“设计四秩序”下设计力创新策略定位研究——以特斯拉汽车为例

本文以“设计四秩序”概念和现有与意义相关的理论为基础构建了有关设计范畴的框架图,以便更加清晰地理解与判断设计范畴的边界问题。通过分析设计力创新策略理论在特斯拉公司中的实施路径以判断该理论在框架图内的定位问题,最后提出此全新学科视角的理论,其实施过程中体现出的特征对设计范畴的边界具有推进作用。

设计战略趋向与对服装设计教育的思考

研究设计战略趋向可以使我们对未来设计教育改革的方向更明确。本文根据(美)维尔特、(美)迈克尔?波特等学者关于国家竞争力的理论,提出了设计是国家独特竞争力的观点并定义了国家设计竞争力。基于陈劲,俞湘珍对基于设计创新的理论的定义分析得出设计创新的提升在于设计价值提升。本论文对设计教育改革思考有如下几点:(1)忽视设计创新将影响国家竞争力,应巩固提高设计教育在高等教育中所占的地位。(2)高等教育要注重课程设计的多学科交叉,设计知识边界的扩展,培养思维开阔、掌握设计方法、技术完备、经验丰富的设计人才。(3)国家应建立设计创新激励与成果评价机制,鼓励设计人员终身创新的热情。(4)设计教育要培养的是具备获取技术和社会文化模型的相关知识,并转化为企业家能够理解的产品语言的有价值提升能力的设计师及主要产业及相关产业各部门岗位上所需要的各种人才。

外向型企业工业设计中心师徒制建设策略

目的:文章旨在探讨外向型企业工业设计中心设计师人才队伍建设问题。方法:通过外向型企业工业设计中心师徒制建设的经验结合相关文献研究,首先,对比企业的国内市场与外贸市场路线中新入职的设计人员所面临问题的特殊性,得出外向型企业工业设计中心师徒制建设的必要性;然后,思考师徒制建设中应重视的问题及建议;最后,提出外向型企业工业设计中心落实师徒制建设的具体策略。结论:企业工业设计中心师徒制建设关乎设计人才培养及其价值创造,需要管理层与员工紧密互动、共同造就。其建设策略具体体现在综合引导设计人员适应工作环境、全面促进设计人才提升创新力、整体完善设计部门标准化机制等。文章希望更好地促进外向型企业师徒制的实施、完善及推广,为外向型企业的设计师人才队伍建设提供参考价值。

On the method and mode of modern foreign language course design

This article is based on the theory of foreign language course design. It mainly introduces and analyzes the methods and mode of foreign language design and also integrates with the practice of foreign language teaching, the author thinks a competent foreign language teacher should not only be satisfied with inculcating ready-made knowledge, but they should also constantly foster the ability of blazing new trails and try to grasp the theory and methods of course design ,and try to carry out course design according to practice and try to give play to their teaching personality and creativity and to have a bold try and exploration and try to improve the foreign language course and foreign language teaching.

Study on the Innovative Design of Graphic Design

With the advent of the informatian age, people are working to build a new knowledge network, knowledge of the past gradually pieced together again. The new knowledge network includes not only advanced science and technology, but also includes the historical and cultural value, emotion and sense of innovation. Graphic design is a spiritual and material reality and artistic, aesthetic and practical disciplines integrated with each other. Always take the old approach to their creative confined in a narrow space, and this will inevitably lead to failure. Graphic design must rely on the sense of innovation, combined with the image of abstract thinking; ideas can really create unique designs. Therefore, to enhance training in graphic design innovative design capabilities, innovation and the development of graphic design is an important issue. In this paper, graphic design requirements and the role of innovation capacity will be explared, and the method of application of proposed innovative thinking in graphic design process will be provided.

Chinese Contemporary Art Design from the Perspective of National Culture

The progress of social economy drives the progress of humanity art. Due to historical condition reason, the pace of art design development in China is late. Since the reform and opening up, the art design obtains a long-term development in China. In order to adapt to the trend of world economy integration, all aspects of art design fields in China are learning from the foreign countries, however, it is hard to have a breakthrough creation in itself, and it lacks of domestic art design ＂localization＂ , which can not fully reflect the national culture and national elements. At the same time, the self-innovation power is weak, and the creation ability is insufficient, which also restricts the independent development of art design field to a higher level in China. The art design, as a comprehensive subject, is affected by many factors of society, science and technology and market for its own improvement. This paper mainly discusses from national culture level for art design, thinking that if the art design in China wants to develop higher, it needs to be based on the national culture and profound cultural base, constructing the art design products with Chinese national styles.

Engineering Design Study on an Innovative Hydrokinetic Turbine with on Shore Foundation

Tidal currents are a resource of great potentiality and not yet fully explored. Several efforts have been made to exploit these resources, but the costs associated to the deployment of tidal plants in marine environments are usually too high. The aim of this work is to present a system able to handle with the above mentioned problems, through the development of a particular hydrokinetic turbine design. In previous works, the authors described a basic turbine configuration achieving interesting performances, although some operational inconveniences were detected. Those problems have been existing so the solution should be optimized and redesigned. As a result, a new design of the turbine is proposed, consisting of a double rotor spinning in opposite directions in order to balance the induced mechanical torque. From preliminary evaluations related to the Messina Strait tidal cycles （Punta Pezzo site, RC, Italy）, a single 12 m diameter turbine can supply a power of about 500 kW with a peak current speed of 3 m/s and deliver up to 450 MWh/year.
