目的:调查大型综合性医院门诊医生挂号量设置现状,分析挂号量设置中存在的问题,使医生挂号量的设置更趋合理,从而提高门诊质量,促进门诊健康发展。方法:对5家医院、16个科室规定挂号量、加号量与340名医生意愿挂号量、加号量的情况进行... 目的:调查大型综合性医院门诊医生挂号量设置现状,分析挂号量设置中存在的问题,使医生挂号量的设置更趋合理,从而提高门诊质量,促进门诊健康发展。方法:对5家医院、16个科室规定挂号量、加号量与340名医生意愿挂号量、加号量的情况进行调查分析,提出改进策略并实施运用。采用问卷调查的方式对策略改进前后医护人员以及患者满意度进行分析。结果:医生意愿号量与医院规定号量设置差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),医生意愿加号量与医院规定加号量设置中眼科、神经内科、风湿免疫科增加有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过对挂号量的设置进行策略改进后,医生、护士、患者满意度均有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:医生挂号量的合理设置,有利于提高诊疗水平和整体服务质量,有利于改善医患、护患、医护关系,提高医护人员和患者的满意度,有助于建立和谐的医疗环境。 展开更多

Factors for determining the spindle size are the shaft diameter, positions of bearing and motor, and entire length of the spindle. Then, it is important to find the assembling of the optimal design variables, which satisfy the stiffimss and rotational speed required to the spindle. A general full factorial design method was used to verify some factors that affect the natural frequency of a spindle. It is verified that the shorter shaft length and bearing span length represent the higher natural frequency, and there are some effects according to the change in the levels of factors. The detailed spindle dimension is determined by applying an EVD method, which can define the optimal bearing position through considering the limiting condition. Based on the estimated regression model, the optimal spindle size and bearing distance that can improve the primary natural frequency are obtained, and the influence of design factors on the natural frequency is also analyzed. 展开更多

Operation optimization is an effective method to explore potential economic benefits for existing plants. The m.aximum potential benefit from operationoptimization is determined by the distances between current operating point and process constraints, which is related to the margins of design variables. Because of various ciisturbances in chemical processes, some distances must be reserved for fluctuations of process variables and the optimum operating point is not on some process constraints. Thus the benefit of steady-state optimization can not be fully achied(ed while that of dynamic optimization can be really achieved. In this study, the steady-state optimizationand dynamic optimization are used, and the potential benefit-is divided into achievable benefit for profit and unachievable benefit for control. The fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) is used for case study. With the analysis on how the margins of design variables influence the economic benefit and control performance, the bottlenecks of process design are found and appropriate control structure can be selected. 展开更多

Much has been written and researched about transformational change and the exogenous events that result in radical institutional transformation (Di Maggio & Powell, 1983; Hannan& Freeman, 1989; Fligstein, 1996; Zorn, Dobbin, & Kwok, 2006). Accounts are provided of external agents disturbing the existing stasis of the institution and transforming the institution into something else that reflect a new paradigm or set of interests. Often, what is neglected in these accounts is what fractures exist in the original institution that would make them vulnerable and allow penetration by exogenous influences. Mahoney and Thelen (20 l 0) went beyond a general model of change that described the collapse of one set of institutional norms to be replaced by another. The model of change they propose takes into account both exogenous as well as endogenous factors as being the source of institutional change. They went on to state a view that transformation change as being a result of abrupt, wholesale breakdown needs to be rethought to include incremental, endogenous shifts in thinking that can often result in fundamental transformations. 展开更多

Audit Quality, Timely Disclosure, and the Cost of Debt: Tunisian Evidence

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of auditor type and eamings reporting lag on the cost of debt for the Tunisian setting. Our sample consists of 32 Tunisian companies for the period of 2003-2012. Audit quality is measured by auditor size (Big 4 versus non-Big 4) and timely disclosure is proxied by earnings reporting lag. Results show that auditor type is negatively associated with the cost of debt. By contrast, the association between earnings announcement lag and the cost of debt is positive and significant. When testing for the moderating effects of industry and listing status, we document that these associations are more pronounced for industrial companies and listed firms. Finally, the period of investigation slightly moderates the examined associations, since financial institutions become more sensitive to the tardy communication of information and less concerned with auditor type following some economic and political troubles in Tunisia between 2010 and 2012. Our findings have policy implications for managers in the Tunisian setting and other developing economies similar to Tunisia given the crucial role played by debt as an important source of external finance for companies. 展开更多

