我院普通病区遥测中央心电监护仪警报现状分析

目的收集遥测中央心电监护仪在普通病区应用中的警报处理现状,分析影响因素,为完善遥测中央监护仪警报管理制度提供依据。方法2020年7—12月通过夜查房质控组收集该院普通病区遥测中央监护仪警报类型、护士发现警报及处理情况,分析影响警报处理的因素,并提出改进策略。结果遥测中央监护仪警报总数221次,错误警报119次,占53.8%;护士共发现警报149次(67.4%),其中处理及时55次(36.9%),处理延迟75次(50.3%),不会处理19次(12.8%)。结论该院错误警报率超过警报总数的半数,部分护士不能及时发现警报或发现警报后处理延迟甚至不会处理,建议医院管理者制定遥测中央心电监护仪管理制度、改进仪器警报设置、强化对护士的教育与培训,提高护士对警报的敏感性和应答能力,保障患者安全。
