抓好“说议、听课、评记”三个环节切实提高教研课质量

广泛、深入地开展教研课活动,是加强教师间的专业合作,提高教师驾驭课堂教学能力和学校教学质量的重要措施。因此,学校一般都要求每位教师每学年(学期)至少要上一次教研课,以此,作为督促教师参与教研活动,互相学习,提高教学能力的重要措施。开展上教研课活动并不难,而要确保每一堂教研课的质量则不易。

寻找古籍整理和地方文学遗产发掘的平衡点——蒲向明《玉堂闲话评注》评介

蒲向明专著《玉堂闲话评注》,是五代王仁裕笔记小说《玉堂闲话》目前最完整、可信的辑佚本,填补了小说研究的空白。作者努力寻找古籍整理和地方文学遗产发掘的平衡点,使之成为展现陇土文化底蕴的力作。辑录、校订尽量吸收最新成果,同时,力争纠缪,从蛛丝马迹中剔除疑点。注疏使一般读者能了解到作品的背景及考证所得的相关信息,避免孤立、简单地释词义,对于阅读文本更显实惠。评记在文献性和文物性视域的开掘和拓展上用功较多,某些方面又有重新发现,是继传统古籍整理的成果显现并且又对发掘地方文学遗产做出的卓越贡献,有着很好的平衡点:学术的努力和地方文化建设的共存一体。

A study on the feasibility of CET oral test based on automatic essay marking

This paper discusses the approach to the CET （college English test） oral test based on automatic essay marking （AEM）. The reliability and validity arouses a dispute on Internet-based CET （iB-CET） oral test in China, leading to the penetration into oral test contents in dialogue, description or comment, and question answering. Then, a probe into transformation from a spoken document into a textual document is touched on a conversion ratio of 72% adopted at the present time, AEM to be carried forward being a necessary hypothesis for Afterwards, this paper focuses on the pipeline in AEM with the content features and the language itself, which is established in two different models in marking for extraction and detection. Through experiments, this paper reveals the fact that an iB-CET oral test can be performed perfectly in the pipeline of spoken documents transformed into textual documents which can be automatically marked. Hence the design of the iB-CET oral test reaches its reliability and validity.

Quality Evaluation Model for Map Labeling

This paper discusses and sums up the basic criterions of guaranteeing the labeling quality and abstracts the four basic factors including the conflict for a label with a label, overlay for label with the features, position’s priority and the association for a label with its feature. By establishing the scoring system, a formalized four-factors quality evaluation model is constructed. Last, this paper introduces the experimental result of the quality evaluation model applied to the automatic map labeling system-MapLabel.

A dynamic performance evaluation method based on SD-BSC

Taking into consideration the disadvantage of Balanced Scorecard(BSC)not being able to reflect time delay,nonlinear problems of causal relationship and being lack of effective simulation,we combined it with the characteristics of the System Dynamics(SD).Basing on the background of manufacturing enterprises,through SD integrating with the BSC we established a new performance evaluation method-SD-BSC method to overcome the disadvantage of BSC.A performance evaluation model of SD-BSC is provided and the simulation results are analyzed which show different production policies will lead to different customer's satisfaction degrees.The SD-BSC dynamic performance evaluation method can reflect dynamic,complex causal feedback relationship and time delay,so it compensates for the disadvantage of traditional financial performance evaluation method,and at the same time makes the BSC perfect.

Molecular diversity of Enteromorpha from the coast of Yantai:a dual-marker assessment

We collected nine Enteromorpha specimens from the coast of Yantai and evaluated their diversity based on analyses of their ITS(internal transcribed spacer) and 5S rDNA NTS(non-transcribed spacer) sequences.The ITS sequences showed slight nucleotide divergences between Enteromorpha linza and Enteromorpha prolifera.In contrast,multiple highly variable regions were found in the ITS region of Enteromorpha flexuosa.In general,there were more variable sites in the NTS region than in the ITS region in the three species.The variations in 5S rDNA NTS sequences indicated that the molecular diversity of Enteromorpha from the coast of Yantai is very high.However,a phylogenetic tree constructed using 5S rDNA NTS sequence data indicated that genetic differences were not directly related to geographical distribution.

