It also expounds on the HAPAC principle and structural...This paper proposes a compensation method for using the Harmonic Amplitude-Phase Adaptive Control(HAPAC)to increase the precision of sinusoidal motion simulators. It also expounds on the HAPAC principle and structural disposition, develops the HAPAC control laws and analyzes the system stability in the HAPAC. A method for further improving the precision using online identification of the system’s frequency-response models is presented. The tested data and tracking errors of the simulator demonstrate that the HAPAC makes the sinusoidal motions achieve higher precision than the common classical controls. The HAPAC can also be used in other tracking systems of precision sinusoidal motions.展开更多
Due to the complex,uncertainty and dynamics in the modern manufacturing environment,a flexible and robust shop floor scheduler is essential to achieve the production goals.A design framework of a shop floor dynamical ...Due to the complex,uncertainty and dynamics in the modern manufacturing environment,a flexible and robust shop floor scheduler is essential to achieve the production goals.A design framework of a shop floor dynamical scheduler is presented in this paper.The workflow and function modules of the scheduler are discussed in detail.A multi-step adaptive scheduling strategy and a process specification language,which is an ontology-based representation of process plan,are utilized in the proposed scheduler.The scheduler acquires the dispatching rule from the knowledge base and uses the build-in on-line simulator to evaluate the obtained rule.These technologies enable the scheduler to improve its fine-tune ability and effectively transfer process information into other heterogeneous information systems in a shop floor.The effectiveness of the suggested structure will be demonstrated via its application in the scheduling system of a manufacturing enterprise.展开更多

The controller area network (CAN) is used extensively in the control sectors. A new real-time and reliable scheduling algorithm based on time-triggered scheduler with a focus on the CAN-based distributed control systems for independently driving EV is exploited. A distributed control network model for a dual-wheel independendy driving EV is established. The timing and reliabili- ty analysis in the worst case with the algorithm is used to evaluate the predictability and dependability and the simulation based on the algorithm with CANoe software is designed. To improve the inlet performance of a ramjet working under variable conditions,a design is proposed by controlling the inlet with jet controlling,which combines the method of reducing the sealing Mach number of the ex...To improve the inlet performance of a ramjet working under variable conditions,a design is proposed by controlling the inlet with jet controlling,which combines the method of reducing the sealing Mach number of the external waves and the technique of controlling inlet by jet controlling.Three inlets were designed to analyze the feasibility and a numerical simulation method was used to simulate the three inlet flow fields.The adjustment mechanism of the design was studied through analysis of the simulation results.The design was verified by comparing the performances of the three inlets.The study showed that the method of reducing the sealing Mach number of the external wave system can improve the flow coefficient when the inlet works at low Mach numbers.The technique of controlling inlet by jet controlling can homogenize inlet flow fields at high Mach numbers,reduce effective throat area and increase the total pressure recovery(TPR).Adjustable inlets controlled by jet controlling demonstrate good performance at certain working ranges.展开更多
