课程外活动对大学生就业力的影响——基于第三期中国妇女社会地位调查之女大学生群体调查数据

随着大学生就业问题的日趋凸显,就业力的培养和储备成为政府相关部门和学术界的核心议题之一。基于第三期中国妇女社会地位调查之女大学生群体调查数据,以结构方程的方法对参与课程外活动与大学生就业力培养之间的关系进行研究,显示参... 随着大学生就业问题的日趋凸显,就业力的培养和储备成为政府相关部门和学术界的核心议题之一。基于第三期中国妇女社会地位调查之女大学生群体调查数据,以结构方程的方法对参与课程外活动与大学生就业力培养之间的关系进行研究,显示参与课程外活动对提高就业力具有显著影响。此外,大学生参与课程外活动还借由社会支持为中间变项,间接影响就业力水平。而与人们日常生活中的观点不同,本研究发现学业成就对就业力的影响未达到显著性水平,这对于传统的单纯强调课程内学习和专业成绩的价值观念形成了挑战。 展开更多