Gaussia Luciferase Reporter Assay for Assessment of Gene Delivery Systems in Vivo

Objective To develop an alternative method for assessment of gene delivery systems in vivo.Methods Mouse primary spleen lymphocytes were genetically modified in vitro by a retroviral vector harboring a Gaussia luciferase(Gluc) expression cassette.After implantation of these cells into recipient mice,the expression of Gluc was detected in whole blood or plasma collected.Results As little as 10 μL whole blood drawn from the recipient mice could guarantee prompt reading of Gluc activity with a luminometer.And the reading was found in good correlation with the number of genetically modified spleen lymphocytes implanted to the mice.Conclusions Gluc may be useful as an in vivo reporter for gene therapy researches,and Gluc blood assay could provide an alternative method for assessment of gene delivery systems in vivo.

Envelope Functions of Time Histories in Seismic Safety Evaluation and Scenario Earthquakes

It has been a period of time since the concept of scenario earthquake was proposed, but this concept has rarely been used in seismic safety evaluation in China since then. Meanwhile, because of the uncertainties of magnitudes-distances pairs, there is large arbitrariness while determining the envelope function of time histories in seismic hazard analysis. In this paper, we describe a method to control the envelope functions of the time histories by introducing the most-likely combinations of magnitude and distance of the scenario earthquakes based on a probabilistic method, revise the software of the ellipse model for seismic hazard analysis, and give a computation example.

Effect Evaluation about Pathogenic Bacteria of Diary Cow Mastitis Treated with Ruyuankang

In this research,36 cows with clinical mastitis were treated with the Chinese herb injection Ruyuankang which was developed by our group.Milk samples of pre and post treatment of Ruyuankang were collected for isolation and characterization of pathogenic bacteria.The dynamic changes of pathogenic bacteria were investigated as well.The results indicated that Ruyuankang could effectively inhibit the common pathogenic bacteria of mastitis which result in the negative rate of pathogenic bacteria 71.74%.

Reading Skill Improvement Through Visual Memory, Question, Read, Recite, Record, and Review English Instructional Method （VMQ4R-EIM）

To improve students＇ reading skill through VMQ4R-EIM and to reflect the English instructional process implemented by the teacher in the secondary school, and finally the teacher can introspect his English instructional activities, there are 40 students as the research subjects of this CAR （classroom action research） and it used spriral method from Kemmis and McTaggart with four stages （plan, action, observation, reflection）. The research result showed that there was significant reading skill improvement to secondary school students. In the first cycle, the student＇s reading skill improved to 62% and the observation result reached to 65%. In the second cycle, the student reading skill improved to 97% and the observation result reached to 95%. The VMQ4R-EIM can improve secondary school students＇ reading skill. The research implication is the VMQ4R-EIM that is one way to be implemented by the English teacher in order to improve and make the students motivated and active in attending the instructional process

Realization of Implicit Evaluation in News Text

Martin＇s Appraisal System Theory presents a powerful tool to decode the journalist＇s attitude or world view in news text. The evaluation in this Appraisal System can be further classified into explicit evaluation, which inscribes the attitude through the attitudinal vocabulary and implicit evaluation, which invokes the attitude through the use of non-core lexis. Martin （2005） pointed out that the implicit evaluation is realized by three approaches： lexical metaphor, the selection of ideational meanings, and graduation. However, the invoked attitude can be achieved by an amount of resources other than the above approaches. In this paper through the exploration of invoked attitude in the English-language China Doily, we find that the attitude is also invoked through grammatical metaphor, general noun as well as conjunction. It is of great significance to decode the journalists＇ or newspapers＇ viewpoints by exploring the implicit evaluation in the news text.

Using Morphological Markers to Assess Variations between and within Cultivated and Non-cultivated Provenances of Moringa Oleifera Lam. in Tanzania

The use of morphological markers to assess variations between and within cultivated and non-cultivated provenances of Moringa oleifera Lam. from selected coastal regions of Tanzania was studied. A descriptors list of 15 selected morphological characters was used to generate a character state matrix. Cluster analysis using NTSYS-pc and UPGMA program produced six clusters with similarity ranging from 66% to 100%. The majority cultivated and non-cultivated clusters with similarity ranging from 86-100% and 97-100% respectively reflected a clustering pattern based on the status of individuals whether cultivated or non-cultivated. Most individuals from same population clustered differently indicating high morphological variations within populations than between populations. The present results suggest that selection and conservation of elite germplasm could be achieved by considering individuals from both cultivated and non-cultivated plants.

Using fuzzy cognitive maps to model performance measurement system of Internet-based supply chain

Fuzzy cognitive maps （FCM） is a well-established artificial intelligence technique, which can be effectively applied in the domains of performance measurement, decision making and other management science. FCM can be a useful tool in a group decision-making environment by using scientifically integrated expert knowledge. The theories of FCM and balance scorecard （BSC） both emphasize cause-and-effect relationships among indicators in a complex system, but few reports have been published addressing the combined application of these two techniques. In this paper we propose a FCM simulation model for the sample performance measurement system of Intemet-based supply chain, which is constructed by BSC theory. We gave examples to explain how FCM can be adapted to execute the causal mechanism of BSC, and also how FCM can support group decision-making and forecasting in performance measurement.