The point at which final set occurs is important since it provides an estimate when the development of concrete strength and stiffness starts. In this study, experimental work is performed under laboratory conditions to indentify the setting time of cement paste using ultrasonic waves. Correlation between the ultrasonic wave parameters (speed, amplitude and energy) passing through the fresh cement paste and setting time determined using the Vicat test method is analyzed. A method of acoustic emission is also used and acoustic signals recorded in cement paste during hydration are presented. 展开更多

Under the baseline scenario of the present policy framework, the future energy structure will be optimized and carbon emission intensity will decrease continually. China's carbon emissions up to 2050 show a significant increase reaching between 11.9 Gt and 16.2 Gt CO2 in 2050. By strengthening a low carbon policy, the optimization of energy structure and the decline in carbon emission intensity will become more obvious within the comparative scenarios, which show a significant decrease in carbon emission until 2050 reaching only between 4.3 Gt and 9.5 Gt CO2 bv then. 展开更多

Measurements were carried out on torque-meter STPM, a device that has been designed and manufactured at Kielce University of Technology. The measurement results showed that the type of cage used in ball bearings has a significant impact on the frictional moment. It was composed of adjustable screw, stirrer, metering device housing and central metering sheave and so on. The sowing rate can be set by turning the screw to change the working length of the central metering sheave relative to the metering device housing. The stirrer inside of the sheave housing is used to prevent seeds overhead. And metering of different sizes of seed is adjusted by changing the position of internal components of the slot wheel mechanism. Innovative design on the structure of the central metering sheave was finished. According to the structure parameters and physical characteristic parameters, different seed sowing rate of per hectares was calculated. And then the working length scale of the central metering groove wheel was made. And there is a one-to-one correspondence between scale values and sowing quantity per hectare of different kinds of seed. 展开更多

The results show that water's later invasion not only can make the quantity of gas dcsorp- tion greatly reduced, but also can make gas desorption end early. Fifteen turmeric genotypes from the germplasm held at National Root Crops Research Institute Umudike, Nigeria, were evaluated during the season of 2012-2013 at four locations-Jos (8.3833°N, 7.1833°E, 1,200 m a.s.l.), Otobi (7.11667°N and 8.08333°E), Umudike (5.4758°N, 7.5489°E) and Igbariam (6.4°N and 6.93333°E)-in order to select high yielding and stable turmeric cultivars with good quality for release in Nigeria. At each location, the experiment was laid out in randomized complete block design (RCBD) in three replications. Plot size was 9 m2. Data were collected on sprout count, plant height, number of tillers, number of leaves, main pseudo stem girth, rhizome number and weight. Analysis of variance was carried out on the combined data using GenStat Discovery Edition software. Results based on the combined data from four locations indicate that turmeric genotypes did not vary in percentage emergence and number of leaves. However, they varied in height, main pseudo stem girth, tillering, number and yield of fresh rhizomes. The effect of location on all attributes was significant (P 〈 0.05) with Jos location giving consistently the least values for all attributes thus suggesting that this location may not be suitable for the commercial production of turmeric. Genotype by environment interaction for most attributes was not significant indicating that the genotypes responded the same way across the locations. Ten genotypes, viz., UT39, UT44, UT46, UT58, UT50, UTI4, UT41, UT6, UT38 and UT35, are identified as promising and require further evaluation as pre-condition for nomination for official release to farmers. 展开更多

The use of the kinetic energy generated by human body motion drives the wheel swing and the generator, it can carry out mobile phone additional charge through the electronic components rectifier and DC/DC converter regulator, the use of human motion and light energy can extend a fixed charge mobile phone standby time. The human motion power uses electromagnetic coupling technique and collects energy by using foot swing, solar power generation uses DSP chip in TMS320F28927 control a plurality of charging circuit, inverter circuit and solar maximum power point tracking by sampling and multiple output PWM wave. Finally, charging process has the basic constant current process discovered by device testing, the design of human motion and light energy mobile phone charger can satisfy the need of mobile phone rechargeable lithium batteries. 展开更多
