Characterization of dynamic microstructural evolution of AA7150 aluminum alloy at high strain rate during hot deformation 被引量:4

The AA7150 aluminum alloy was compressed to various strains at strain rate of 10 s(-1) and temperatures of 300 °C and 450 °C, respectively. The AA7150 aluminum alloy was compressed to various strains at strain rate of 10 s(-1) and temperatures of 300 °C and 450 °C, respectively. Flow stress behavior, substructure evolution, morphology and spatial distribution of precipitates were studied based on differential scanning calorimetry analysis and transmission electron microscope observation. The results showed that dynamic flow softening occurs during hot deformation. The main softening mechanism could be concluded as dynamic recovery at 300 °C and continuous dynamic recrystallization at 450 °C. The clear heterogeneous spatial distributions of precipitates are found during deformation and enhanced with increased strain. Higher contents of Cu in T phases are found at 450 °C than at 300 °C, which present a transformation process from T phases to S phases as well. The associated evidence of dynamic precipitation on dislocations and particle-stimulated nucleation, as well as the detailed microstructural inherited relationship and morphological texture(particles preferred orientation) were characterized. 展开更多

The interactions between human erythrocyte spectrin(SP) and Pt(II) complexes with different composition and configuration were studied by fluorescence and circular dichroism spectra. The results showed that there are 4.7×10 2 binding sites of cisplatin(CDDP) in a spectrin tetramer(SPT). Among them, about 70 sites with apparent binding constant K 1】3.47×10 6 were of highest affinity, 1.8×10 2 sites with K 2 = 3.47×10 6 were of high affinity, and other 2.2×10 2 sites with K 3 = 8.77×10 5 were of low affinity. The conformation change of spectrin, depending on the concentration of Pt(II) complex and molar ratio(R) of Pt(II) complex to spectrin, was induced by the binding of Pt(II) complexes. It indicated that the interaction of both CDDP and cis diaquodiamine platinum(DADP) with SP followed a two step first order kinetic process in the first stage (1 h), and the kinetic constants were determined. In the second stage, the induced conformation change, polymerization and depolymerization of SP were probably involved. It was noticed that in the reaction of SP and Pt(II) complexes with 1,2 cyclohexanediammine isomers as chiral carrier ligand, stereo matching played a more important role than the affinity of Pt(II) to thiol groups of SP. 展开更多

An adaptive image denosing technique was proposed to achieve the tradeoff between details retain and noises removal. In order to achieve this objective, the contourlet transform was introduced and a new threshold method, namely CWinShrink, is presented. It shrinks the contourlet coefficients with adaptive shrinkage factors. The shrinkage factors were calculated with reference to the sum of squares of the contourlet coefficients within the neighborhood window. This approach achieves enhanced results for images those are corrupted with additive Gaussian noise. In numerical comparisons with various methods, for a set of noisy images (the PSNR range fi'om 10.86dB to 26.91dB) , the presented method outperforms VisuShrink and Wiener filter in terms of the PSNR. Experiments also show that this method not only keeps the details of image but also yields denoised images with better visual quality. 展开更多

Traditional compression method uses direct entropy coding for each subband. After studying the energy distribution in image subbands, we proposed a vector quantization (VQ) coding algorithm to image subband. In the algorithm, vector quantizers were adaptively designed for high-frequency bands in an image. In particular, the edges of the image were examined and fewer bits were assigned to high-energy regions. The experimental result showed that the algorithm had higher SNR and higher compression ratio than possible by traditional subband coding, JPEG and JPEG 2000. 展开更多
