We obtained the CCD photometric data of the comet from March toDecember, 1996 by using 1.56m telescope of Sheshan Station of Shanghai Observatory.The observational data have been reduced, and according to our data, the orbitalelements and the perturbational ephemeris of the comet have been calculated.
