The compulsory course “Wine Factory Design” of the double first-class undergraduate major of grape and wine Engineering in China Agricultural University conforms to the trend of The Times and explores the reform and practice in the course teaching guided by the concept of new agricultural construction. Through the application of mixed teaching mode, multi-modal teaching mode and Internet+, it has highlighted the characteristics and advantages of the subject, built a comprehensive curriculum system, and achieved good teaching results, and carried out a beneficial discussion on meeting the social demand for training innovative agricultural and forestry talents under the background of new agricultural science.展开更多
