第一章总则第一条为加强烟草专卖品准运证的管理,规范烟草专卖品流通秩序,根据《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法》及其实施条例,制定本办法。第二条运输卷烟、雪茄烟、烟丝、复烤烟叶、烟叶(包括再造烟叶和烟梗)、卷烟纸、滤嘴棒、烟用丝束、烟草专用机械等烟草专卖品,应当持有烟草专卖品准运证。

The Influence of forest certification on forest product trade

Forest certification is considered to be complementary to forest management policies and takes a significant effect on forest product trade. In recent decade, it has been followed with interest and approved by governments and forestry de-partments in the world. This paper analyzes the influence of forest certification on forest product trade in the world, including the interest in certification in exporting countries and importing countries, trade flow and business competition, and the demands for Certified Forest Products (CFPs) and also discusses the influence of forest certification on forest product trade in China.

浅谈中药饮片真伪鉴别

我院为一所二级甲等中医医院，临床用中药饮片量较大，而中药饮片质量的好坏关系到临床用药的疗效，因此对采购的中药饮片质量要求较高。我院要求对每一批次的中药饮片都必须有中药专职质检人员把关，对无药品经营许可证的企业，对饮片产地不明，无批准文号、无生产日期、无合格标识等质量不合格的饮片坚决拒收，对质量符合要求的饮片验收合格后方可入库。现对我院2011年几批中药饮片在入库验收中存在的质量问题进行归纳和总结，供大家参考，不妥之处请指正。

No evidence demonstrating hepatotoxicity associated with hydroxycitric acid

Although a number of cases of hepatotoxicity are associated with the use of Hydroxycut weight management products, it has been alleged that their effects are primarily due to the presence of hydroxycitric acid (HCA, as Super CitriMax) in the formulations. However, while these products contain up to 20 different ingredients, some do not contain HCA. Case studies reported to date have not considered in depth the literature on the numerous animal and human studies that have been conducted on the safety and effi cacy of HCA. No HCA-associated hepatotoxicity or treatment-related adverse effects have been reported in these studies, and thus it is premature to make the assumptions presented in the recent case studies regarding Hydroxycut. If it is established in well controlled studies that the use of these formulations with and/or without HCA can result in the occurrence or progression of hepatotoxicity, additional studies should be conducted to characterize the causative factor(s).

Screening and Verification of Rice Varieties with Low Cadmium Accumulation

In order to improve the utilization efficiency of heavy metal pollution of farmland,the revitalization of Hunan rice brand,this research worked on 20142016 oriented social extensive collection of 285 varieties of rice,including 98 early rice varieties and 187 late rice varieties.Screening and veri fication of rice varieties with low Cadmium accumulation were studied in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan of Hunan Province,and in other typical cadmium polluted area in Hunan Province.12 early rice varieties and 13 late rice varieties were selected as low Cadmium accumulation varieties.Field test showed that,through the screening of varieties(V),irrigation(I)and acidity adjustment(P),the content of cadmium in early rice is 0.064~0.233 mg/kg,and 0.143~0.246 mg/kg in late rice,basically to ensure the content of cadmium in rice to reach the national standard,and to ensure good food security.

Development and Validation of National Cotton Cultivar Registration Index Model in Yangtze River Valley

[Objective] Based on the cotton variety high yielding potential, fiber quality traits, disease resistance, and early maturity characters, a cultivar registration index model was developed to simplify the tedious calculation process in national cotton registration procedure, and thus to enhance the practical application of cultivar regis- tration index in cotton breeding ancl cotton recommending. [Method] By means of correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis and path analysis methods, the cor- relation of cotton main properties and their effects on cultivar registration index were explored using the dataset of national cotton regional trials in Yangtze River Valley during 1996-2013. The cultivar registration index model was constructed with step- wise regression statistical technique to ascertain the quantitative relationship of main characters with cultivar registration index, and the regional cotton trial dataset in 2013 was used to validate the model. [Result] Several characters with larger deter- minants to cultivar registration index were screened out,ie. lint yield increase ratio, pro-frost yield ratio, verticillium wilt index, fiber strength, fusarium wilt index and mi- cronaire value. The cultivar registration index model defined the functional relation- ship of cultivar registration index with the selected main characters, among which lint yield increase ratio, fiber strength and micronaire value contributed most to culti- var registration index. The model validation with regional cotton trials in 2013 indi- cated the root mean square error, RMSE was only 2.77, and the variation coeffi- cient was 6.77%, which confirmed the model prediction effect was quite perfect. [Conclusion] The developed cultivar registration index model was reliable enough to simulate the complicated scoring system in cultivar registration procedure, also sim- plified cotton registration process, and enhanced the practicability of the cultivar reg- istration index.

