The blockchain certification technology has solidified the theory of authenticity review in the era of electronic data and has gained multidimensional recognition in judicial practice. However, evidence-based education failed to respond promptly to the characteristics of this technological development era. The Evidence Law course serves as a bridge from theory to practice, therefore it will be necessary to discuss the innovative role of blockchain evidence technology in evidence law education. Teaching law students to understand blockchain evidence technology and learn how to use it can enable the OBE concept advocated by the Ministry of Education to be implemented in evidence law classrooms, and also play a role in clarifying the direction of law course teaching reform in applied universities. The reform of application direction covers different specific implementation directions, such as advocating for teachers to learn blockchain technology, sharing teaching resources, conducting empirical research on judicial cases, and on-site demonstrations.展开更多
