目的探讨住院医师规范化培训中心电图教学活动实施不同教学模式的效果与价值。方法选择2021年6月—2022年6月于包头医学院第一附属医院接受规范化培训的住院医师120名作为研究对象,按照随机编号抽签结果进行分组,每组60名,对照组采取传...目的探讨住院医师规范化培训中心电图教学活动实施不同教学模式的效果与价值。方法选择2021年6月—2022年6月于包头医学院第一附属医院接受规范化培训的住院医师120名作为研究对象,按照随机编号抽签结果进行分组,每组60名,对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组开展基于问题的教学方法(problem based learning,PBL)联合六步读图法。对两组心电图理论知识、操作及读图成绩;评估两组教学前后学习能力及学习兴趣。结果观察组心电图理论知识、操作及读图成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学前,两组学习能力、学习兴趣评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,观察组学习能力、学习兴趣评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训过程中针对心电图教学活动可灵活采用PBL结合六步读图法模式,相比传统教学效果更理想,有效提高学习能力及兴趣。展开更多

This has been made possible by the increasing sensitivity of STR typing kits. Low-template DNA analysis requires careful consideration of the derived stochastic variations that lead to heterozygote imbalance, allele drop-out and increased detection of background contamination. The relevance of the evidence and the probative value of the DNA profile are important issues in the evaluation of forensic evidence.展开更多
