目前开关柜设备位置状态基本依赖于后台监控信号,且部分老式开关柜未具有防误操闭锁功能。在大修、定检等大型操作时,由于操作人员大意、监控不到位或交接班未交待清楚,容易导致走错间隔、遗忘后台变位信号、误合、或未清楚设备位置状... 目前开关柜设备位置状态基本依赖于后台监控信号,且部分老式开关柜未具有防误操闭锁功能。在大修、定检等大型操作时,由于操作人员大意、监控不到位或交接班未交待清楚,容易导致走错间隔、遗忘后台变位信号、误合、或未清楚设备位置状态和带电情况,从而引起"带负荷拉刀闸"、"带地刀和刀闸"、"误合断路器"及"误入带电间隔"等误操作事故。为了解决上述问题,本课题研究一套开关柜防误操语音提示系统,通过红外传感器检测操作人员操作意向且提示操作人员当前设备间隔名称、运行状态、带电情况及误操风险,从而防止误操作事故发生。 展开更多

Batch processes are important in chemical industry,in which operators usually play a major role and hazards may arise by their inadvertent acts.In this paper,based on hazard and operability study and concept of qualitative simulation,an automatic method for adverse consequence identification for potential maloperation is proposed.The qualitative model for production process is expressed by a novel directed graph.Possible operation deviations from normal operating procedure are identified systematically by using a group of guidewords.The proposed algorithm is used for qualitative simulation of batch processes to identify the effects of maloperations.The method is illustrated with a simple batch process and a batch reaction process.The results show that batch processes can be simulated qualitatively and hazards can be identified for operating procedures including maloperations.After analysis for possible plant maloperations,some measures can be taken to avoid maloperations or reduce losses resulted from maloperations. 展开更多

Configuration errors are proved to be the main reasons for network interruption and anomalies.Many researchers have paid their attention to configuration analysis and provisioning,but few works focus on understanding the configuration evolution.In this paper,we uncover the configuration evolution of an operational IP backbone based on the weekly reports gathered from January 2006 to January 2013.We find that rate limiting and launching routes for new customers are configured most frequently.In addition,we conduct an analysis of network failures and find that link failures are the main causes for network failures.We suggest that we should configure redundant links for the links which are easy to break down.At last,according to the analysis results,we illustrate how to provide semi-automated configuration for rate limiting and adding customers. 展开更多

The used model has many input parameters and it has a lot of features, such as parameters simulations with results analysis, unconventional two-dimensional color graph representation capability in order to show more clearly the results. The results of the study have been discussed and reported. The main achievement of this work is the demonstration that the RMS phase error is a valuable figure of merit of phased array systems but it is not sufficient to completely describe the behavior of a real system. Indeed, this work has shown how the phase errors distribution actually affects the performances of the phased arrays antennas. 展开更多

By analyzing causes, damages and popular solutions for gnawing rail phenomenon of Rail-Mounted Gantry (shorted for RMG), this article puts forward a kind of automatic correcting control system, the system can change between two transducer connection forms, and as a result, can prevent or decrease gnawing rail problem to a great extent. We present principles of correcting obliquity, sideward displacement of gantry frame and principles of malfunction diagnosis and some important schematic diagrams. The most significant feature of our system is that we can change transducers' connection form to respective or cross driving mode according to the extent of obliquity and sideward displacement of gantry frame, which make full use of both modes' advantages. As a result, the system not only can minish gnawing rail phenomenon, diagnose causes of gnawing rail and give an corresponding alarm, but also, in cross connection driving mode, has an unique capacity of preventing gnawing rail phenomenon utilizing its own characteristics under cross connection mode and gantry frame's rigidity. 展开更多
