[Objective]The aim of this paper was to provide theoretical basis for study on enhancement of surfactants to desorption of PCBs from soil. [Method]The desorption effects of surfactants SDBs,Tween 80,HTAB on PCBs were studied as well as their distribution in water and soil. Effects of rationing on desorption of PCBs were also analyzed. [Result]The potential of single surfactant to enhance the desorption of PCBs from soil in order was Tween 80 SDBS HTAB. Three surfactants were largely adsorbed on soil and the sorption followed HTABTween 80SDBS. The desorption of PCBs increased significantly and linearly with the increase of aqueous micelle concentration of surfactants. [Conclusion]Enhancing effect of three surfactants on PCBs desorption were obtained,which will provide theoretical basis for further analyzing. 展开更多

Using a simple and reliable apparatus, the solubilities of adipic acid in water, ethanol, chloroform, n-butanol and acetone are determined by the analytic method. The results are correlated with λh equation, Apelblat equation, and UNIFAC equation. An experimental apparatus was used to measure the solubility of ethyl nitrite in mixed solvents under the lower pressure and higher temperature. The solubilities of ethyl nitrite in mixed solvents of ethanol-water at 15℃-40℃ and ethanol-diethyl oxalate at 20℃--40℃ were determined. A Henry constant model has been improved, and the interaction parameters have been fitted from experimental data. Objective:In the medium of ethanol(non-polar),STMP and ADH as crosslinkers to HA,to prepare drug delivery microspheres by getting stable cross-linked products without a gel phase,and to study biocompatibility and biodegradability of cross-linked products.Methods:ISO10993.1-Safety Evaluation of Biomedical materials as a reference,to make hemolysis test,percutaneous stimulation test,acute toxicity test,and analyze in vitro degradation test,and degradation products.Results:HA-STMP cross-linked product had no hemolysis,no irritation,no acute systemic toxicity,but HA-ADH had a mild skin irritation and adverse acute systemic toxicity.HA-STMP cross-linked product had lower sensitivity on HAse and the curve is flatting.With the increase of degradation time HA-STMP results were changed by the structure analysis,degradation products of these cells were no toxicity.Conclusion:HA-STMP cross-linked products with better biocompatibility and better resistance to hydrolysis could delay the degradation time,which is suitable for the preparation of biodegradable drug carriers. 展开更多

The solubility data of diosgenin in mixed systems of ethanol + 1-propanol (1 : 1), ethanol + 1-butanol (1 : 1), ethanol + isobutyl alcohol (1 : 1), methanol + isobutyl alcohol (1 : 1), methanol + isobutyl alcohol (1 : 4), ethanol + 1-pentanol (1 : 1) and carbon tetrachloride were measured over the temperature range from 289.15 K to 334.15 K by a laser monitoring observation technique at atmospheric pressure, with all mixtures mixed by volume ratio. The Apelblat equation, the ideal solution model, and the 2h equation are used to correlate the solubility data. The results show that the three models agree well with the experimental data, providing essential support for industrial design and further theoretical study. 展开更多
