And the first premise to realize social gender equality is to ensure the education gender justice. Therefore, we need to draw lessons from the experience of the gender equality education in Taiwan, clear the social differences in the mind, respect for diverse gender culture; At the legislative level, improve laws and regulations, safeguard formal sources of law; At the system level, set up specialized agencies, through the permeability of course teaching, the strengthening of construction of teaching staff and the academic research, systematically discuss the effective path to construct mechanism of campus sexual harassment prevention.展开更多

Stope mining design is a very important and complicated task in daily production design and technical management of an underground mine.Based on workface technology and human-computer interaction technology,this study...Stope mining design is a very important and complicated task in daily production design and technical management of an underground mine.Based on workface technology and human-computer interaction technology,this study introduces a method of 3D parametric design for the irregular structure of stope bottoms,and focuses on solving technical problems in surface modeling of stope bottom structure.Optimization of the minimum span length algorithm(MSLA) and the shortest path search algorithm(SPSA) is conducted to solve the problem of contour-line based instant modeling of stope bottom structures,which makes possible the 3D parametric design for irregular structure of stope bottom.Implementation process and relevant methods of the proposed algorithms are also presented.Feasibility and reliability of the proposed modeling method are testified in a case study.In practice,the proposed 3 D parameterization design method for irregular structure stope bottom proves to be very helpful to precise 3D parametric design.This method is capable of contributing to improved efficiency and precision of stope design,and is worthy of promotion.展开更多

The judgment of intersection and other constrains of irregular polygons are analyzed. In addition, the Article 8 of the Ordinance of City Planning Law resulted in not so effective against tsunami in March 2011. Control mechanisms of building construction should be integrated into socio-economic, institutional, technical and other policy tools. In order to mitigate earthquake risk, all stages of building construction, from location, planning and construction to maintenance are important. Awareness creation is instrumental for building culture of safety and demands for intervention in disaster mitigation. The demands ultimately help in creating conducive environment for policy intervention, in realizing institutional mechanism of building code enforcement and land use control for the municipal authorities and in creating demand for competent professionals.展开更多

Based on the real dynamic tensile-shear failure mechanism of slope,the paper proposes dynamic analysis of strength reduction FEM (finite element method) and takes the reduction of shear strength parameters and tensile strength parameters into consideration. And it comprehensively takes the transfixion of the failure surface,the non-convergence of calculation and mutation of displacement as the criterion of dynamic instability and failure of the slope. The strength reduction factor under limit state is regarded as the dynamic safety factor of the slope under earthquake effect and its advantages are introduced. Finally,the method is applied in the seismic design of anchors supporting and anti-slide pile supporting of the slope. Calculation examples show that the application of dynamic analysis of strength reduction is feasible in the seismic design of slope engineering,which can consider dynamic interaction of supporting structure and rock-soil mass. Owing to its preciseness and great advantages,it is a new method in the seismic design of slope supporting.展开更多

After the report of the commission "Fundamentele Verkenning Bouw" in 2008, several studies have been done on the principals that the commission outlined in its report...Dutch building regulation is under construction. After the report of the commission "Fundamentele Verkenning Bouw" in 2008, several studies have been done on the principals that the commission outlined in its report. Local authorities and parties in construction were invited to start experiments with a more privatized system of building control. But this faced a lack of participation, partly due to the impact of the crisis. The minister responsible for housing and construction invited in 2011 a "Bouwteam" to develop an agenda for action for construction. In 2012, 17 action teams started to focus, speed up and simplify the planning and development of construction. Recently, the two teams related to building regulation presented their plans. The first was a roadmap towards private building control, the second, a proposal for an independent body to answer questions on constructions plans that do intrinsically but not legally meet the standards of building regulation. There is considerable controversy regarding the way that this implementation team is paving its path towards private building control. While the minister for housing conformed himself to a subsidized private implementing team, the Dutch Parliament has expressed its own priorities for regulation: insured guarantee to protect users and owners, a role for local authorities regarding safety and acceptance of buildings and simplification of building regulation and control for simple construction works. The parliament held a round-table conference to get informed about private building control. Recently, a proposal by the minister for housing was discussed. Further debate will be needed to decide about the next steps in innovation building regulation, which will take place in the upcoming months. ERB/RIGO (Foundation Expert Centre Regulations in Building/Research Institute for Real Estate) have developed own proposals for the public-private relation regarding development and construction of buildings. They expect that their proposals might be of help. The proposals are laid down in several publications and partly realized in experimental development of "to be approved" technical solutions. This paper reflects on the differences between their proposals and these of the roadmap, on the possible outcome of the ongoing debate and its implications, legal and technical, on building regulation and on legal and contractual liability. In 2011, three new studies were commissioned by the government to address ...In 2008, two governmental committees presented their conclusions on strengthening the role of the private building sector in building control. In 2011, three new studies were commissioned by the government to address perceived problems. One of them was an integral study, executed by ERB (Foundation Expertcentre Regulations in Building), RIGO (Research Institute for Real Estate) and TNO (Research Institute for Applied Technologies), to innovate the whole building regulations system. It led to proposals to redefine responsibility and liability for all parties. This study states that by an effort of yearly £100 million, unnecessary costs up to £l billion can be avoided and a real quality push will take place in the building and real estate markets. The goals to reach are to minimize the administrative burden for the building owner and to enforce the construction industry to build conforming to the regulations. This paper discusses the ERB study and the given proposals. The ERB study demonstrated that a quality push is needed which potential will lead to less costs for building owners. It also shows that proven solutions, part of the regulations, might be of help for all parties involved.展开更多

