抑郁症患者婚姻状况、婚姻质量和婚姻调适度研究 被引量:9

目的调查抑郁症患者婚姻状况,婚姻质量和婚姻调适度。方法采用自编婚姻状况调查表、Olson婚姻质量量表(ENRICH)和LockeWallace婚姻调适测定量表和汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对100例住院抑郁症患者及其100例相匹配的健康人群进行婚姻状... 目的调查抑郁症患者婚姻状况,婚姻质量和婚姻调适度。方法采用自编婚姻状况调查表、Olson婚姻质量量表(ENRICH)和LockeWallace婚姻调适测定量表和汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对100例住院抑郁症患者及其100例相匹配的健康人群进行婚姻状况调查,所有结果均输入SPSSl3.0软件进行统计学处理和相关系分析。结果(1)女性抑郁症患者的结婚率,再婚率均高于男性患者(均P〈0.05),而女性抑郁症患者的离婚率低于男性(P〈0.05);(2)抑郁症患者ENRICH评分明显低于对照组(P〈0.01);(3)抑郁症患者婚姻调适良好者占有率为32.00%,明显低于正常健康人群的89.00%(P〈0.01)。(3)ENRICH总分与HAMD总分呈高度负相关(r=-0.419,P〈0.01)。结论抑郁症患者婚姻状况不佳,婚姻质量与婚姻调适度较低,抑郁情绪影响患者婚姻质量。 展开更多

我国现行的"调判结合,调解优先"的模式滋生出了一系列问题,使得法院调解深陷几大窘境。2012年,我国新修订的《民事诉讼法》引入了两项调解制度——先行调解以及审前调解。这两项制度的引进昭示了我国法院调解程序节点的前移,... 我国现行的"调判结合,调解优先"的模式滋生出了一系列问题,使得法院调解深陷几大窘境。2012年,我国新修订的《民事诉讼法》引入了两项调解制度——先行调解以及审前调解。这两项制度的引进昭示了我国法院调解程序节点的前移,表明了立法者"强化庭前调解,弱化庭审调解"的立法态度,但依旧未能突破"调审结合"模式的范围。"调审适度分离"是法院调解制度改革的必经之路——将法院调解的介入节点前移并以当事人起诉至法院为始点,使法院调解脱离出审判程序,取消庭审调解制度。 展开更多

目的:探讨夫妻参与式教育模式在女性体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月1日~12月1日接受IVF-ET 204例女性为研究对象,按照简单随机化分组法分为观察组和对照组各102例,对照组给予普通教育模式干预,观察组... 目的:探讨夫妻参与式教育模式在女性体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月1日~12月1日接受IVF-ET 204例女性为研究对象,按照简单随机化分组法分为观察组和对照组各102例,对照组给予普通教育模式干预,观察组在对照组基础上加以夫妻参与式教育模式干预;比较干预前后两组心理状态[采用心理状态评估量表(MSSNS)]、应对方式[采用医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)]、婚姻调适度、幸福度[参考纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)]及IVF-ET相关指标。结果:干预后,两组MSSNS各方面评分及总分低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组面对评分高于干预前(P<0.05)、回避、屈服评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,婚姻调适测定量表各维度评分及总分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组PA、PE、总分均高于干预前(P<0.05),NA、NE评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组MUNSH各方面评分及总分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组卵裂率低于对照组(P<0.05),受精率、优胚率、妊娠率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:夫妻参与式教育模式可有效改善女性IVF-ET患者心理状态、应对方式,提升婚姻调适度及幸福度,进而提高妊娠率。 展开更多

