Due to the influence of terrain structure,meteorological conditions and various factors,there are anomalous data in automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast(ADS-B)message.The ADS-B equipment can be used for positioning of general aviation aircraft.Aim to acquire the accurate position information of aircraft and detect anomaly data,the ADS-B anomaly data detection model based on deep learning and difference of Gaussian(DoG)approach is proposed.First,according to the characteristic of ADS-B data,the ADS-B position data are transformed into the coordinate system.And the origin of the coordinate system is set up as the take-off point.Then,based on the kinematic principle,the ADS-B anomaly data can be removed.Moreover,the details of the ADS-B position data can be got by the DoG approach.Finally,the long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network is used to optimize the recurrent neural network(RNN)with severe gradient reduction for processing ADS-B data.The position data of ADS-B are reconstructed by the sequence to sequence(seq2seq)model which is composed of LSTM neural network,and the reconstruction error is used to detect the anomalous data.Based on the real flight data of general aviation aircraft,the simulation results show that the anomaly data can be detected effectively by the proposed method of reconstructing ADS-B data with the seq2seq model,and its running time is reduced.Compared with the RNN,the accuracy of anomaly detection is increased by 2.7%.The performance of the proposed model is better than that of the traditional anomaly detection models. 展开更多

Follicle stimulating hormone β (FSHβ) of Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) plays a key role in the regulation of gonadal development.This study aimed to investigate molecular genetic characteristics of the FSHβ gene and elucidate the effects of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of FSHβ on reproductive traits in Japanese flounder.We used polymerase chain reaction single-strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) and sequencing of the FSHβ gene in 60 individuals.We identified only an SNP (T/C) in the coding region of exon3 of FSHβ.The SNP (T/C) did not lead to amino acid changes at the position 340 bp of FSHβ gene.Statistical analysis showed that the SNP was significantly associated with testosterone (T) level and gonadosomatic index (GSI) (P<0.05).Individuals with genotype TC of the SNP had significantly higher serum T levels and GSI (P<0.05) than that of genotype CC.Therefore, FSHβ gene could be a useful molecular marker in selection for prominent reproductive trait in Japanese Flounder. 展开更多

The genetic diversity and relationship among 40 elite barley varieties were analyzed based on simple sequence repeat (SSR) genotyping data. The amplified fragments from SSR primers were highly polymorphic in the badey accessions investigated. A total of 85 alleles were detected at 35 SSR loci, and allelic variations existed at 29 SSR loci. The allele number per locus ranged from 1 to 5 with an average of 2.4 alleles per locus detected from the 40 badey accessions. A cluster analysis based on the genetic similarity coefficients was conducted and the 40 varieties were classified into two groups. Seven malting barley varieties from China fell into the same subgroup. It was found that the genetic diversity within the Chinese malting barley varieties was narrower than that in other barley germplasm sources, suggesting the importance and feasibility of introducing elite genotypes from different origins for malting barley breeding in China. 展开更多