However, the specifications do not make any mention of how to choose wave force calculation methods of deep-water breakwaters. To study the feasibility of different formulae for wave force estimation of deep water combined breakwaters, the wave force calculated by the Sainflou's, Goda's, modified Goda's and specifications' methods are compared for various water depths and wave heights in this paper. The calculated results are also compared with experimental data. The total horizontal forcing and the pattern of pressure distributions are presented. Comparisons show that the wave pressure distributions by the four methods are similar, but the total horizontal forces are different. The results obtained by the Goda's method and the specified formulae are much closer to the experimental data. As for the wave force estimation for the deepwater mixed embankment foundation bed parapet, the Goda's formula is applied in the case with a water depth of less than 42 m. The Specifications method is suitable for standing waves. In the wave force estimates of breastworks, Sainflou's and the modified Gaoda's formulae are no longer applicable for the foundation bed of mixed embankment.展开更多

Scores of overall dimensions use variance analysis, and the results show a significant difference. In sub-dimension score comparison, the high group and low group both got higher scores in the degree of difficulty performing works and read music accuracy. The high group and low group are different on dimensions of the lowest score. Total scores in the scale of multi-dimensional evaluation of rules are positively correlated on the scores on the improvising horizontal dimension, but the correlation is not very high level, that is not all students who is better in playing levels, and they can get higher scores on the improvising horizontal dimension. Using multi-dimensional scale scores and teacher direct evaluation rules score are significantly different for student achievement.展开更多

However, the electronic hardware implementations o...Artificial neural networks have dramatically improved the performance of many machine-learning applications such as image recognition and natural language processing. However, the electronic hardware implementations of the above-mentioned tasks are facing performance ceiling because Moore’s Law is slowing down. In this article, we propose an optical neural network architecture based on optical scattering units to implement deep learning tasks with fast speed, low power consumption and small footprint.The optical scattering units allow light to scatter back and forward within a small region and can be optimized through an inverse design method. The optical scattering units can implement high-precision stochastic matrix multiplication with mean squared error < 10-4 and a mere 4*4 um2 footprint.Furthermore, an optical neural network framework based on optical scattering units is constructed by introducing "Kernel Matrix", which can achieve 97.1% accuracy on the classic image classification dataset MNIST.展开更多
This paper studies the batch sizing scheduling problem with earliness and tardiness penalties which is closely related to a two-level supply chain problem.In the problem,there are K customer orders,where each customer...This paper studies the batch sizing scheduling problem with earliness and tardiness penalties which is closely related to a two-level supply chain problem.In the problem,there are K customer orders,where each customer order consisting of some unit length jobs has a due date.The jobs are processed in a common machine and then delivered to their customers in batches,where the size of each batch has upper and lower bounds and each batch may incur a fixed setup cost which can also be considered a fixed delivery cost.The goal is to find a schedule which minimizes the sum of the earliness and tardiness costs and the setup costs incurred by creating a new batch.The authors first present some structural properties of the optimal schedules for single-order problem with an additional assumption(a):The jobs are consecutively processed from time zero.Based on these properties,the authors give a polynomial-time algorithm for single-order problem with Assumption(a).Then the authors give dynamic programming algorithms for some special cases of multiple-order problem with Assumption(a).At last,the authors present some structural properties of the optimal schedules for single-order problem without Assumption(a) and give a polynomial-time algorithm for it.展开更多

文摘In 2008, two governmental committees presented their conclusions on strengthening the role of the private building sector in building control. In 2011, three new studies were commissioned by the government to address perceived problems. One of them was an integral study, executed by ERB (Foundation Expertcentre Regulations in Building), RIGO (Research Institute for Real Estate) and TNO (Research Institute for Applied Technologies), to innovate the whole building regulations system. It led to proposals to redefine responsibility and liability for all parties. This study states that by an effort of yearly £100 million, unnecessary costs up to £l billion can be avoided and a real quality push will take place in the building and real estate markets. The goals to reach are to minimize the administrative burden for the building owner and to enforce the construction industry to build conforming to the regulations. This paper discusses the ERB study and the given proposals. The ERB study demonstrated that a quality push is needed which potential will lead to less costs for building owners. It also shows that proven solutions, part of the regulations, might be of help for all parties involved.

