基于风险识别的研发与转化功能性平台效率评估

构建基于TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)的最优组合权重赋权模型,对上海18个研发与转化功能性平台198项专利产出进行实证分析,研究创新点表现在两个方面:通过正负理想点构建优化的组合赋权模... 构建基于TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)的最优组合权重赋权模型,对上海18个研发与转化功能性平台198项专利产出进行实证分析,研究创新点表现在两个方面:通过正负理想点构建优化的组合赋权模型,避免了现有研究中没有考虑专利是否能够成功转化的弊端;通过中位数检验验证了平台效率评估模型的合理性,避免了现有研究忽略对平台专利转化效率测度模型合理性进行验证的缺陷。实证发现,该研究构建的组合赋权模型专利转化风险鉴别能力(Z=5.546)较高,可以较为科学地判定研发与转化功能性平台的实际效率。 展开更多

An alternative method was introduced for voltage sag source location based on S and TT transformed disturbance powers. It is done to avoid the wrong and inconclusive detection of conventional disturbance power method proposed in the literature. Unlike in the case of the traditional method, the proposed method first transforms the recorded voltage and current during the sag event to some special features before calculating the new version of disturbance powers. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified through simulation and actual data from an industrial power system. The results show that the presented method can correctly detect the location of voltage sag source. 展开更多

An intuitive 2D model of circular electrical impedance tomography (EIT) sensor with small size electrodes is established based on the theory of analytic functions. The validation of the model is proved using the result from the solution of Laplace equation. Suggestions on to electrode optimization and explanation to the ill-condition property of the sensitivity matrix are provided based on the model, which takes electrode distance into account and can be generalized to the sensor with any simple connected region through a conformal transformation. Image reconstruction algorithms based on the model are implemented to show feasibility of the model using experimental data collected from the EIT system developed in Tianjin University. In the simulation with a human chestlike configuration, electrical conductivity distributions are reconstructed using equi-potential backprojection (EBP) and Tikhonov regularization (TR) based on a conformal transformation of the model. The algorithms based on the model are suitable for online image reconstruction and the reconstructed results are aood both in size and position. 展开更多
