侵蚀性地层地区路基工程设防技术研究

文中针对含硫等侵蚀性矿物质含量高的地层条件下新建铁路、公路的路基工程设防技术措施进行了初步探讨,并提出:线路应尽量绕避含硫或其它有害矿物质含量高的地层,当无法绕避时,要尽量避免以路堑(特别是深长路堑)形式通过;当不得... 文中针对含硫等侵蚀性矿物质含量高的地层条件下新建铁路、公路的路基工程设防技术措施进行了初步探讨,并提出:线路应尽量绕避含硫或其它有害矿物质含量高的地层,当无法绕避时,要尽量避免以路堑(特别是深长路堑)形式通过;当不得不以路堑形式通过时,应采用分层开挖、分层及时封闭坡面等措施处理;针对含硫或其它有害矿物碎屑、粉尘对周边环境危害,应采取预防为主、先处理后排放的综合措施;开挖施工应安排在旱季进行,尽量缩短工期,以减少对周边环境的影响。 展开更多

The bumper crashwor... Vehicle crashworthiness simulation is the main component of the virtual auto-body design. One developing commercial vehicle was simulated on crashworthiness by the non-linear finite element method. The bumper crashworthiness at the speed of 8 km/h was analyzed and valuated. On the other hand, the deformation of the auto-body, the movement of the steering wheel and the dynamic responses of the occupant at the initial velocity of 50 km/h were studied. The results appear that the design of the vehicle could be improved on structure and material. Finally, the frontal longitudinal beam, the main energy-absorbing part of the auto-body, was optimized on structure. Simulation results also show that applying new material, such as high strength steel, and new manufacture techniques, such as tailor-welded blanks could improve the crashworthiness of the vehicle greatly. 展开更多
