路基填料调配设计是高速铁路路基设计的重要组成部分,路基填料来源及运距的合理确定对高速铁路路基建设成本控制有着显著影响,对确保路基的稳定性及耐久性有着重要意义。文章针对成贵铁路乐山至兴文段填料调配设计,提出了以安全因素、... 路基填料调配设计是高速铁路路基设计的重要组成部分,路基填料来源及运距的合理确定对高速铁路路基建设成本控制有着显著影响,对确保路基的稳定性及耐久性有着重要意义。文章针对成贵铁路乐山至兴文段填料调配设计,提出了以安全因素、经济指标为优化目标的料源选取原则,并根据料源选取原则以及填料来源分布情况,对成贵铁路乐山至兴文段填料调配设计进行了多方案优化比选,合理地确定了填料调配方案,即以价购砂卵石(或采石场硬质岩)为主,当运距较大、价差较大时,采用就近利用路堑挖方或隧道弃砟改良土进行路基填筑。 展开更多

A Y-band frequency doubler is analyzed and designed with GaAs planar Schottky diode, which is flip-chip solded into a 50 μm thick quartz substrate. Diode embedding impedance is found by full- wave analysis with lumped port to model the nonlinear junction for impedance matching without the need of diode equivalent circuit model. All the matching circuit is designed "on-chip" and the mul- tiplier is self-biasing. To the doubler, a conversion efficiency of 6.1% and output power of 5.4mW are measured at 214GHz with input power of 88mW, and the typical measured efficiency is 4.5% in 200 - 225 GHz. 展开更多

In order to investigate the enhancement of data privacy by distributing data packets via multiple paths, this paper fommlates a security model and analyzes the privacy problem in mul- tipath scenarios leveraging inforrmtion theoretic concept. Based on proposed model, a privacy function related to the path number is discussed. We heuristically recommend the optin^al path num- ber and analyze the tradeoff among the perform- ance, resource consumption and privacy. For re- ducing the inforlmtion leakage, the data schedule algorithms are also proposed. The analytical model can provide guidelines for the multipath protocol design. 展开更多

This paper presents practical distribution system equipment models such as various distributed generators, voltage regulators, and loads for fast three phase unbalanced load flow calculation in distribution systems. The method can calculate voltage and current of distribution systems, in which distributed generators are introduced. The calculation time of the proposed method is about 40 times faster than that of the Newton-Raphson method. Moreover, an introduction effect evaluation tool for distributed generators using the proposed three phase unbalanced load flow calculation is presented. It provides various functions such as a power system network diagram creation function and a voltage profile chart display function. Therefore, the introduction effect evaluation of distributed generators in distribution systems can be evaluated quite easily. 展开更多