Food Physics and Food Safety- Some Aspects in Food Processing and Food Quality Control

The article deals with special questions of some aspects of food safety and application of methods of food physics in food processing and also in food quality control and quality assurance. The role of food safety has developed significantly in the last 2 decades, so today the production and processing of safe and quality food is of primary importance. Modem food production is based on principles of GAP and GMP （including GHP） and different methods and tools for quality control and assurance （IFS, HACCP, ISO-9000, ISO-9000/2010, ISO-22000, TQM）. There are different techniques and methods to produce safe food and to control the quality of the foodstuffs. The modem, up-to-date technologies and measurement techniques involve the application of many physical methods - high pressure, pulsing electrical field, microwave, non-destructive techniques （e.g., INAA, NMR, NIR-NIT, PAS）, radiation treatments as well. Using radiation technologies （of course not only nuclear ones） it is possible to fulfil some very important expectations of modem food processing, e.g., decrease of microbial contamination, improvement of sensory properties, increase of storability of food products.

The age of London is in the character of literary works, as Clarissa Dalloway comes to show the reader her feelings while walking on the London street. At the gate of St James Park, she has the dialectical moment of feeling ＂very young; at the same time unspeakably aged＂ （Woolf, 2010）. That is a moment which represents a particular sense of personal history, when the past comes into one＇s own living present.

A comparative study of organic agriculture development between China and South Korea

Human activities including modern agriculture have caused environmental pollution, so people begin to pay attentton to safe food. As a result, organic agriculture has emerged. Organic agriculture in South Korea （hereinafter referred as Korea） and China has developed rapidly since the appearance of organic agriculture in 1970s and 1980s respectively. Organic agriculture in China and Korea has developed steadily through agricultural support policies, certification management, institutions construction etc. In the development of organtc agriculture, China and Korea are now facing some technical and extension problems. In general however the development of organic agriculture in China lags behind Korea. China can learn from the experience about the development of organic agriculture in Korea to solve contradiction between development of organic agriculture and food safety, to strengthen the organic food certification, to introduce a system of agricultural direct payment and other positive measures, thus will guarantee steady and healthy development of organic agriculture in China.

Oil Import and Export in China

Domestic economic growth slowed down and supply exceeded demand in oil market in 2015, so the growth of refineries＂ processing volume was limited. Nevertheless, the gradual decontrol of market and the storage requirement under low oil price, crude oil imports hit a record high of 335.5 million tons, with the growth rate approximating 9%. Refined oil exports soared and imports decreased, which made China become a net refined oil exporter for the first time for 24 years, and net imports reached 6.22 million tons. Robust requirement on chemical raw materials propelled imported liquefied petroleum gas market to go on expanding. Imports exceeded 12 ,zillion tons in 2015, thus China leaped into the world＇s largest liquefied petroleum gas importer. In 2016, oil consumption growth would be kept at lower level. However, China would further decontrol crude oil import and refined oil export permits and put incremental storage capacity, into use. Therefore, crude oil imports would continue to rise up, and refined oil exports may hit a new historic high. hnported liquefied petroleum gas market will enter into a stage of stable growth after two years rapid development.

Structured Product＇s Hidden Value

This empirical study explores Can-Do structured products engineered by Johannesburg Securities Exchange （JSE） of South Africa around June 2006. However, as time evolved, different types of Can-Do structured products were developed. Can-Do structured product, called XFWQ, is used as an example in this empirical study. As previous empirical studies by Georgieva （2005） and Subandh （2007） have confirmed that there are embedded exotic options within structured products that generally make these products to be expensive, and in most cases less profitable compared with plain-vanilla assets, the empirical study confirmed that there is an embedded shout option with the Can-Do structured product. Furthermore, the empirical study shows that there is extra value to the structured product indicated by European long call option that does not accrue to the investors when time of expiration reaches maturity.

Eco-certification of non-timber forest products in China:addressing income generation and biodiversity conservation needs

Non-timber forest products（NTFPs） can play a key role in sustainable rural development due to their ability to support rural livelihoods while of their role and potential in conservation and development remains weak. Studies have pointed to important knowlidge gaps that may lead to serious exploitation and unsustainable use of the nanral resource ＂NTFP＂ in China. such as（I） lack of basic lknowledge on germplasm and non-existing or incomplete inventory.（2）no in-depth and long-term monitoring and institutional arrangements to ascertain sustainable extraction levels,（3）insufficient market transparency for communities.（4）incomplete knowledge of NTFP domestication and ist effects on product quality and price and the conservation of wild sources, and （5）no existing research on the full length of the commodity chain for major non-timber forest prochucts and the various actors in the chain. remote mountain regions through the sustainable management of NTFPs. The potential and challenges of oraanic,ecological and Fairtrade certification schemes in the context of smallholder farmers are discussed in more detall.