A novel wavelet network based adaptive equalizer (WNBAE) is presented and the structure and stochastic gradient learning algorithm is given. The proposed WNBAE has better performance than that of the conventional linear transversal equalizer based on the LMS and the RLS algorithms, as well as that of the decision feedback equalizer based on the RLS algorithm, especially for MQAM digital communication reception systems over the nonlinear channels. In addition, it outperforms the BP neural network based adaptive equalizer slightly. However, it has a slow convergence rate and a high computational complexity. Due to the complex,uncertainty and dynamics in the modern manufacturing environment,a flexible and robust shop floor scheduler is essential to achieve the production goals.A design framework of a shop floor dynamical scheduler is presented in this paper.The workflow and function modules of the scheduler are discussed in detail.A multi-step adaptive scheduling strategy and a process specification language,which is an ontology-based representation of process plan,are utilized in the proposed scheduler.The scheduler acquires the dispatching rule from the knowledge base and uses the build-in on-line simulator to evaluate the obtained rule.These technologies enable the scheduler to improve its fine-tune ability and effectively transfer process information into other heterogeneous information systems in a shop floor.The effectiveness of the suggested structure will be demonstrated via its application in the scheduling system of a manufacturing enterprise. 展开更多

To solve this problem, this paper presents a mathematical model for arm driven inverted pendulum in mid-position configuration and an adaptive gain scheduling linear quadratic regulator control method for the stabilizing the inverted pendulum. The proposed controllers for arm driven inverted pendulum are simulated using MATLAB-SIMULINK and implemented on an experiment system using PIC 18F4431 mieroeontroller. The result of experiment system shows the control performance to be very good in a wide range stabilization of the arm position. 展开更多

In this paper, we develop a newly adaptive application offloading decision-transmission scheduling scheme which can solve above problem efficiently. Specifically, we first propose an adaptive application offloading model which allows multiple target clouds coexisting. Second, based on Lyapunov optimization theory, a low complexity adaptive offloading decision-transmission scheduling scheme has been proposed. And the performance analysis is also given. Finally, simulation results show that,compared with that all applications are executed locally, mobile device can save 68.557% average execution time and 67.095% average energy consumption under situations. 展开更多

Performance of the Adaptive Coding and Modulation(ACM) strongly depends on the retrieved Channel State Information(CSI),which can be obtained using the channel estimation techniques relying on pilot symbol transmission.Earlier analysis of methods of pilot-aided channel estimation for ACM systems were relatively little.In this paper,we investigate the performance of CSI prediction using the Minimum Mean Square Error(MMSE)channel estimator for an ACM system.To solve the two problems of MMSE:high computational operations and oversimplified assumption,we then propose the Low-Complexity schemes(LC-MMSE and Recursion LC-MMSE(R-LC-MMSE)).Computational complexity and Mean Square Error(MSE) are presented to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.Both analysis and numerical results show that LC-MMSE performs close to the wellknown MMSE estimator with much lower complexity and R-LC-MMSE improves the application of MMSE estimation to specific circumstances. 展开更多

Many of table tennis experts agree on that the special coordination abilities for table tennis include each of: (1) the motor adaptation and adjustment ability; (2) the ability to differentiate; (3) reaction speed ability; (4) orientation ability; (5) balance ability; (6) coupling ability; and (7) the ability to sense the rhythm. The aim of this study is to design a training program to develop the special coordination abilities of table tennis and identify the impact of this program on the general skill ability for table tennis juniors. The researcher used the experimental method in two groups: One group is experimental group and another is the control group. The most important result of this study was the training program led to the improvement of the special coordination abilities of table tennis for the experimental group, which led to higher levels of the general skill ability in table tennis for the experimental group more than the control group. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose two novel efficient scheduling schemes with network coding in multi-relay wireless network to maximize the transmission efficiency. The first one uses adaptive forwarding with network coding(AF-NC), in which each relay adaptively calculates the number of packets having innovative information according to the feedback from the sink. With AF-NC, duplicate packets are not sent, and the total number of time slots needed to complete transmission can be significantly reduced. The second scheme, named adaptive forwarding with network coding and retransmission(AFR-NC), combines AF-NC with automatic repeat request(ARQ) to guarantee reliable end-to-end communication with limited resource occupation. Numerical results show that compared with simple forwarding with network coding(F-NC), AF-NC has close successful delivery rate with dramatically less time slots, while AFR-NC achieves strict reliability with limited resource cost. 展开更多
