Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology put Students ＇ Quality Education around the training objectives, so that students develop the quality of credit, and to make it components into personnel training program as a school teaching programs in comprehensive education, the approach is adapted to the innovative training objectives and requirements. In this paper, according to Liaoning Technical University＇ s implementation of the Outward botmd League credits of practice, we discuss the cognitive development of students＇ quality and effect, and describe the important role of the Outward bound in cultivating innovative talents.展开更多
