对《汉语初级强化教程.综合课本I》的语法体系的分析

语法教学在对外汉语教学中具有基础作用,教材是学习者接触的第一手资料,因此在对外汉语教材的编写中语法体系的呈现影响到教师的教学和学习者的学习。由肖奚强主编、经北京大学出版社出版的《汉语初级强化教程.综合课本》的使用者较多,笔者拟根据对外汉语教学语法体系的建构理论和相关研究,从内容选择和内容编排两方面,对《汉语初级强化教程.综合课本I》中的语法进行分析。

Community health nursing courses in baccalaureate nursing programsin China: A descriptive study based on website information

Objective:To survey current community health nursing(CHN)courses offered in baccalaureate nursing programs in the mainland of China from the perspective on information available on websites of colleges and universities.Methods:A descriptive research design was used.Data were collected from the official websites of colleges and universities providing baccalaureate nursing programs in the mainland of China.A checklist was applied to identify academic year,type of course,credit,and class hours for both theory and practice teaching of CHN courses including Community Nursing,Geriatric Nursing,Rehabilitation Nursing,and Health Education.The prescribed textbooks were consulted for teaching content.Results:Colleges(n?16)and universities(n?26)offering baccalaureate nursing programs with accessible online information for curriculum setting were recruited.The results showed that most of the accessible educational institutions(92.86%)have offered three to four investigated CHN courses.Community Nursing,Geriatric Nursing and Rehabilitation Nursing are generally offered to juniors,while Health Education is offered in half of these institutions in different academic years.Community Nursing is mainly offered as a required course with 2 credits,while Geriatric Nursing,Rehabilitation Nursing and Health Education are provided as elective courses with fewer credits.Around half of the institutions have practice hours for Community Nursing,Geriatric Nursing and Rehabilitation Nursing courses.However,the proportion of practice hours in the courses is generally less than 50%.The teaching content focuses on clinical care competencies instead of complementary competencies.Conclusion:It was revealed that CHN education in China is still in its infancy from website information of colleges and universities.CHN courses should be included in curriculum design,and teaching reforms and innovations should be taken to prepare nursing students to practice in primary health care and community settings.

The Way of the Novice English Teachers＇ Professional Development in Secondary School

In the modern times, the professional development of teachers is a hot topic among the educational world. Facilitating the professional development of teachers is one of a most important way to improve the teachers＇ personalities. However, how to facilitate the professional development of the novice English teacher in the secondary school is still a big and headache problem in front of all education managers and all novice English teachers. For this reason, it has a huge practical significance to look for some ways to research the professional development of the novice English teachers in secondary school. The objective of this research is to promote the professional development of novice English teachers in secondary school through a wide range of ways. It also aims to promote the whole personalities of all English teachers and the whole English teaching qualities. This paper wiU research in how to promote and facilitate the professional development of the novice English teachers in secondary school from the parts of country, school and teachers. Specificly speaking, from the perspective of country, it contains the way of some short trains for novice teachers from superior educational department and some educational action research; From the perspective of the secondary school, it includes school-based in-service training, the exploitation of school-based curriculum and learning team; From the perspective of teacher themselves, it includes teaching reflection, observing other teachers＇ class and using micro-teaching to promote teachers＇ teaching skills.

《汉语初级强化教程·综合课本》教材编写原则探析

《汉语初级强化教程·综合课本》是一套面向汉语言专业本科生、进修生和汉语预科生进行一学年汉语学习的短期强化教材,在南京师范大学和其他各高校的使用过程中,获得了良好的教学评价。本文以《汉语初级强化教程·综合课本》的编写实践为依据,从针对性原则、科学性原则、交际性原则三个方面对其运用的教材编写原则展开探析。

Pereira＇s Equity： Teaching Introductory Accounting With a Family Approach

The case describes the situation of a Brazilian accounting courses in undergraduate programmes middle-class family, as an alternative to teach introductory In its solution, it was used an accounting system, adapted to the needs of register, control, and information of the family equity, through the application of the content of introductory accounting. The authors aim to offer a didactic and playful alternative for the teaching of introductory accounting in undergraduation courses, such as business management, accountancy, economy, and others in which this course is offered. The aim is to show the integration of accounting contents offered in the course, applied to the most common and nearest experience of freshmen in their first year during the undergraduate program： the family. The case can be solved in two phases： In the first, during a class of up to 100 minutes, the professor develops six activities, culminating in the students answering up to four suggested questions; in the second, whose application is left to the professor, in another class further ahead, is numerical.

Using Project-Based Learning （PBL） in Management Accounting Course： Lesson and Reflection From Entrepreneurship Education

One of the main issues in entrepreneurship education is integrating core course to entrepreneurship course. Many educators fail to integrate core course and entrepreneurial education. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the integration of management accounting course in entrepreneurship course will accomplish the objective of entrepreneurship education. This study is derived from the experience of entrepreneurial project course at Management Department of Ciputra University, Surabaya. This study uses an explorative approach to investigate the implementation of project-based learning （PBL） in management accounting course. The result shows variation of output. There are about 91% business can be implemented by business groups and about 33% target achieved. Several management accounting techniques are used in this study, such as balanced score card （BSC）, activity-based costing （ABC）, activity-based management （ABM）, cost-volume-profit （CVP） analysis, and tactical decision making. This study found that by using management accounting techniques, student can run the business well especially when they have to make decision. This study strengthens the role of management accounting in business practices, and furthermore, this study proves that management accounting is beneficial for entrepreneurs who are still in the start-up business stage.

Introducing CFD and Wind Tunnel Testing in an Undergraduate Fluid Mechanics Course

CFD （computational fluid dynamics） is following the trend of CAD and FEA （finite element analysis） to undergraduate education especially with recent advances in commercial codes. It will soon take its place as an expected skill for new engineering graduates. CFD was added as a component to an experiment in a junior level fluid mechanics course. The objectives were to introduce CFD, as an analysis tool, to the students and to support the theoretical concepts of the course. The students were asked to complete an experimental two-dimensional study for a wing in a wind tunnel, to use CFD to simulate the flow, and to predict the aerodynamic lift using CFD as well as the experimentally obtained pressure distribution. In addition, they had to compare their results to published data for the studied wing. Details of the course, the wind tunnel test and the CFD simulations are presented. Samples from the students＇ work are used in the discussion. The lab activities were successfully completed by the students and the learning objectives were well addressed. One of the valuable outcomes from this lab was the opportunity for the students to integrate multiple fluid mechanics analysis tools and learn about the limits for each tool. CFD also enhanced the learning in the lab activities and increased students＇ interest in the subject.

新课改背景下小学班主任开展小组合作管理模式的思路研究

小学班主任在班级管理过程中,要去实现过程与方式的结合和落实情感与态度,从而实现价值观的教育。时下的新的教程要求体现出学生的主体地位,学生是整个学习和管理过程的主人,因此小学班主任必须要建设起的小组教育为之搭建了一个良好的平台,切实做好新课标的全面育人,并实现新课标的全面教育学生,继而深入推进素质教育,提供一个大的平台。只有将小组的建设弄好,班级管理才会轻松起来,学生的学习效率也会随之提高。本文对小组建设开展以及班级管理进行阐述。