文摘China's newly enacted Breakwater Design Specifications(JTS154-2011) explicitly state that breakwaters with water depths greater than 20 m are categorized as deep-water breakwaters, and emphasize that design principles, methods and construction requirements are different from those of common shallow water breakwaters. However, the specifications do not make any mention of how to choose wave force calculation methods of deep-water breakwaters. To study the feasibility of different formulae for wave force estimation of deep water combined breakwaters, the wave force calculated by the Sainflou's, Goda's, modified Goda's and specifications' methods are compared for various water depths and wave heights in this paper. The calculated results are also compared with experimental data. The total horizontal forcing and the pattern of pressure distributions are presented. Comparisons show that the wave pressure distributions by the four methods are similar, but the total horizontal forces are different. The results obtained by the Goda's method and the specified formulae are much closer to the experimental data. As for the wave force estimation for the deepwater mixed embankment foundation bed parapet, the Goda's formula is applied in the case with a water depth of less than 42 m. The Specifications method is suitable for standing waves. In the wave force estimates of breastworks, Sainflou's and the modified Gaoda's formulae are no longer applicable for the foundation bed of mixed embankment.
文摘The system will be to build a complete logistics monitoring system based on WebGIS, using the development technology of the third party map which is popular at present, the client technology Ajax is introduced into the two map development platform based on WebGIS, draw lessons from the mature MapABC map service interface for API programming, establish the optimization model of distribution route with hard time windows, and studies the application of tabu search algorithm to solve the distribution path optimization model. At the same time, t;he system can realize vehicle abnormal alarm, shortest path planning and analysis of statistical query functions, can display the corresponding curves on the map that query be some statistical analysis results or a heat map by the user, get a more intuitive feel and better user experience.
文摘Multidimensional Scale Evaluation Rules as a performer in the field of learning assessment is feasible, but for each dimension settings, level settings and value setting need to be developed according to the actual raters, object evaluation, the focus of the evaluation. Scores of overall dimensions use variance analysis, and the results show a significant difference. In sub-dimension score comparison, the high group and low group both got higher scores in the degree of difficulty performing works and read music accuracy. The high group and low group are different on dimensions of the lowest score. Total scores in the scale of multi-dimensional evaluation of rules are positively correlated on the scores on the improvising horizontal dimension, but the correlation is not very high level, that is not all students who is better in playing levels, and they can get higher scores on the improvising horizontal dimension. Using multi-dimensional scale scores and teacher direct evaluation rules score are significantly different for student achievement.

文摘Artificial neural networks have dramatically improved the performance of many machine-learning applications such as image recognition and natural language processing. However, the electronic hardware implementations of the above-mentioned tasks are facing performance ceiling because Moore’s Law is slowing down. In this article, we propose an optical neural network architecture based on optical scattering units to implement deep learning tasks with fast speed, low power consumption and small footprint.The optical scattering units allow light to scatter back and forward within a small region and can be optimized through an inverse design method. The optical scattering units can implement high-precision stochastic matrix multiplication with mean squared error < 10-4 and a mere 4*4 um2 footprint.Furthermore, an optical neural network framework based on optical scattering units is constructed by introducing "Kernel Matrix", which can achieve 97.1% accuracy on the classic image classification dataset MNIST.

文摘This paper studies the batch sizing scheduling problem with earliness and tardiness penalties which is closely related to a two-level supply chain problem.In the problem,there are K customer orders,where each customer order consisting of some unit length jobs has a due date.The jobs are processed in a common machine and then delivered to their customers in batches,where the size of each batch has upper and lower bounds and each batch may incur a fixed setup cost which can also be considered a fixed delivery cost.The goal is to find a schedule which minimizes the sum of the earliness and tardiness costs and the setup costs incurred by creating a new batch.The authors first present some structural properties of the optimal schedules for single-order problem with an additional assumption(a):The jobs are consecutively processed from time zero.Based on these properties,the authors give a polynomial-time algorithm for single-order problem with Assumption(a).Then the authors give dynamic programming algorithms for some special cases of multiple-order problem with Assumption(a).At last,the authors present some structural properties of the optimal schedules for single-order problem without Assumption(a) and give a polynomial-time algorithm for it.
