目的评估双相谱系诊断量表(bipolar spectrum diagnostic scale,BSDS)中文版在鉴别单相抑郁和双相抑郁中的应用价值。方法使用BSDS对抑郁发作期患者进行评定,以《精神障碍诊断与统计手册第四版》轴Ⅰ障碍临床定式检查-病人研究版(struct...目的评估双相谱系诊断量表(bipolar spectrum diagnostic scale,BSDS)中文版在鉴别单相抑郁和双相抑郁中的应用价值。方法使用BSDS对抑郁发作期患者进行评定,以《精神障碍诊断与统计手册第四版》轴Ⅰ障碍临床定式检查-病人研究版(structured clinical interview for DSM-ⅣAxisⅠDisorders,research version for patients,SCID-I/P)对患者进行诊断,并将SCID-I/P诊断与BSDS筛查结果比较,分析BSDS筛查双相障碍的准确率、敏感度和特异度。结果582例抑郁发作期患者完成BSDS评分及诊断。以BSDS得分≥13分标准判断为双相障碍患者238例(40.20%),根据SCID-I/P标准诊断为双相障碍患者261例(44.80%),其中BSDS得分≥13分者162例。BSDS筛查双相障碍的准确率为69.59%,敏感度为65.13%,特异度为73.21%。结论采用BSDS从抑郁发作期患者中筛查出双相障碍患者有一定的应用价值,对临床早期识别双相障碍患者有重要意义。展开更多

Electrocatalysis offers a promising approach towards chemical synthesis driven by renewable energy.Molecular level understanding of the electrochemical interface remains challenging due to its compositional and struct...Electrocatalysis offers a promising approach towards chemical synthesis driven by renewable energy.Molecular level understanding of the electrochemical interface remains challenging due to its compositional and structural complexity.In situ interfacial specific characterization techniques could help uncover structure-function relationships and reaction mechanism.To this end,electrochemical surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)and surface-enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy(SEIRAS)thrive as powerful techniques to provide fingerprint information of interfacial species at reaction conditions.In this review,we first introduce the fundamentals of SERS and SEIRAS,followed by discussion regarding the technical challenges and potential solutions.Finally,we highlight future directions for further development of surface-enhanced spectroscopic techniques for electrocatalytic studies.展开更多

The work function of such semiconducto...In this paper, PbTe nanocubes are assembled on Bi_(0.5)Sb_(1.5)Te_3 substrates with both ordered and disordered structures through a straightforward method to form a P-N section. The work function of such semiconductor system is then measured by the ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy. This results show that the work function of orderly arrayed PbTe deposition is much lower than the disordered assemblies. Such change of the work function provides the possibility to tune it in a P-N section system. The change of the work function is attributed to the less surface roughness and easier electron escaping in the ordered structures.展开更多

An algebraic structure of discrete zero curvature equations is then established for such integrable systems. the commutation relations of Lax operators corresponding to the isospectral and non-isospectral lattice flows are worked out, the master symmetries of each lattice equation in the isospectral hierarchyand are generated, thus a τ-symmetry algebra for the lattice integrable systems is engendered from this theory.展开更多

We first study the Fermi surface and the dispersion relation in th...We investigate the properties of the spectral function of the fermionic operator in the field theory which is dual to a 4-dimensional massive gravity. We first study the Fermi surface and the dispersion relation in the dual boundary theory. We find that as the massive parameters is decreased, the Fermi momentum becomes lower and the low energy excitation near Fermi surface behaves more like non-Fermi liquid. Then, we introduce a dipole coupling in the bulk theory and explore the emergence of a gap in the fermionic spectral function. It is found that larger critical dipole coupling is needed to open the gap than that in Einstein gravity. Accordingly,in the field theory dual to massive gravity, it requires stronger negative dipole coupling to generate the marginal Fermi liquid.展开更多
