(loxP/loxP)小鼠与Lrat-Cre工具鼠繁殖得到Lrat-Cre^(+/+)SCAP^(fl/fl)、Lrat-Cre^(+/−)SCAP^(fl/fl)和Lrat-Cre^(−/−)SCAP^(fl/fl)小鼠,并用PCR法对小鼠基因型进行鉴定。选取4~6周龄Lrat-Cre^(−/−)SCAP^(fl/fl)小鼠(雄性,n=8)作为对照(Con)组,Lrat-Cre+/+SCAP^(fl/fl)和Lrat-Cre^(+/−)SCAP^(fl/fl)小鼠(雄性,n=8)作为实验(SCAP^(−/−))组,均给予高脂饮食16周。称量小鼠肝重和体重,计算肝指数;检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)水平;苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察肝脏形态,油红O染色观察肝脏脂质积聚,天狼星红染色评估肝脏纤维化程度;RT-qPCR和Western blot检测小鼠肝组织中TGF-β/Smad信号通路相关mRNA及蛋白表达。结果:小鼠基因型鉴定结果与预期一致。提取两组小鼠原代肝星状细胞,RT-qPCR结果显示SCAP^(−/−)小鼠肝星状细胞中SCAP mRNA表达显著降低(P<0.01),免疫荧光染色显示SCAP^(−/−)小鼠肝星状细胞中SCAP不表达,表明SCAP^(−/−)小鼠模型建立成功。与Con组相比,高脂饮食喂养的SCAP^(−/−)组小鼠体重(P<0.01)和肝重(P<0.05)显著降低,但肝指数无显著差异;血清中TC水平显著降低(P<0.05),TG、AST和ALT水平无显著差异;HE及油红O染色结果显示小鼠肝脏脂肪变性和脂质积聚无显著差异;天狼星红染色显示肝脏纤维化程度减轻(P<0.05);Smad2(P<0.05)和Smad3(P<0.01)的mRNA表达显著降低;Smad2/3和p-Smad2/3蛋白水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:肝星状细胞中SCAP缺失可延缓小鼠肝纤维化发展的进程,并与TGF-β/Smad信号通路有关。 展开更多

The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by their chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses, including extensive 2D NMR experiments. Compound 2 showed strong DNA cleavage activity, and compounds 1, 2 and 10 (2, 3, 4′, 5_tetrahydroxy_ trans _stilbene_2_O_β_ D _glucopyranoside) exhibited significant inhibition of lipid peroxidation. 展开更多

目的 观察中西医结合治疗甲状腺相关性眼病的疗效。方法 对本院1999~2000年门诊及住院的52例(62只眼)甲状腺相关性眼病病人的治疗进行总结。0~3级的病人用单纯中药治疗,选用疏肝解郁,行气活血的方法;4~6级的病人用中西医结合的... 目的 观察中西医结合治疗甲状腺相关性眼病的疗效。方法 对本院1999~2000年门诊及住院的52例(62只眼)甲状腺相关性眼病病人的治疗进行总结。0~3级的病人用单纯中药治疗,选用疏肝解郁,行气活血的方法;4~6级的病人用中西医结合的方法,中药选用活血化瘀,化痰散结的方法,西药选用糖皮质激素或联合氨甲喋呤、环磷酰胺。结果 本组52例62只眼中显效26只眼(41.9%),有效28只眼(45.2%),无效8只眼(12.9%)。结论 对于轻症病人不能随意使用激素及免疫抑制剂,只需采用中药和一些支持疗法,进行随诊,密切观察病情的变化;病情严重者才可使用激素及免疫抑制剂。这样可减少西药引起的副作用,又可及时地控制病情的发展,避免严重并发症的发生。中西医结合方法治疗甲状腺相关眼病,能控制其病情的发展,改善眼部症状,减少并发症的产生。 展开更多

In this study,we showed that BiO Br nanoplates prepared at different pH values have substratedependent photocatalytic activities under visible-light irradiation. The BiO Br nanoplates synthesized at pH 1(BOB-1) degraded salicylic acid more effectively than did those obtained at pH 3(BOB-3),but the order of their photocatalytic activities in rhodamine B(RhB) degradation were reversed. Electrochemical Mott–Schottky and zeta-potential measurements showed that BOB-1 had a more positive valence band and lower surface charge,leading to superior photocatalytic activity in salicylic acid degradation under visible light. However,BOB-3 was more powerful in RhB degradation because larger numbers of superoxide radicals were generated via electron injection from the excited RhB to its more negative conduction band under visible-light irradiation; this was confirmed using active oxygen species measurements and electron spin resonance analysis. This study deepens our understanding of the origins of organic-pollutant-dependent photoreactivities of semiconductors,and will help in designing highly active photocatalysts for environmental remediation. 展开更多

TiO2/SiO2 aerogels with different molar ratio of SiO2/TiO2 were prepared via non-supercritical method using tetrabutyl titanate and silica sols as raw materials. The samples were characterized by TEM, SEM, BET, IR, XR... TiO2/SiO2 aerogels with different molar ratio of SiO2/TiO2 were prepared via non-supercritical method using tetrabutyl titanate and silica sols as raw materials. The samples were characterized by TEM, SEM, BET, IR, XRD and so on. The results indicate that the BET surface area of TiO2/SiO2 aerogels calcined at 550℃ which consisted of anatase structure of TiO2 with narrow distribution pores of 5-25 nm is as high as 357.89 m2·g-1. For the photocatalytic degradation of pyridine, the catalytic activities of TiO2/SiO2 aerogels are much higher than that of TiO2 powder. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2/SiO2 aerogels calcined at 800℃ is the optimum. The higher the content of SiO2, the higher the photocatalytic activity of TiO2/SiO2 aerogels. The cost for preparation of the aerogels is greatly reduced by using non-supercritical drying method, and the aerogels are hopefully applied in the treatment of industrial waste water such as coking effluent treatment. 展开更多

Borohydrides present interesting options for the electrochemical power generation acting either as hydrogen source or anodic fuel for direct borohydride fuel cells(DBFC).In this work,Mg-Ni composite synthesized by mechanically alloying method,used as the catalyst for the hydrolysis of borohydride,has been investigated.Co-doping treatment has been carried out for the purpose of improving the hydrolysis rate further.The as-prepared and Co-doped Mg-Ni composites with low cost showed high catalytic activity to the hydrolysis of borohydride for hydrogen generation.After Co-doping,the hydrogen generation rate was around 280 ml·g-1·min-1.Borohydride would be a promising hydrogen source for fuel cells. 展开更多
