目的观察电针长强穴对缺血缺氧脑损伤大鼠体质量及睁眼时间的影响,探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑损伤(HIBD)的有效干预措施。方法随机挑选新生PN7(postnatal 7day,PN7)SD仔鼠32只,其中24只予左侧颈总动脉结扎、剪断及缺氧后制备缺血缺氧大鼠,... 目的观察电针长强穴对缺血缺氧脑损伤大鼠体质量及睁眼时间的影响,探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑损伤(HIBD)的有效干预措施。方法随机挑选新生PN7(postnatal 7day,PN7)SD仔鼠32只,其中24只予左侧颈总动脉结扎、剪断及缺氧后制备缺血缺氧大鼠,并分为模型组、电针长强组(长强组)、电针非穴组(非穴组)各8只,另8只分离左侧颈总动脉但不结扎剪断,亦不做缺氧处理作为假手术组。长强组取长强穴,电针刺激(连续波,频率为2Hz,强度为2 m A)20 min,连续治疗10 d为1个疗程,共1个疗程;非穴组取大鼠右胁肋下缘一横指处,余操作同长强组;空白组和模型组在相同环境下饲养,不予干预;对各组大鼠的体质量及睁眼时间进行记录并分析。结果 (1)体质量测评:PN7~PN13:与假手术组相比,模型组体质量下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PN14:与假手术组相比,模型组体质量下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05);与模型组相比,长强组及非穴组体质量上升,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PN15~PN21:与假手术组相比,模型组体质量下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05);与模型组相比,长强组体质量上升,有显著性差异(P<0.05),非穴组体质量上升,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)睁眼时间评分:与假手术组相比,模型组睁眼日龄下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05);与模型组相比,长强组及非穴组睁眼日龄上升,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针长强穴可促进缺血缺氧脑损伤大鼠体质量趋于正常,为缺血缺氧疾病的有效治疗方式之一。 展开更多

目的调查SARS隔离病房医护人员的心理状况,为大规模应急性医疗工作的心理辅导提供科学依据。方法采用恐惧自评量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDA),以自评方式调查83名SARS隔离病房医护人员在进入病房第1天和第3周时的心理状... 目的调查SARS隔离病房医护人员的心理状况,为大规模应急性医疗工作的心理辅导提供科学依据。方法采用恐惧自评量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDA),以自评方式调查83名SARS隔离病房医护人员在进入病房第1天和第3周时的心理状况,包括恐惧、焦虑和抑郁,收回有效量表80份。结果绝大部分医护人员在进入隔离病房时都有恐惧情绪,发生率为96.2%,以轻、中度的恐惧居多(84.1%);47.8%的医护人员表现出焦虑情绪,程度以中等为主(65.8%);部分医护人员有抑郁情绪,发生率为15%。在隔离病房工作3周后,恐惧情绪明显减轻,发生率仅为21.3%,全部为轻度恐惧;焦虑情绪的出现率也下降到11.3%,以轻度焦虑为主;抑郁情绪则较前增加,发生率为88.8%,程度仍以轻度抑郁为主(63.4%)。上述不同时间评定的不良情绪发生率经统计学分析有显著性统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论有必要加强对参与应急性医疗工作的医护人员的心理辅导,使进入隔离病房的医护人员对即将参与的应急性医疗工作有充分的认识,消除不必要的恐惧感;定期轮换在隔离病房工作的医护人员,避免由于隔离病房的环境和工作的性质而产生的焦虑和抑郁情绪。 展开更多

First, the sliding mass is divided into vertical slices according to this method, which is irrational to some extent in the seismic design of slope. Second, only peak ground acceleration (PGA) is considered, and the effects of shaking frequency and duration on slope stability are neglected. And then, based on the theory of elastic wave and the summarized geological model, this paper put forwards an improved method of pseudo-method by using the theory of elastic wave and Hilbert-Huang transform. The improved pseudostatic method gives reasonable considerations to the time-frequency effects of seismic wave and its rationality has been verified by the shaking table test. This method can evaluate the safety of a slope, the happening time and the scale of landslides. At the same time, this method also can improve the high accuracy of the evaluation of the safety of the slope. 展开更多

