However, ME involves high computational complexity. The main goal is to reduce power conception and the execution time without reducing image quality. In this paper, the authors have proposed high parallel processing architecture is presented for four-step search block-matching motion estimation. The proposed method is based on the stoppable clock models. The architecture has been simulated and synthesized with VHDL and ASIC (CMOS 45 nm). Synthesize results show that the proposed architecture reduces the power consumption and achieves a high performance for real time motion estimation.展开更多

The finite element model was built. Comparisons between the simulation results and the test re-sults prove that the simulation results are correct. The distribution of the temperature field of the chimney foundationwas analyzed. The multivariate linear regression of the hightest tomperature was performed on the inner wall of thechimney foundation by the numerical calculated results. The fitting property of the highest temperature with six influ-ence factors was obtained. A simple method for the calculation of the temperature field of the chimney foundation wasprovided.展开更多

The most commonly used method of revenue recognition in the construction industry is the percentage of completion method (POC), where the revenue is recognized on the basis of the percentage of work completed. The calculation of percentage of work completed is made on the basis of the cost incurred for the contract work during the financial period and the cost required for completion of the work as estimated by the contractor. Here, the acceptance of the product by the buyer (contractee) is not involved in recognizing the revenue. The reliability of the amount of revenue and its collectability can be assured only when the buyer accepts the product. The approval of the progress bill by the contractee is needed to assure the reliability and collectability and it must be the event that triggers the recognition of revenue.展开更多
