We consider excitations from the 3p, 3d, and 4s subshells. The effects of the strong 3p→ 3d and 3p→ 4s transitions are included as resonant contributions to the total cross sections. The explicit expressions of the eigenvalue and eigenfunction for such a system are given, they have the same forms as those for the usual harmonic oscillator with constant mass. The coherent state and its properties corresponding effective potentials for several mass functions, for the system with PDM are also discussed. This paper intends to compare the features of masculinism and feminism in three aspects： gender, society, and morality. Different identifications of gender role between men and women lead to female protests against male superiority and pursuits of individual liberation. Meanwhile, male unshaken egotism and gradually expanded individualism of women enable them both in lack of sound moral standards. But compared with the female, male moral pride drives them with much more proper moral judge, which reflects Fitzgerald＇s support of the masculine society. For long Willa Cather＇s pioneer works have gained great critical acclaim and have been interpreted from different perspectives such as mythicism, romanticism, and feminism. This paper, interpreting Willa C ather＇ s classical pioneer works of the three periods from the 1920s to the 1930s-My A ntonia （ 1918）, A Lost Lady （1923）, and ＂Neighbor Rosicky＂ （1930）, is devoted to making a full exploration into the evolution of her ecological thoughts from an ecofeminist perspective. In Willa Cather＇s three pioneer works of different creative stages, she deliberately constructs three eco-worlds as a standard of ecological harmony. In her three eco-worlds, Willa Cather not only investigates the relationship between man and nature, but also involves androcentrism, patriarchy, and other ecofeminist topics. We utilize the similarity transformation technique to obtain these solutions. Constraints for the dispersion coefficient, the nonlinearity, and the gain （loss） coefficient are presented at the same time. Various shapes of periodic wave and soliton solutions are studied analytically and physically. Stability analysis of the solutions is discussed numerically.展开更多

While there is some virtue in previous theories on the history of literature based on the theory of evolution, class struggle and the enlightenment, when it comes to the twenty-first century, the histories of modem Chinese literature used in teaching are farfrom adequate for meeting the developmental needs of the times, society and literature. This is especially so in view of the putting forward of the goals of ＂putting people first＂ and ＂the harmonious society,＂ and the great changes taking place in time and space, the function of literature and aesthetic taste. Hence there is an urgent need to restructure this history and establish a more fair, equal and reasonable system of evaluation. Such a system would have humanism as its highest principle, and truth, goodness and beauty as its three virtues. Its great superiority would be its functional characteristics of universality, transcendence, fairness, and human-centeredness.展开更多
