This paper examines teachers＇ instructional discourse by focusing on its discoursal features. Drawing on the theories and methods in discourse analysis, four categories of discoursal features in teachers＇ instructional discourse are proposed. They are communicativeness, authenticity, coherence, and grammaticality and appropriateness. While the traditional teaching model in most cases has limited the development of the students＇ subjective initiative, which is teacher-centered and ignores the student＇s subjectivity, placing students in a state of passive learning. Presently, the knowledge-feeding teaching mode is faced with being banned. Along with the reform of the teaching objectives, the PE teaching reform is imperative under the direction of mobilizing students＇ learning initiative, adjusting the PE class structure, broadening the PE teaching and strengthening the design and implementation of the Combination with students＇ moral education development pattern.展开更多