The objectives of this research were to understand pattern of temporal (year to year) stability in oil palm genotypes and then identify weather variable(s) associated with temporal stability. Stability analysis was performed using the GGE biplot method. The best genotype in one year was not same always in the other year due to changes in the weather conditions over the years. Test environment evaluation revealed that the year 2000 (Y00) was the best representative of the overall environments and most powerful to discriminate genotypes with superior mean yield and temporal stability. The relationship of the climatic factors on the basis of their joint contribution to the development of specific trait varied from the pattern observed when their roles on the same traits were individually assessed. Maximum relative humidity, sunshine and rainfall could help explain the yield fluctuation due to their contribution to the overall yield variation. However, genotypes GI0 and G2 which exhibited high mean performance and stability for BN would be beneficial to the oil palm growers in ensuring steady cash flow from regular bunch yield production. 展开更多

Synthesizing epichlorohydrin(ECH) from dichloropropanol(DCP) is a complicated reaction due to the partial decomposition of ECH under harsh conditions. A microchemical system can provide a feasible platform for improving this process by conducting a separation once full conversion has been achieved. In this work, referring to a common DCP feed used in industry, the reaction performance of mixed DCP isomers with Na OH in the microchemical system on various time scales was investigated. The operating window for achieving high conversion and selectivity was on a time scale of seconds, while the side reactions normally occurred on a time scale of minutes. Plenty of Cl-ions together with a high temperature were proved to be critical factors for ECH hydrolysis.A kinetic study of alkaline mediated ECH hydrolysis was performed and the requirements for an improved ECH synthesis were proposed by combining quantitative analysis using a simpli fied reaction model with experimental results on the time scale of minutes. Compared with the conventional distillation process, this new strategy for ECH synthesis exploited microchemical system and decoupled the reaction and separation with potentials of higher productivity and better reliability in scaling up. 展开更多

This paper investigates the mean-reversion and volatile of credit spread time series by using regression and time series analysis in Chinese bond market. Then the Longstaff-Schwartz model and GARCH model are applied to price credit spread put option. The authors compare the features of these two models by employing daily bond prices of government bonds and corporate bonds for the period 2010–2012 in Chinese bond market. The proposed results show that the higher the credit ratings of the corporate bonds are, the lower the prices of the credit spread options are. 展开更多

Purpose: Complete visualization of certain acetabular fractures of posterior wall or column with cranial extension involving superior dome from standard surgical exposures is a challenge. Osteotomy of the greater trochanter has been used to enhance fracture visualization, especially the dome, in posterior and lateral exposures of the acetabulum, it also decreases the need for excessive muscle retraction. The purpose of the study was to investigate the outcome associated with trochanteric flip osteotomy in the management of certain acetahulum fractures. Methods: From January 2011 to December 2013, 25 displaced acetabular fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. The fractures were managed using a Kocher-Langenbeck approach along with trochanteric flip osteotomy. At 3rd, 6th and 24th month follow-up, all patients had radiographic examination and underwent a final clinical evaluation based on the modified Merle d'Auhigne and Postei score. The strength of the abductors was assessed according to the Medical Research Council (MRC) grading system. Results: Congruent reduction was achieved in all patients and all osteotomies healed within an average period of 3.8 months. All our patients were allowed full weight bearing at the end of 3 months and with no abductor lurch at the end of 6 months follow-up. There were no cases of avascular necrosis of femoral head. None of the patients had any neurovascular complication or infection by the end of the follow-up period. Conclusion: Truchanteric flip osteotomy is a very effective technique to fix certain acetabular fractures especially those with dome involvement. It is more accurate and associated with no significant com- plications compared with conventional way. 展开更多