Clinical observation of sinew-regulating bone-setting manipulations plus exercise therapy for chronic non-specific low back pain

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sinew-regulating bone-setting manipulations plus exercise therapy in treating chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP).Methods:A total of 65 CNLBP patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method.Thirty-three cases in the treatment group were intervened by sinew-regulating bone-setting manipulations plus exercise therapy;32 cases in the control group were intervened by medium-frequency electrotherapy plus exercise therapy.Before and after treatment,visual analog scale(VAS),dynamic and static muscle endurance of low back,median frequency(MF)of surface electromyography(sEMG)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)were used to evaluate the low back function.The therapeutic efficacy was estimated after treatment.Results:The two groups each had 2 dropouts during the study.The total effective rate was 90.3%in the treatment group versus 66.7%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,dynamic and static muscle endurance of low back,MF of sEMG and ODI score all changed significantly in both groups(all P<0.05);all the items in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Sinew-regulating bone-setting manipulations plus exercise therapy can effectively release pain in CNLBP patients,increase muscle endurance of the low back and improve the quality of life,and its therapeutic efficacy is more significant than that of medium-frequency electrotherapy plus exercise therapy.

Quantitative assessment of acute kidney injury by noninvasive arterial spin labeling perfusion MRI:a pilot study

The kidneys are essential for maintaining homeostasis,are responsible for the reabsorption of water,glucose and amino acids,and filter the blood by removing waste.Acute kidney injury(AKI) is a syndrome characterized by the rapid loss of renal excretory function and the accumulation of end metabolic products of urea and creatinine.AKI is associated with the later development of chronic kidney disease and end-stage kidney disease,and may eventually be fatal.Early diagnosis of AKI and assessments of the effects of treatment,however,are challenging.The pathophysiological mechanism of AKI is thought to be the imbalance between oxygen supply and demand in the kidneys.We have assessed the ability of arterial spin labeling(ASL) perfusion magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),without the administration of contrast media,to quantify renal blood flow(RBF) non-invasively.We found that RBF was significantly lower in AKI patients than in healthy volunteers.These results suggest that ASL perfusion MRI,a noninvasive measurement of RBF,may be useful in the early diagnosis of AKI.

An Improved Fitness Evaluation Mechanism with Memory in Spatial Prisoner's Dilemma Game on Regular Lattices

To deeply understand the emergence of cooperation in natural,social and economical systems,we present an improved fitness evaluation mechanism with memory in spatial prisoner's dilemma game on regular lattices.In our model,the individual fitness is not only determined by the payoff in the current game round,but also by the payoffs in previous round bins.A tunable parameter,termed as the memory strength(μ),which lies between 0 and 1,is introduced into the model to regulate the ratio of payoffs of current and previous game rounds in the individual fitness calculation.When μ = 0,our model is reduced to the standard prisoner's dilemma game;while μ = 1 represents the case in which the payoff is totally determined by the initial strategies and thus it is far from the realistic ones.Extensive numerical simulations indicate that the memory effect can substantially promote the evolution of cooperation.For μ < 1,the stronger the memory effect,the higher the cooperation level,but μ = 1 leads to a pathological state of cooperation,but can partially enhance the cooperation in the very large temptation parameter.The current results are of great significance for us to account for the role of memory effect during the evolution of cooperation among selfish players.

Therapeutic efficacy observation of warm needling moxibustion plus Tuina for knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling moxibustion plus Tuina(Chinese therapeutic massage)for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 60 patients with KOA were randomized into an observation group and a control group by the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm needling moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with additional Tuina treatment.The treatments were performed once every other day,for a total of 10 times.The visual analog scale(VAS)and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)were scored before and after treatment,and the surface electromyography(sEMG)signals of quadriceps femoris were collected.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,and that of the observation group was 90.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The WOMAC and VAS scores in both groups after treatment were improved,and the integrated electromyography(iEMG)and median frequency(MF)of quadriceps femoris were increased.The intra-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of quadriceps femoris function in the observation group was more notable than that in the control group,and the iEMG value and MF were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needling moxibustion plus Tuina can effectively relieve the pain in patients with KOA,improve their daily activity function,and increase the sEMG signals of the quadriceps femoris.
