基于MATLAB图像处理的大豆颗粒检测方法研究 被引量:3

为解决大豆单株考种过程中人力计数准确率低和数粒仪等光电方法耗时长等问题,采用计算机视觉系统及MATLAB软件开发平台代替人工大豆单株考种进行自动检测的方法。该算法采用对大豆颗粒图像进行空间滤波去除噪声及"Otsu"方法... 为解决大豆单株考种过程中人力计数准确率低和数粒仪等光电方法耗时长等问题,采用计算机视觉系统及MATLAB软件开发平台代替人工大豆单株考种进行自动检测的方法。该算法采用对大豆颗粒图像进行空间滤波去除噪声及"Otsu"方法对图像进行最佳全局阈值分割处理,在对图像处理的基础上完成对大豆颗粒个数、颗粒大小两项指标的测定。以6个大豆品种‘周黑豆’、‘周青豆’、‘周豆11’、‘周豆18’、‘周豆22’和‘周豆23’的籽粒为试验对象,探究大豆颗粒计数、大豆颗粒大小分级两项指标的确定。实验结果表明:该算法及程序准确有效,能准确计算大豆单株颗粒个数;该算法及程序判断出的各品种大豆颗粒平均面积大小与百粒重成正相关,且决定系数为0.987,该算法及程序可准确有效的判断大豆颗粒大小。总之,基于MTALAB图像处理大豆单株颗粒检测方法的研究可相对减轻人力劳动强度及人类视觉的不足,在提高工作效率和准确度等方面有重要意义。 展开更多

The approach of the authors relies entirely on image based rendering techniques. A scheme is utilized for re-illumination of objects based on linear combination of low dimensional image representations. The minimum rendering condition of technique of the authors is three sample images under varying illumination of a reference object and a single input image of an interested object. Important properties of this approach are its simplicity, robustness and speediness. Experimental results validate the proposed rendering approach. 展开更多

Following this trend, this paper proposes a user-centered interface, which has been designed, completely installed and independently run on a mobile phone. Video signal is steamed through its camera as the image input to the interface by employing techniques of image processing, computer vision and graphics to identify automatically absolute positions of human face, neck and two hands. A paradigm is also put up theoretically. And it embeds this interface to perceive the human postures and convert them into relaxed comic character according to its context. 展开更多

The color images of wear debris were used as initial data. Each particle was characterized by a set of numerical parameters combined by its shape, color and surface texture features through a computer vision system. Those features were used as input vector of artificial neural network for wear debris identification. A radius basis function (RBF) network based model suitable for wear debris recognition was established, and its algorithm was presented in detail. Compared with traditional recognition methods, the RBF network model is faster in convergence, and higher in accuracy. 展开更多

The correct use of information in science and technology is very important for its progress. Nowadays, the equipment used for the scientific and technological development provides results that are later interpreted by the researchers, in most of the above mentioned equipment the results are images full of information which has to be analyzed. A powerful stage with multiple benefits in this field is the image pre-processing by means of intelligent systems, which are capable to do image analysis throwing very useful results that enhance the scientific and technological information. There are currently more than 500 functions in the computational vision specialized open source library OpenCV, which associated with the C++ programming language. These functions are used for application development in many areas of computer vision such as products inspection, medical images, safety, user's interfaces, camera calibration, stereoscopic vision and robotics. In this development and research work, by using the available functions and modifying the exposed methods, we present a proposal for signal detection in images originated in the transmission electron microscope (known as diffraction patterns), which are attached to the detailed analysis of crystalline structures used in the study of the materials science, the results show a profit of at least 18% in the detection of signs by means of the method proposed in this work. 展开更多

本文论述和分析了一种新颖的特征提取技术的特性,它采用基于分割的手写体字符识别系统的上下文关系来分割/书写字符。改进型的方向特征(MDF)提取技术以方向特征(DF)为基础,从字符轮廓的结构中提取方向信息。这种规则扩展了字符... 本文论述和分析了一种新颖的特征提取技术的特性,它采用基于分割的手写体字符识别系统的上下文关系来分割/书写字符。改进型的方向特征(MDF)提取技术以方向特征(DF)为基础,从字符轮廓的结构中提取方向信息。这种规则扩展了字符图像中前景和背景象素转换的组合方向信息。 为改善DF的提取技术,将对一些方法作出改进。同时使字符轮廓的描述更有效,并着手方向性检测技术的再设计,即在大部分时常出现的模式干扰中,增加对目标特征的描述,以改善字符的识别正确率。MDF通过基于神经网络分类器的试验以及转换特征(TF)提取技术的比较,并采用标准数据集与文献中列出的最佳结果相比较后得知,MDF技术优于DF和TF技术。来自CEDAR数据集的结果显示,识别正确率在89%以上。 展开更多
