资本来源研究——资产负债表右边的重设计

本文在全要素资本理论的基础上,考虑资本来源的多样性,结合利益相关者理论,对企业的资本来源进行分析,提出对资产负债表右边的设计思路,对资产负债表右边进行重设计,创新性地将负债划分为偿还性负债和维持性负债,并进行了定义。

本文从设计心理学的动力角度对农村向城镇迁移的居民家庭(即迁移家庭)开展数据调查,探究迁移家庭金融资产选择的行为特征,及引起该行为特征的心理动力因素。研究发现,迁移家庭金融资产结构存在失衡,房产投资对其金融资产选择行为存在一... 本文从设计心理学的动力角度对农村向城镇迁移的居民家庭(即迁移家庭)开展数据调查,探究迁移家庭金融资产选择的行为特征,及引起该行为特征的心理动力因素。研究发现,迁移家庭金融资产结构存在失衡,房产投资对其金融资产选择行为存在一定的"挤出效应";有序的Logistic模型实证分析表明,认知水平、投资心理、进入城镇的不同方式,以及社会保障对迁移家庭的金融资产参与度有显著影响,认知水平较高的迁移家庭在金融资产选择上更加多元化,家庭决策者的投资心理影响整个家庭对不同风险程度金融资产的选择,社会保障相对健全对迁移家庭而言有较大的推动作用,从而更愿意主动迁移,因此,对金融资产的参与度更高。 展开更多

To protect mining areas from electrical fire, it is very important to install electrical nre momtormg system to ensure safety in development of mineral resources and for buildings. In this paper, design for electrical fire monitoring and detection system with optional sensor modules has been proposed. In addition, necessity and suitability of electrical fire monitoring and detection system with optional sensor modules in mining areas have been reviewed. The designed electrical fire monitoring and detection system suit- able for work environment of mining industry is composed by host-computer monitoring software and slave-computer detectors. Monitoring detectors are manufactured by using embedded technology. Exter- nal shells deployed have superior enclosure performances and explosion-proof properties. It is easy to install and maintain the system. In general, the system has reached, or even exceeded standards specified in national standards for performances and appearances of such devices. Test results show application of electrical fire monitoring and detection system can effectively enhance monitoring intensity over the mining areas and provide reliable guarantee to ensure orderly development of mineral resources and to protect physical and property safety of citizens in these areas. 展开更多

By analyzing the evolving process of wealth, we give the definition of safe-region for investment. Moreover, in order to obtain the target wealth as quickly as possible, using Bellman dynamic programming principle, we get the optimal investment strategy and corresponding necessary expected time. Running on Internet, integration based on muhilayer federation architecture and dynamic reuse of simulation resources are the major difficulties for complex product collaborative design and simulation. Since the traditional Run-Time Infrastructure (RTI) is not good at supporting these new requirements, an extended high level architecture (HLA) multilayer federation integration architecture (MLFIA), based on the resource management federation (RMF) and its supporting environment based Service-oriented architecture (SOA) and HLA (SOHLA) are proposed, The idea and realization of two key technologies, the dynamic creation of simulation federation based on RMF, TH RTI, an extensible HLA runtime infrastructure (RTI), used at Internet are emphasized. It is the key phase to ensure that the functional requirement of the design product can be appropriately complied with, and its resul... Functional knowledge integration is the initial and core phase of a design process. It is the key phase to ensure that the functional requirement of the design product can be appropriately complied with, and its result is also the rudiment of the subsequent detailed design work. If this important phase can be supported by an increasingly distributed resource environment, and be automated such that its completion requires less manual work, the efficiency of the design process would be largely improved and its ability to promote innovation would be enhanced. Therefore, this study involved a detailed analysis of the functional knowledge integration of the design process, as well as the proposal of a corresponding running model. Based on the model, a computational algorithm and an evaluating method were established to automate functional knowledge integration. A corresponding computer program was developed to prove the feasibility of this approach, and it was used to design a solarpowered wiper blade. 展开更多
