提出了基于ANSYS有限元分析和试验实测数据拟合的混凝土中氯离子三维非稳态扩散模型.该模型可以模拟混凝土与海水接触表面氯离子随时间变化的累积效应、氯离子扩散系数随时间和氯离子浓度的变化,以及氯离子反应率对扩散的影响.根据非稳... 提出了基于ANSYS有限元分析和试验实测数据拟合的混凝土中氯离子三维非稳态扩散模型.该模型可以模拟混凝土与海水接触表面氯离子随时间变化的累积效应、氯离子扩散系数随时间和氯离子浓度的变化,以及氯离子反应率对扩散的影响.根据非稳态扩散方程与导热方程的相似性,用ANSYS有限元软件参数化设计语言编程方法,实现了数值模拟分析;利用ANSYS的优化设计功能,以有限元数值计算结果与实测数据的误差平方和最小为优化目标,拟合氯离子扩散试验的实测数据,得到数值模拟所需的模型参数.计算表明:模型能比较好地拟合长期海洋环境暴露试验的实测数据,为海洋环境中使用的混凝土结构的耐久性设计提供参考依据. 展开更多

针对锚杆与围岩之间的粘结单元,给出特定的正弦衰减循环荷载函数,引入损伤变量,推导出粘结单元累积塑性切应变随荷载循环次数的演化模型.在锚杆端部施加正弦衰减荷载,通过测量锚杆轴向不同深度轴向应力,计算粘结部位平均剪应力分布情况... 针对锚杆与围岩之间的粘结单元,给出特定的正弦衰减循环荷载函数,引入损伤变量,推导出粘结单元累积塑性切应变随荷载循环次数的演化模型.在锚杆端部施加正弦衰减荷载,通过测量锚杆轴向不同深度轴向应力,计算粘结部位平均剪应力分布情况,并以此计算锚杆端部位移随荷载循环次数的变化规律,拟合出粘结体累积塑性演化模型中的具体参数.采用Ansys有限元分析软件模拟多个荷载周期下的锚杆位移值,并与理论值进行对比.研究表明:正弦衰减循环荷载下粘结体累积塑性切应变由初始荷载和振幅荷载累加产生,且加载频率只影响初始荷载产生的应变部分,试验结果拟合出的理论表达式与数值模拟结果基本一致,反映了粘结体切向累积塑性应变随循环次数先快后慢最终急剧增加的变化规律. 展开更多

确定橡胶材料力学性能参数,较高精度地对橡胶部件进行力学特性仿真,对于汽车的操控性和舒适性有着重要的意义。基于汽车行业对橡胶零部件力学性能分析的需要,设计试验方案,对汽车控制臂衬套橡胶材料进行单轴拉伸、单轴压缩、平面拉伸试... 确定橡胶材料力学性能参数,较高精度地对橡胶部件进行力学特性仿真,对于汽车的操控性和舒适性有着重要的意义。基于汽车行业对橡胶零部件力学性能分析的需要,设计试验方案,对汽车控制臂衬套橡胶材料进行单轴拉伸、单轴压缩、平面拉伸试验;对材料试验中样件差异、预调次数、加载速度、夹持方法等对试验结果的影响进行分析,确定比较完善的橡胶材料试验方案。对试验数据进行处理,拟合获得材料模型参数;进行衬套静刚度试验,并使用获得的模型参数对试验进行仿真。仿真结果与试验符合较好。结果表明,采用的材料力学性能试验方法和参数拟合方法能够较准确地确定橡胶材料的力学性能参数,可为有限元仿真提供可靠的材料模型参数。 展开更多