Effects of Mandatory Audit Firm Rotation Upon Quality of Audit： The Perception of Audit Firms Evidence From Bahrain

The objectives of this study are： （1） to explore current audit appointment practices by audit firms in Bahrain; （2） to look into the opinions of audit firms in Bahrain on potential effects provided by implementing mandatory audit firm rotation （audit quality）; and （3） to investigate audit firms＇ views in implementing mandatory audit firm rotation in Bahrain. To achieve these objectives, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to respondents that consist of all auditors working in audit firms in Bahrain. The findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between mandatory audit firm rotation and quality of audit. The study also indicated that longer partner tenure makes the auditor＇s performance lack the quality in the auditing process. The average mean for all questions of the hypothesis together is 2.73 with average standard deviation of 0.94 which is less than half of the mean. This means that there is no dispersion among respondents about the questions of the hypothesis. Also, the analysis shows that the t-value is 29.922, which is greater than the table critical value of t （1.66）, and the p-value obtained is 0.000 which is less than the value of significance at p 〈 0.05. These results confirm statistically that there is a significant relationship, so the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.

Research on the Mechanism of Retail Strategy Influencing Consumer Behavior Intention——Based on Empirical Analysis of Domestic Luxury Cosmetics Brands

This is a research on the mechanism of retail strategy mix and consumer behavior intention,and psychological impact on consumer attitude, consumer purchase decision-making model and its components are conducted firstly. Next, retail strategy, merchandise strategy, and store strategy, contained in the retail management theory, are adopted as other important variables to measure the impact on consumer attitudes. And then, the key factors of retail strategy mix are identified by means of Focus Group (FG). In addition, the hypothetical model of retail strategy mix and consumer behavior intention for domestic luxury cosmetic brands is established to understand the relationship between the two factors. Finally, empirical researches are conducted on consumers and retailers of luxury cosmetics brands. And some advice are given on retail strategy mix's influence on the consumer behavior intentions, aiming to enlighten domestic luxury cosmetic enterprises to improve performance by the integrated use of retail strategy mix.

Trophic ecology of small yellow croaker (Larimichthys polyactis Bleeker): stable carbon and nitrogen isotope evidence

The trophic ecology of the small yellow croaker （Larimichthys polyactis） was studied using stable isotope analyses. Samples were collected from July to September 2009 and 34 individuals from eight sites were examined for stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes. Stable carbon isotope ratios （~3C） ranged from -20.67 to -15.43, while stable nitrogen isotope ratios （~SN） ranged 9.18-12.23. The relationship between fi^3C and ~SN suggested high resource partitioning in the sampling area. Significant differences in stable isotope values among the eight sampling sites may be linked to environmental diversities involving various physical processes （such as ocean current, wind and tide） and different carbon sources. Furthermore, the stable isotope ratios may also explain the ontogenetic variability in diet and feeding, because δ13C and δ15N varied significantly with increasing body size. The findings are consistent with other studies on diet analyses in small yellow croaker. It was also demonstrated that stable isotope analysis could be used to estimate the trophic characters of small yellow croaker in feeding patterns and migrating habits.

Analysis of Nitrosamines in Organic Foods

Nitrosamines are classified by IARC as Group 2B carcinogens. Usually they might be present in organic foods as products of reaction between secondary amines and nitrosation system. The aim of the study was to test the concentration of nitrosamines in Bulgarian products. High performance liquid chromatography with UV detector was used for identification and quantitation. A standard solution of N-nitrosodiethanolamine was used as a reference substance and in the validation procedure of samples. The limit of detection of the method was determined to 14× 10^-9 g/mL. The results of the testing showed that analyzed organic foods produced in Bulgaria did not contain nitrosamines above the limit of detection of the method.

Korean Wave： Towards Regional Cultural Diffusion？

The aim of this paper is firstly to determine if the Korean television drama Winter Sonata and its spinoffs are contributing to contemporary cross-cultural diffusion in Japan. Secondly, if cross-cultural diffusion is occurring, is it contributing to a loss of local identity？ Winter Sonata is a small but significant part of the Korean Wave and in the vanguard of Korean television drama content viewed in Japan. There have been macro political changes in East Asia, largely driven by Korea, resulting in an easing of restrictions on cross-border media trade. These in turn have progressively created a new dynamic in content and volume. The methodology used for the study is triangulation including document analysis, audience analysis, and commercial outcomes. The convergent validation derived from the three parameters advances the proposition that Winter Sonata has contributed to cultural diffusion from a Japanese perspective but not to a loss of local identity. Arguably, the process is an enriching one in East Asia reinforced by multi-lateral media trade.

Research on the impact of financial slack to product competition ——Based on the growth perspective of real estate enterprises

This article is based on growth, financial multidimensional perspective of redundancy and product market competition, focus on growth as a key variable, to explore the growth of financial redundancy and product market competition. The data of 326 real estate companies were selected for empirical analysis. The research finds that the financial redundancy promotes competition in the product market, and the relationship between the growth of the enterprise growth and the competition between the financial redundancy and the competition of the product market.
