本文把语言的社会职能分为"工具职能"和"文化职能"两大范畴,这两大范畴又都有显性、隐性之别。百余年的语言规划,主要是对语言的显性工具职能的规划。在普通话的推广率约达70%的情况下,在社会普遍关注文化大发展大... 本文把语言的社会职能分为"工具职能"和"文化职能"两大范畴,这两大范畴又都有显性、隐性之别。百余年的语言规划,主要是对语言的显性工具职能的规划。在普通话的推广率约达70%的情况下,在社会普遍关注文化大发展大繁荣的今天,在语言矛盾逐渐多发频发的形势下,语言规划在继续关注语言工具职能的同时,要更多关注语言的文化职能。规划语言的文化职能,要坚持"语言平等"的理念,要具有"语言资源"意识,要理性规划"语言功能",要遵循"自愿自责,国家扶助"的方针。通过全面而科学的语言规划,研究语言冲突发生的机理,及时关注语言舆情,尽量减少语言矛盾,减缓语言冲突,不断促进语言生活的和谐。 展开更多

Due to the arrival of the era of globalization, English has become an important foreign language in China. People with high English proficiency have more opportunities and better competitiveness in the global job market. Therefore, more and more people attach importance to learn English. English songs play an important role in English teaching and they have been used as teaching materials in the field of language learning for a long time They can not only effectively stimulate students' interest in learning but also improve the quality and efficiency of English teaching. This instruction can enhance learners' motivation, learning attitude, and the comprehension of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Some linguists believe that they can affect one's language learning abilities. Thus, more and more teachers and researchers try to find out how the English songs can improve the learners' English level. The author argues for the assumption that students' pragmatic competence varies consistently with their linguistic competence in most cases, but their high pragmatic competence seems to presuppose high linguistic competence. This paper also looks into how high-level learners differ from low-level learners in developing their pragmatic competence.
