The design procedures of the fuzzy neural controller and the teaching controller are described. The parameters of the membership function are regulated by an on-line learning algorithm. The speed responses of the system under the condition, where the target functions are chosen as I qs and ω, are analyzed. The system responses with the variant of parameter moment of inertial J, viscous coefficients B and torque constant K tare also analyzed. Simulation results show that the control scheme and the controller have the advantages of rapid speed response and good robustness.展开更多

Where, the multivariate t-copula is defined under a correlation structure. The explicit representations of the tail dependence parameters are deduced since the copula of continuous variables is invariant under strictly increasing transformation about the random variables, which are more simple than those obtained in previous research. Then, the local monotonicity of these indices about the correlation coefficient is discussed, and it is concluded that the upper extremal dependence index increases with the correlation coefficient, but the monotonicity of the upper orthant tail dependence index is complex. Some simulations are performed by the Monte Carlo method to verify the obtained results, which are found to be satisfactory. Meanwhile, it is concluded that the obtained conclusions can be extended to any distribution family in which the generating random variable has a regularly varying distribution.展开更多

Due to the fact that drugs may reveal genotoxic properties, the investigation of their mutagenic activity is an obligatory part of the preclinical drug safety program. The aim of the research is to study mutagenic properties of a new original immunomodulator Arglabin native in tablets in the induced test of gene mutations (the Ames test) on Salmonella typhimurium strains. Materials and methods: Four strains of S. typhimurium TA98, TA100, TA1535, and TA1537 were used to assess the mutagenicity in the Ames test. Results and conclusions: No statistically reliable dose-dependent increase in the number of revertant colonies of Salmonella typhimurium has been observed in the presence of the given drug within the investigated dose ranges from 5.0 to 100.0 μg/mL for strains TA100 and TA1535, and from 5.0 to 250 μg/mL for strains TA98 and TA1537 against the baseline of spantaneous mutations. Arglabin native in tablets does not reveal a mutagenic activity within the studied dose ranges on Salmonella typhimurium strains TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537.展开更多

The digestive tract is considered one of the major tissues targeted by white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) in shrimp. In this study, the nucleotide sequence encoding peritrophin-like protein of Litopenaeus vannamei (LvPT) was amplified from a yeast two-hybrid library of L. vannamei. The epitope peptide of LvPT was predicted with the GenScript OptimumAntigenTM design tool. An anti-LvPT polyclonal antibody was produced and shown to specifically bind a band at -27 kDa, identified as LvPT. The LvPT protein was expressed and its concentration determined. LvPT dsRNA (4 pg per shrimp) was used to inhibit LvPT expression in shrimp, and a WSSV challenge experiment was then performed with reverse gavage. The pleopods, stomachs, and guts were collected from the shrimp at 0, 24, 48, and 72 h post-infection (hpi). Viral load quantification showed that the levels of WSSV were significantly lower in the pleopods, stomachs, and guts of shrimp after LvPT dsRNA interference than in those of the controls at 48 and 72 hpi. Our results imply that LvPT plays an important role during WSSV infection of the digestive tract.展开更多