Reactive dividing wall column(RDWC) is a highly integrated unit which combines reaction distillation(RD) with dividing wall column separation technology into one shell, and it realized the chemical reaction and the separation of multiple product fractions simultaneously. In this paper, the reaction of esterification with acetic acid and ethanol to produce ethyl acetate was used as the research system, experiments and simulations of the RDWC were carried out. This system in the traditional process mostly used the homogeneous catalyst(e.g. sulfuric acid). However, in view of the corrosion of the equipment caused by the acidity of the catalyst, we used the heterogeneous catalysts – iron exchange resins – Amberlyst15 and proposed a novel catalyst loading method. Firstly,the reliability of the model of the simulation was verified by the experimental study on the change of liquid split ratio and reflux ratio. After that, the four-column model was established in Aspen Plus to analyze the effects of the amount of azeotropic agent, reflux ratio and acetic acid concentration. Finally, for a fair comparison, the economic analysis was conducted between traditional RD column and RDWC. The results showed that RDWC can save34.7% of total operating costs and 18.5% of TAC. 展开更多

The objective of this work is to model the microstructure of asphalt mixture and build virtual test for asphalt mixture by using Particle Flow Code in three dimensions(PFC^(3D))based on three-dimensional discrete element method.A randomly generating algorithm was proposed to capture the three-dimensional irregular shape of coarse aggregate.And then,modeling algorithm and method for graded aggregates were built.Based on the combination of modeling of coarse aggregates,asphalt mastic and air voids,three-dimensional virtual sample of asphalt mixture was modeled by using PFC^(3D).Virtual tests for penetration test of aggregate and uniaxial creep test of asphalt mixture were built and conducted by using PFC^(3D).By comparison of the testing results between virtual tests and actual laboratory tests,the validity of the microstructure modeling and virtual test built in this study was verified.Additionally,compared with laboratory test,the virtual test is easier to conduct and has less variability.It is proved that microstructure modeling and virtual test based on three-dimensional discrete element method is a promising way to conduct research of asphalt mixture. 展开更多

The Al-Si coating of ultra-high strength steel has been applied to hot stamping more and more widely, owing to solving the problem of oxidation and decarburization. However, the evolution of Al-Si coating during the heating process was rarely studied in the previous study. The tests about the influence of heating parameters, such as heating temperature, heating rates and dwell time, on properties of the Al-Si coating were carried out on the Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. The properties of the Al-Si coating, for instance, volume fraction of FeAl intermetallics, α-Fe layer as well as porosity and 3D surface topography, were explored in the study. Results showed that more and more Kirkendall voids and cracks appeared in the Al-Si coating when the heating temperature exceeded 600°C. The heating rates almost had no influence on properties of the Al-Si coating when the temperature was equal to or lower than 500°C. The volume fraction of FeAl intermetallics in the coating with dwell time from 3 s to 8 min at 930°C was0, 6.19%, 17.03% and 20.65%, separately. The volume fraction of the α-Fe layer in the coating changed from zero to 31.52%with the prolonged dwell time. The porosity of the coating ranged from 0.51% to 4.98% with the extension of dwell time. The unsmooth degree of the surface of the coating rose gradually with the increasing of heating rates and the extension of dwell time.The 3D surface topography of the coating was determined by the comprehensive effect of atoms diffusion, new formed phases,surface tension and the degree of oxidation of the coating surface. Experiments indicated that rapid heating was not suitable for the coating when the temperature exceeded 500°C. Experiments also demonstrated that enough dwell time was essential to obtain the superior properties of the coating. 展开更多

EPS composite soil is one type of premixed lightweight fills studied by numerous researchers, However, one aspect that has not been fully understood is the creep behaviors which may have significant effect on the design and application of EPS com- posite soil. In this paper, the results of a series of oedometer creep tests and triaxial undrained creep tests on EPS composite soil were presented. Four main influencing factors were identified and their effects on the creep behaviors of EPS composite soil were studied. Three well established creep models, namely, Findley model, Singh & Mitchell model, and Mesri model, were used to simulate the creep behavior of EPS composite soil. This study shows that the Findley creep model fits the test re- suits the best. A semi-empirical creep model was also proposed to model the creep behavior under axisymmetric conditions. In this model, the creep strain was divided into instant and viscous elastic strain as well as instant and viscous plastic strain which were simulated by element models and empirical equations, respectively. It was shown that the proposed creep model was able to precisely predict the creep strain of EPS composite soil. 展开更多
